Please avoid these rip offs, to change a oil pan gasket, on 01 Honda Civic, the part on their invoice $38.89,the labor $380.00 with tax $418.89. I called Firestone, there labor rate $110 per hour, and stated it only takes a hour and half,they do not use a gasket, but a sealant,at no charge! Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

Still using tire repair plugs without patches despite being illegal since 2011. (National highway safety act)

Took 4 hours to get truck in for alignment for them to say ball joint was bad and a list of other things that was not wrong. Typical place trying to get you to change parts that don’t need to be changed. Took it to another place had it aligned in 30 minutes. Don’t go to this place unless you just need tires balanced.

Don’t take your car to get aligned here. Only three words can describe the quality of work done “ lack of experience “. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I tow cars there and the one thing I can say they are not going to keep your vehicle long.. in and out service

I took my vehicle here so I could have it put on the machine to see exactly what was wrong with it I left it 4 hours & came back to an estimate of $2065 & all I needed was brake work & maybe 2-3 tire arms, early before I had left the shop I asked for an Oil change along with everything else but when I arrived back to the business later that day my Oil change was not done because of none payment so I had to wait another hour just for my Oil change which cost an additional $69 even

The wait was a bit long but not terribly so. The price for a wheel alignment was excellent.

Had my brakes replaced today at Bronco. Their prices are very reasonable compared to others. I hope to continue using Bronco for all of my future service needs!!!!

Took my car to Bronco and was told my radiator fan and electrical box needed to be replaced. I had those two jobs done only to be told my AC compressor was going out and needed to be replaced also. Keep in mind, I had just paid $850 only to be told something else was wrong that would cost me $900 to fix, I did not believe their assessment and took my car somewhere else only to find out that nothing was wrong with my AC compressor and they actually failed to clear a code from my car’s computer that was causing my vehicle to idle high. Just be aware, if you use them, get a second opinion first.....

I would not recommend this shop to anyone... Went in for an alignment and came out with a quote for a crazy amount of work that was not needed... Ended up going to another place for a second opinion....Personally, I believe they just want to take advantage of people and rip them off...Be careful if you do business there...

Ive been coming to these guys for years for tires, alignments, inspection and serious mechanic work and have always been treated with respect and honesty. These are real pros who care about fixing your car not just making a buck. As a woman, prior to coming here I was always talked down to and occasionally scared into getting more done than needed to be done but thankfully since Ive been using Bronco I feel confident that Im going to get a professional, affordable and lasting fix They walk you through the process,even going as far as showing you whats wrong in the bay area. The owner is on top of everything that goes on and has an incredible work ethic. Hes friendly, accommodating and fair. Im headed there this weekend for brake work and I know Im rolling out safe, happy and not broke!

The inspection guy is awesome, but the tire guy isnt very good. We took the car for tire changes and the job was completed, but the tire light was still on. We took it back and he had us wait an hr only to tell us we needed to take it somewhere to have the sensors adjusted since they are larger tires. I dont recommend going for tires, only inspection.

I feel like they were honest and not expensive

Bad customer service, went to get alignment on my car and brought the two bolts for the alignment and they wanted to charge the same amount of money expected for the alignment as for placing the bolts,so that makes $50 + another $50, for Gods sake, Its only two bolts that goes on the shocks, and anyway they have to lift the car for the alignment and the bolts are needed for the same pourpose of the alignment. They just lost a client, never will give my money to this bussines, keep bleeding the other ones. 😡

Best mechanic in town! Every time I have to visit the mechanic I go straight here before going to Broncos I would always get overcharged. Now I get the best prices and have great service done in a short time.

May 2015: I took my car to Bronco the first time because it kept going out of alignment after a different shop put in new struts. They found the problem with the other shops work and fixed it. Ive been taking my car there ever since; they are honest, fast, friendly, and do good work.Update July 2018: I still go to Bronco, Im still very happy with their work. The roads here are hard on cars, its good to have the guys at Bronco around to fix them!

They know what they are doing. And they are honest! Its hard to find that combination these days. My truck had a knocking noise when I would jerk my truck they said they didnt know what it was after looking for about an hour. They told me to check somewhere else. I told them to replace my break pads. Turns out thats what it was. For 100$ they fixed the knock noise, break pads and my rotors. The only mechanic that has been this good was our family mechanic RIP.

These guys were quick to install brand new Suspensions for my car that I bought from eBay, they had it installed in less than 4 hours I go to these guys now to get my car checked. It might be a bit expensive sometimes but it’s pretty fair pricing and they fix cars with a lot of care

Have had several visits over a couple of years. Had felt like it was inordinately fair and trustworthy, in an industry where that isnt common, especially para mujeres but then...Edit: my car started squealing real bad 6 weeks later so I took it to a different shop, recommended by a friend. Turns out, only 2 of the 3 belts were changed. Why? There were 3 new belts, and that was the understanding. Sad. I cant go back here. Not nice, Jorge.

This place is great. I didnt have an issue speaking english at Bronco. The staff was very helpful. The mechanic ( didnt catch his name, unfortunately) gave me a quote that included a few options. My brakes were squeaking pretty bad, but the brakes were still good. He said I could keep the brakes and just live with the squeak and save the money or replace them for XYZ. The price was very reasonable, and back on the road within the same day. I appreciate a mechanic who is upfront with options. Also, he showed me the break pads he replaced which was a plus.

Yea They Do good work if your mexican or can speak spanish. But when your skin is white all im getting is told to come back for 3 days already and when i came back asking why i still am not getting serviced they just roll their eyes and walk out ignoring me. Then when i say something about their customer service skills they just laughed about it!!!

This is a tire shop, but just come here to get state inspection.

Wait time was ridiculous to get an alignment but the tire shop side was quick and up forward about what the customer wants
