The worst mattress I ever purchased. It sunk in after a year. Then I was told to take it to the store that I purchased it from and then that I would have to come back and pick it up. I paid 100 to have it delivered that is clue number one that I didnt have a way to transport a mattress twice. I have paid a lot less for a mattress that lasted longer and way more comfortable.

I purchased their brand 3 years ago from a store who is no longer in business. 3 years is all the mattress had now I have to pay for a new mattress and a doctor about my back issue never again. The matress is so sunk in now just a warning before you buy.

Very tight palace for back you have to reverse from road but unload you in 20 minutes

Called the place for a warranty for a matress thats 8 years old and they told me in order to have warranty on the matress I have to have a receipt of the matress when I bought it so I asked the lady in cs its just a way for me to buy the matress to tell me that you have 10 yr warranty and when i ask for a replacement they ask for a recipt bougus company fraud to the max what a good way to spend some money and trow it t to the trash 🗑 I guess you live and you learn would not recommend anyone to make business with these people trash trash trash

I have a called and ask about my mattress warranty and was told they have send me paperwork to fill out but I havent received anything. I called again and gave them my address again and still no paperwork. Now how long do it take to receive it. Im calling again tomorrow and maybe they can email me the paperwork lets see how that goes or maybe they will call me after they read this.I just want them to honor their warranty.

I sleep on a Golden Gel-Tex... Its an absolutely wonderful mattress! Theses folks are super nice too.

Mattress did not hold up. I only had it 10mths and it has dents were we sleep with a ridge down the middle. I will not be buying another one.

My pillow top is distractive and I tried to get warranty claim done on it and they told me I would have to drive to them and bring them the mattress to repair it... I drive a Pontiac G6 sedan... So am I supposed to rent a truck to bring it to them, wait a few days and sleep on the floor until they get it done then rent a truck to pick it up again? Terrible customer service.
