I took my 2019 camaro up here for an exhaust and they didn’t even bother it even out both sides of the exhaust tips as the right side was sticking out much further than the left, and to add to that it made a wicked rattle noise when sitting at idle that i had to crawl up under the car tighten and move stuff around to fix, i do not recommend using this place for exhaust work. I have had friends tell me they lose bolts and do not assemble part right, i am still missing two body panel bolts that they left off

Ive been using this place for my mechanic work but I wanted to go on about how I brought my truck in for a custom exhaust and James did such a good job I had to give a review I had to explain over the phone what I wanted and was nervous about it not looking like what I imagined but when I picked up my truck it was perfect. Thanks James it looks and sounds great.

I called and setup the appt. My better half took the 🚗. She said the service was great, the wait wasnt to long even though they were pretty busy. If you have a Dodge journey that needs battery replacement, Highly recommended.

Put a new Catalytic convertor on my car for $500. A year later it still wont pass emissions and they made zero effort to make it right. Left me holding the bill.

Amos is an awesome guy. He performed some specialty work for me within an hour of me walking in and he did it for super cheap. Several other shops turned me away.

James was very professional and really cool with me and made sure I had a couple different options to go with. Which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Dallas Masterbend. Ty James for the great customer service.

The part was $135. Total fee was $600. Lots of money for labor. Ouch! Charged me $100 to keep my old part. The mechanic was polite.

Been going to Hoewll for years he has a new guy at the counter by the name of JD. Hes a great guy.Im like most other men I love to overload or max out my truck on semi regular basis with tools and material. Really needed something to stabilize my truck and allow me to haul more of a load. He recommended airbags. They were absolutely the bomb. They help everything from the steering stopping load comfort to the max.. again I highly recommend those airbags for anyone who likes to Max the truck out or needs to match their truck out with loads.. pricing is great. Absolutely great experience. I came in to have flowmasters put on to my husbands truck. I expected to spend 3 hrs waiting but it only took a little under 2 hours. The price was great and I would highly recommend. It sounds good too.

Trust is key when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. We have been taking our cars to Hal for a few years now, even before he relocated to this new building. He and his staff have always been very honest and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing cant be beat! Ive recommended them to my closest family and friends, which were all equally impressed.

Tammy and Howell are always welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. The prices are allot better than other repair and tire shops. I have found my new place for all my repair and tire needs.

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop. In and out fast with the cheapest prices around.

There is only one word for this place and that word is incompetence. Will never come to this place for anything again. Had my car all day and didnt do any of the work I requested because the owner had some issue about going to Atlanta for parts. Gave me a lame excuse about calling me even though everyone else who called me that day got through just fine. Attitude at the counter, and arguing with me about my phone not working means I wont ever come here and I can not recommend anyone go here based on the extremely bad service I received. Too many shops in the area to deal with bad attitude and incompetence.

Thanks to Pee Wee and his staff for helping me when I was in a time crunch for an emissions inspection. The rates they charge are the best around for professional work. I will be going back for all of my alignments, brakes and exhaust needs. These folks are great!

There went another good one.  I hate to see a company get to big to continue great customer service and reduce quality of work.  I have taken three cars to be serviced, each one with service getting worse.  On the third vehicle they have left a part off.  In ten phone calls, talked to Howell and Tammy.  They say they will check and then no reply.  Now they just dont call back.  I would think after having three cars worked on there, the last repair over $700.  Thinking they would take care of customer and want repeat biz and referrals, except now they are to busy to care and down it goes. Not going back.

There was a slight misunderstanding over the phone during the quote but they quickly addressed it and made me aware of the mistake. James worked very hard to make sure I got my car back with its new upgrades before the holiday weekend and it sounds AMAZING!

I have had several good experiences here over two years.

Never call me back. I cant get my tires rotated. They wont last long. And theyve stripped bolts etc on a few different peoples vehicles.

Worst experience by far with dealing with a mechanic. Had to take it 4 different times. Still not fixed. 860 dollars later plus gas to take it to the shop 4 times. Now Im being told I have an exhaust leak from where they replaced Cad convertor.
