Not happy with this place at all. I went to place an order for balloons and they were out of just about all the ones I wanted. I then went to pick up my order and the biggest most important balloon was already deflating! The balloon was $4.99 and I spent a total of $87 on balloons. They need to do a better job of inflating their balloons and not filling them more than 1 day before pick up!*update- picked up balloons yesterday and today this is how I found them (last photo). What a waste of my money. Won’t be buying balloons from here ever again!

Today the owner exceeded my expectations with an incredible act of humanity.I was BEYOND stressed trying to find a company that could deliver my child balloons to Seton Medical hospital during global health crisis. I live on the east coast but last night my adult son was rushed to a hospital in his home town on the west coast. Considering the short notice, I was unable to find an affordable flight. As my child was being prepped for emergency surgery, I agonized about not being able to be by his bedside.I decided to order a flower and balloon bouquet but had trouble finding a delivery company due to the pandemic. I tried to go through the hospital gift shop but most everything is closed due to the global health crisis. The hospital even said if I find delivery service, they would not be permitted to go beyond the hospital lobby. I tried Party City but the delivery company they use does not deliver to any hospitals.Just as I was feeling exacerbated, I found this company. The owner overheard her associate speaking with me on the phone and offered to took over the call. She explained that she is a mother as well and she could only imagine how I feel not being able to book a short notice flight from the east coast. She volunteered to personally deliver a balloon bouquet to the hospital lobby staff for my son.Not only did she exceed my expectations with volunteering to make a same day delivery, she also offered to personally design the bouquet with card for my son. Turns out this company typically does large event delivery orders but the owner went above and beyond to help a mother (me) from the east coast. This experience is a tear jerker moment for me because I am a salon owner and havent been able to open my business in nearly three months. To know that business owner Mrs. Diddams offered to personally deliver my childs get well bouquet is encouraging from mother to mother and entrepreneur to entrepreneur. Thank youuuu so much for going above and beyond 💖!

They are sadly going out of business everything is 30 Oct off. Need to get some more puzzles. This store will be missed

Good variety and reasonable prices. Great spot to grab just a balloon but you can also grab a wide assortment of party favors and supplies. They have bulk candy and small toys for kids parties. Convenient location and store is usually pretty quiet inside.

This store beats party City hands down for selection and fun! Toy collection is extensive and eclectic. We had a ton of fun wandering all the aisles! A hit!!!

Large selection of party themed items and good variety of toys. The balloon section is also nice. I bought 2 puzzles, 40% off puzzles for their Christmas sale. Would go back again

Where do you go if not the party store to have a large balloon filled? Party store = Balloons?I brought a large party balloon to have filled, and had intended to purchase a few other balloons and supplies for decorating for a party. They would not fill my large balloon. The manager told the balloon counter employee that it was too big, and there is a limit per costomer, although it was unclear as to what the limit was and was not posted. They have a large staffed balloon counter, so you can understand my confusion when denied the service. My mylar balloon was approximately like ordering 10 / 15 regular balloons or maybe 3 of the larger mylar balloons. I said I would be happy to pay more because of the large balloon... The manager just shook her head from half way across the store at the nice young balloon counter employee just shrugged and told me to go to Safeway... So I did...

Way better than party city. Also a good selection of toys
