Worst customer service. I was told twice by two different ladies that my payment was not due until next month but when i went up to the store to make payment they charged me a late fee. I even spoke to manager Nicole and she said that because i couldn’t tell her the name of the lady who had told me that payment was not due till next month that I would have to pay late fee. They were so rude, unfriendly, couldn’t accept their mistakes, and so unprofessional. I hope they could properly train their employees in doing their right job!!!!!
None of the sales associates knew the price of a sectional located in the bargain center. Waited 15 minutes, finally left.Update: sales associate called me back and gave me a very fair price for the sofa, so we purchased it. Delivery in a few days. Yay!
I have been both a customer and employee of Farmers Furniture. The Furniture there is the same as most other furniture stores. They carry all the same manufactures. As far as collecting if you fall behind they do call you, the key is to communicate. If you make a promise to pay and can’t pay call them. Farmers is corporately owned despite the managers name on the door. So how many calls collectors make is corporate mandated. And if an item is broken there is a process they must follow. If covered by manufacture warranty they give you the numbers to call. If it’s covered by a service plan then the process is different. The manager at the Dalton location will go out of his way to correct an issue a consumer may have. Chris Ray is an amazing manager.
They will deliver for a fee... to the front door. What do they expect their older clients to do? If the delivery man will not bring the new purchase ìnside what good does it do me? I guess Farmers wants me to hire someone else to move the item in and set it up.
The Manager Chris Ray is amazing to his customers. He goes above and beyond to take care and make a customer Happy!!!! During these uncertain times, when shipments are delayed and things may not go as planned Chris has stepped up to make the experience a good one!!!!
Save your money not even worth buying here and this a non smoking, no animals home and no babies either that’s just the bad quality of this place and they broke one of the reclinar when they delivered and didn’t want to take it back until my dad told them that if they didn’t fix it jut take the whole think back

We bought a couch, 2 love sofas and a dinette set, was supposed to be delivered a week later, they call the day it was supposed to be delivered and tell us the couch didnt come in but they can bring the rest of the stuff and bring the couch in 5 days. Then they call back and say its going to be monday before they can bring the love sofas and dinette set so here we are with nothing to sit on until Monday. That will be the last time I buy anything from them.

The furniture is great for the most part.But the people that work here are EXTREMELY harassing if you hit a hardship and fall behind. Even if you schedule a payment or PAY something, they will call REPEATEDLY from different phone numbers they will call your references everyday of the week. They leave threatening notes at your house and I was only maybe a month behind. They called my phone 10 times in one day plus had an employee text my phone. I would not under any circumstances buy anything here. If you are a current customer and they have harassed you call the state and start filing complaints. This place needs closed.

I spent a lot of money on a living room suit there. I was told I could have the couch retreated within 2 years, but when I called to have it done, they wouldnt do it. My couch and love seat only lasted just under 2 years before the material peeled off. If you want quality, dont buy from here.
I visited there late last week and thought that the customer service was horrible. Even if I had found something that I wanted to buy, I wouldnt have because of the service. Instead I bought a wonderful mattress for cash not far down the road where the customer service was stellar.
My family and I drove from Chattanooga to see what this place had, since it had really good reviews. We walked in NO ONE greeted us. NO ONE bothered to help us. 3 people were behind the counter doing NOTHING and one lady on the floor helping a family. This is the rudest place. We were actually considering buying a very nice sectional sofa but since no one bothered to help, we decided to take our business somewhere else 😡WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
I dont know why the reviews are so bad. The place is great been with them since july of 2016 i want to see. Got a nice entertainment center and a ac. No problems so far. I am always greeted when i come especially by the same lady. I dont see how they would come off as rude.
My mom purchased couch, love seat, chair, 2 end tables and coffee table, when they delivered the furniture they didnt bring the tables(they did eventually bring them)and the wood trim around the chair was broke, they ordered another chair and brought it out a week later and the wood trim around it was broke also, so we are still waiting on a chair, Farmers is a joke, I would not recommend them to anyone
Worst place to buy anything from! I got a couch and it broke 2 weeks from purchasing it.Ps. they only come out and fix it, they don’t let you change it for a new one

Very horrible furniture, definitely not worth the money. Cheaply made stuff for way too much money. They are more concerned about getting your money than taking care of a problem.
Customer service is great! Prices are reasonable.
We have been with them for over a year they told us they would wave the late fees when we started a new contract and bc they lied about me not having to pay one then they said I had two contracts and I owed late fees and after I made the two payments to catch up now in the middle of the month they say I owe money so they lie to get more out of you so if you don’t need them don’t use them
