I just went on a shopping spree here and purchased a bunch of things iv been needing and wanting!! They have so much awesome stuff to check out. I even found some really cool Lugs for my gfriend.. she loves them. They have lots of good brands of shoes and athletic clothing etc there. You wont be disappointed.

Some nice shoes and decently priced but just not in my size.

Waited for 20 min while trying to find tent stakes only to then be told they were sold out.

For an item just bought it a few minutes ago I had to return it within minutes of purchase but there’s no manager on premises and no one knew where management is or what to do to help me, they suggest to buy the item that I was going to exchange for and come back another time to return it it’s just so sad that cashier Clerks don’t know what to do

My honey found a pair of shoes that she want it I asked for someone to help he said hed be back in a few minutes. I waited I went to the front and they announced over the loudspeaker that we were waiting I waited another 15 minutes and left Im sorry she really wanted those shoes but if you dont have time to take care of us how can we buy

Place is awesome they really help me out with every question it was very clean everything was organized it wasnt crowded Im definitely coming back

Kevin was wonderful in the shoe department.He called other stores to find a shoe for us only to discover they had 3 pairs there in store and they were the right size!They had all 3 items there that we needed!Thank you again Kevin 🙂The line moved fast and the employees were very nice 🙂

Easy to get to parking right in front of store. Helpful staff, found a few things I needed gloves for upcoming snow venture and some tees to help my golf game rubber boots at a great deal for my son

Big 5 sporting Goods is my go to for shoes, weights and badminton supplies. They also cary camping equipment and firearms They have a great staff that is helpful and polite. The prices are fair. One drawback is most of their stores are tightly arranged with displays. Overall I recommend Big 5 for price conscious shopping.

Could use more of a selection in their fishing section otherwise its cool

Upset at service. They didnt take off security lock off shoe. Return trip cost me $8 in gas. Pickleball selection is a go-somewhere-else selection.

Have been coming here for years to purchase shoes. They always seem to have something in my size that I like in stock, 13W. Friendly, helpful staff.

I went into the store today going to look for a new fishing rod and equipment. I needed to use the bathroom. Im 68 years old with bladder issues. I ASKED THEM POLITLY IF I COULD USE THEIR BATHROOM. They said due to corona They cannot let me use their facility. I run car delaerships and can imagine if one of my customers asked to use the bathroom and I said sorry due to corona virus go find a bathroom elsewhere. As I was leaving I asked for their managers number but all I got was a have a nice day: Horrible customer service..I will never walk into a Big 5 Sporting good store till I hear from an officer of the corporation. Whats going on with this country

Quick service no long lines.

Customer service is lacking at this location. With Dicks just across the street you would think that the employees at Big 5 would be more customer service oriented but I was mistaken.There was no one else in the store when we arrived. The employees that were working were hanging out by the register.I asked for some assistance since most of their items are security locked in some manner. The cashier called for someone but after 15 minutes no one arrived to help me.I decided to leave and purchase the same item at Dicks which priced matched Big 5.I understand why some companies dont make it. If theres a bigger store selling the same items as you and has a wider selection you need to provide excellent customer service. This did not happen and so they lost another sale that I doubt they could afford to lose.Management may want to remedy this situation ASAP or more former customers will go elsewhere for our sporting goods needs.If I could give them a negative star I would because 1 star seems a little generous at this point and time.

No bikes in stock the cashier has a deplorable attitude.The young guy that helped us was nice, though.

Make sure you check their websites for special promotions. I went to this location to look for gym equipments and even though this location is rather small, they are always full of stock. Staff are friendly and are always willing to offer help.

I love this place.

They should note in their store hours that due to Covid19 restrictions they have chosen to not open the store to customers, only the front door. You may tell them what you want from the sidewalk, but not enter the store.

The service that I got and help was great

Was so happy they had all of the snow gear that I needed so late in the season. Mid February. The store is small and there is merchandise everywhere, which makes it feel a little chaotic but I was happy they had what I needed.

The customer care experience here went over the top! Made my day! Had a broken jacket zipper I recently purchased the snow jacket a month back, and the second day to Canada, the zipper had broke. It was below freezing, and the next day my friend and I were headed to Niagara falls. Coldest, experience without that zipper. When I got back to SF, I had emailed the cooperate account for the brand of the jacket, Body Glove. Never heard anything back for 3 weeks. Another snow trip planned the end of March, and no working zipper. Called up Big 5, and they had me bring the jacket in, and they looked up my receipt and was able to replace the entire thing! Crazy thing is, that day I called customer care at Body Glove and they basically told me that the jacket has a 1 year warranty, though they cant do anything to fix it. Big 5 was there for me! COuldnt be happier or warmer!! Thank you so much!!

Staff is generally pretty nice at the store and they have great deals!

They are always friendly and professional when I go there and their sale prices cant be beat. I love the fact they give a veterans discount too.

I would love to be able to give 0 stars. I have had a gift card for a refund for $10.47 for more than a year. I have tried to use it but their system is always down. Today - the last straw - after standing in line I am told their system is down again ~ and that I need to call an 800 number (they can do absolutely NOTHING). I left the store - leaving it with them - and they have lost my business FOREVER. There are reasons people buy online now - and this is one of them. TERRIBLE!!

For as small as this Big 5 was(compared to the others Ive been to), they had a big variety of things. The people that asked if I needed help, knew what and how to help me. All my questions that i had asked, know matter how off the wall my question was, it was answered. The Manager was a cool dude(the one I dealt with). Customer Service on point.

Service always seem slow in this store when busy. Unsure if it is a staffing or training issue. Store is actually OK when not busy but seems to come apart at the seams when busy and lots of customers come in.

Mangers and Associates Are very helpful and very attentive. Great friendly service everybody was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought a baseball mitten at a good price, good quality and also used a coupon, so I think they have good merchandise at a good prices.

I had a long wait in line. But dont really blame them they were understaffed and there were too many people returning stuff. Otherwise its a good little store the staff were nice and we cracked a few jokes around.

Its a small Big 5 store. The floor layout is cramped and confusing. Sometimes its even difficult to find a store associate to help you find items. I only go here if it is necessary because I couldnt find what I needed at Dicks down the street.
