I visit this store twice per week on average & have always had a efficient and accurate experience when sending packages. They offer printing services, packing services on larger or awkward sized items, & drop-off for both USPS and Fed Ex. I think all the customer service reps here are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would rather come here to drop off all my post office, UPS, and Fed Ex packages, rather than driving all over town and dealing with the Calhoun Post Office people. I am thankful that they’re open 7 days a week too.

I am shocked at how this store ignores the customer. I have a claim that has been pending for over 2 months and UPS is still waiting on this store to respond to their request for documentation. This manager does not return calls nor emails. A manager that treats her customer this way should not be allowed to partner with UPS. I hope UPS realizes very soon that this partnership defeats their very own mission statement. Do no take your packages to this store...I wish I had read the reviews before I dropped my package at this store while on vacation. I would have gladly made the drive to a UPS Hub and I would suggest you do the same.

This place has been a nightmare. We ordered something online and unfortunately it was shipped through them. I knew it’d be a nightmare as we unfortunately had a problem with another package that was delivered through them before this one. Eventually we got that package almost a week late, this time they’ve completely lost our package. It was delivered to the wrong address even though we had already given them our correct address after they said there wasn’t an address on it. (Which was a complete lie in itself).Seriously it’s ridiculous here. We will never use this place again and we suggest you rethink sending anything through them as well if you want to receive it. We work hard for our money and our things only to have something like this happen. Also we can’t even get a return phone call on where it was delivered to. Please do not use this place.

Dont use this store and either take to UPS depot directly or use Fedex. Sent one package through them before and asked them to tape and secure it. They didnt and it opened up mid-transit causing UPS to throw away contents and consider it lost. Lesson learned first time to tape it up myself.Second time coming in with taped package asked to have insured for $150. Lady behind the counter said yes and when asked after the transaction said it was only for $100 and that shed have to do it all over again.Cant trust customer service and constantly having to double check anything they do. When asked about any issue they have no idea and are confused. Essentially useless. Secure your own packages and instead drop them off directly at a UPS drop off location (not this one) or use Fedex or USPS instead.

Unfortunately, I used to dread having to use this store for Amazon returns. The people who work there are not friendly. One older lady is disrespectful and rude. I suggest for Amazon returns, go to Kohl’s. It’s super easy there and they give you a Kohl’s 25% off coupon that’s good for 7 days. Best of all you won’t have to deal with UPS store employees anymore! YES!

I love the UPS Store 6179, especially the people that work there. They are quick to take care of a long line, taking time to serve each customer completely, and never showing anxiety or stress. They have helped me so many times find addresses, helping me pull up items on the computer to print out for returns, even told me to email the return receipt to the store and bring the box to them to send back. I have used their notary service, had them witness legal documents, and take USPS items there to have postal service pick up. I have used other UPS Stores, but this one makes me feel at home and I love that. I wish I could remember names, but a very sweet Christian lady with red hair has helped me the most. She is very special, but all of them go above and beyond what is expected of them as employees. Well done 5 Stars UPS Store 6179.

Dumb and dumber dont know what theyre doing, the manager wasnt there, the manager is the only one who knows what to do, they see you standing there and they stand there too, even the tracking number was wrong!

Poor service. The clerk said what I wanted stamped couldnt be notarized, the manager yelled over the floor it cant be done and left me standing there without offering to look over the document to confirm, since the clerk didnt understand that the form said it could be notarized by a notary public. She then walked away as if to avoid me and when I asked the clerk whether she would look it over to ensure that she understood it she never came out after I stood there for 5 minutes...I left, called a nearby notary who met me the car park and did the same function as a notary.....but she deserved my money so it worked out better, perhaps.

The clerk at the front of the store, the person dealing with incoming customers wore no mask. There was no shield and only the width of the counter separating us. This county has the worst Covid19 infection rate in the state. Beware.

The employee I encountered today had the worst attitude and showed unbelievable disrespect to customer after customer including myself. She argue with one customer that the damage to his item must’ve been from leaving it in his car (which he quickly and repeatedly told her had not happened) then after being rude dismissive and argumentative to him, when he left she started talking bad about him to customers but stopped when no one wanted to take her side. She tried to charge me 3 times the amount because she messed up and printed my labels wrong. And was rude and annoyed by a lady trying to submit government documents because she said she was “too busy to help her.” I finally ask her name (Carla) and let her know I would not return until she no longer worked here!! And I won’t!She said “Are you serious?” and I said “Yes Carla I’m serious!” Maybe she will learn one day that it’s not okay to treat people this way!

I am very dissatisfied with this location. The week prior I had two packages delivered without an issue from another carrier, but this week UPS decided my package was not worth being delivered on-time, as promised. The drivers reason for not delivering my package was: incorrect street address. The truth was he did not actually attempt to deliver my package or he would have found my address without hesitation. Both entrances of my home are clearly marked with the house number (see pic) and my home is located within city limits and across the street from a large institution. The customer service representative I spoke with did not seem to care or offer a reasonable explanation or apology. Very sad that this how this facility treats its customers .

The woman working Friday morning 5/17 around 10am is very rude and hateful. She seems aggravated that she had a customer and wasnt able to continue sitting down in the back room. I normally have Office Depot print my flyers but I was told this UPS store did copy/print and had great customer service. Obviously they have never encountered this employee. The ups website states my copies would be ready, when I got there. This lady had major attitude and advise me the girl who prints them off didnt come in until 10am and she has no access to print these off. It was 10:02am, so when asking if she was going to be in since it was already 10am the woman snap and said well I told you some time after 10am. You can just come back later or call before you come. She was very rude and considering I already paid for my copies I am stuck to wait on this person to show up, HOWEVER I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND CONTINUE MY BUSINESS AT OFFICE DEPOT!

I hate that others had a bad experience. My brother and I came in with some really long truck items. They were super supportive in measuring and weighing everything. It was expensive and we needed to come back when we knew for sure. We put them to the test and they passed. Will come back here again. :-)

Stood in the store for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. A girl was refilling paper in the printers but neglected to even speak to me while I stood there even though she made eye contact and knew I was there. Customer service is horrible at this location.

Liars and crooks at this place stay away they tried to to charge me 126 dollars for shipping a rug that the ups hub only charges 26 dollars then they gave me this spill about it was against the law for them to charge more than ups actually charges liars and crooks
