Went in on a Saturday to look around and I could automatically tell the staff was super knowledgeable. A guy named Kyle came in an adjusted this guys bow and was able to get it set for him in what to be record time. Another guy name Scott was helping Another customer and was very straightforward about all information that he was asked even to reminding a customer to register the bow online...I wish I could have stayed but had to go.....(wife kept calling) but I am definitely going back next weekend! So KYLE & SCOTT seem to be the go to guys! A1 shop way better then the big box guys!

Just asked to cut arrows. When they put on inserts, they probably used a larger diameter than necessary. Therefore, the result is in the photos. 3 arrows in the trash.

This place is great Ive always had used bows came in a got first brand new bow, Scott answered all my questions and I had alot never rushed me, didnt just try and sell me something I didnt feel pressured at all, everybody there was super friendly, and informative. New to archery. Not a great experience with this place. My biggest issue was the lack of transparent pricing until after the work was completed. I would have made a different decision if I knew the work was going to be as much as the used bow.I bought a single cam used bow from a friend and needed the draw length resized. Required buying a new cam and they recommended restringing the bow as well. Waited a few weeks before they call me that the parts had arrived but this is during the ice storm and deliveries are delayed.Brought in the bow on a Friday morning. Either the guy is not a people person or maybe hes not a talker, but he doesnt seem interested in answering my very basic questions about how I can set up my bow correctly. I come back in about an hour and the work is done. The bow looks great, but the shocker was the price tag of $380 to swap the cam and strings, which was as much as the used bow. If I would have known that beforehand I would have sold the bow and bought a new one that fits me.Im sure the parts and work are top notch, but if youre a newbie like I am, try your luck on another place with better customer service.

I won’t be taking my boat here ever again. Completely waisted my time, didn’t do anything they said and made up excuses after excuses. Waisted tons of time getting my boat to them for them to call me a few hours before it was time to pick it up and tell me that handnt done anything at all. If your time is valuable, I wouldnt Spend it here with these guys.

Employees are very insightful and friendly, nice selection from budget to top tier options, best archery shop Ive been to by far. Can tell they really care how you feel before you leave rather than just trying to sell you anything they can.

Typical bow pros behind the counter short and curt. Not overly friendly. No reason to hurry back. Odd location unless being close to Target Masters is a good thing.

They delivered as promised and the guys were very knowledge and friendly.

I have been using All Star since they opened in Lewisville years ago. The guys there know what they are doing, they don’t just sell and “rig” bows, they shoot competitively and hunt as well so they know the in’s and out’s of what works and what doesn’t. I have never seen them push to sell something that you don’t need and will take the time to make sure your bow (whether new or old) is set up right and you shoot it right. I highly recommend them for your needs and wouldn’t put too much thought into the very few negative reviews, always going to have someone who thinks they got screwed or just hard to deal with in any business.

Beginner at using a bow bought my first bow but needed some item install to them Peep sight, String Silencers, Arrows, Triggers got them all thanks to Troy. He help me get them at a very fair price and love using my bow thanks Troy😁😁😁

So far so good, dropped my bow off to get tuned and have a new rest installed. Guys were super easy to talk to. Now Im just waiting until next week to pick it back up.

I was recently gifted my first compound bow that needed a new string, a rest, pretty much everything (its an older bow). I brought it in and Troy was a HUGE help. He got a new string on the bow in less than a week as it needed to be ordered and got me all set w/ a rest the day I picked it up. He was very understanding that I was new to this as I have only ever shot recurves and I felt very comfortable when he gave me advice as he was very knowledgeable. If youre in the DFW area, All Star Archery is a great place to go. Ill be headed back in a few weeks to get a sight put on & have arrows cut. It is so refreshing to deal with honest people. I had a trolling motor that was not working and instead of telling me it was broken and charging me and a arm and a leg they charged me 21 dollars when I was prepared to buy a new one. I definitely recommend them and they will get my business in the future.

Went to all star for my 1st bow. They were the only shop within 50 miles with the Hoyt I wanted in stock. They had me fitted and set up with everything I need to hunt in less than an hour. Will be a return customer for years to come.

I went in knowing absolutely nothing about archery or bow hunting and the guys here matched me to a bow, customized it to me and my budget, gave me an hour shooting lesson and exceeded all my expectations. Each time I come back either to shoot or to upgrade I am amazed at their knowledge and patience. These guys are pros! Highly recommended!!!

Gary and Steve just finished my triton New minkota trolling motor. All pumps under the batteries reworked. Great. Gary installed 10 “ hummingbird on the console last year, transducer went out. Fixed it quickly. No problem. Great shop to deal with !!! Lot better than the big box store!! Scott has done 2 bows for me. Great he is the best also. Very helpful. We need employees like this. Went in today to sight in my crossbow and shoot it for this first time. One of the guys helped me out and gave me some pointers, even fixed a manufacturing defect on my crossbow. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys! Will definitely be going back.

I can’t say enough good things about All Star Marine. Voskin (sorry if I misspelled) is absolutely fantastic. The pride he takes in his work is second to none.

I took my Minn Kota Talon in for a repair and Scott went above and beyond in getting it fixed. These guys are top-notch! Not only did he fix the issue I was having, he fixed a couple others that would have failed in the near future, costing me time on the water. I highly recommend All Star Marine, especially Scott.

Brought my bow in for service after they installed a peep and D loop. Peep was cutting the string. First they said they didn’t instal the times. Then they worked on it and now the bow won’t release. Draw back and it just locks out, line goes slack. Their answer was “I don’t know”. No confidence and seemed scared to work on the bow. Was told they would contact Elite and call me. Left the bow, against my better judgement. Two weeks later and no word. Called about the bow and got yelled at “I never worked on your bow”. Scott seemed capable in the past but this older guy seemed clueless. He got angry and yelled at me when I asked questions. I will never be back.

Not a single person in this store was wearing a mask. Also, very limited selection of recurve bows.

This is a customer oriented archery shop. They are committed to each hunter and by way of fine details. They need our business to stay alive and I will fully support them any way I can when needing archery equipment!

Called then after 10 days that my bow had been there as told to. Whenever the guy that answered the phone he was a complete jerk. Rudest phone call I’ve ever been a part of. Did not appreciate it at all. Went and picked my bow up an hr after and will not be returning.

I showed up at just about closing time and the guys still too the time to get my bow setup for me. The guy that helped me knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable.

Took my crossbow in to be looked at . was told i would have answer in 2 weeks . Called 2 weeks later was told they were 4 weeks out . What a waste of time .bass pro shops helped me out same day. Don,t waste your time, What a joke.

Took in a rip tko 350 .001 arrow and asked for a dozen more. He said no problem. I trusted it to be right. When I picked them up, cut ½” to long and were actually rip tko 300. I paid $140 for trash. Custom arrows a pant be returned even when he cut them wrong. Sad. Cinamon. Creek you have a new customer.

Scott knows what he is doing when comes to archery. He takes the time to make sure you get the gear to meet your specific needs and then sets it up/adjusts it professionally. He follows through on promises and offers very helpful suggestions. I had a first rate experience with Scott and the All Star Archery & Marine team.

Went in with a 25 year old bow. The staff took one look, and immediately remembered some of the quirks about tuning that bow. What they said was VERY different than the setup indicated by paper tuning.I tried their recommendation, and immediately got tighter groupings. The best shooting Ive ever had with this bow.Of course, this caused me to order a new bow. I guess I have to upgrade every 20 or 30 years.Anyway, back to the shop. Excellent knowledge, highly recommended.

They did everything they could to find parts for a now discontinued bow, then made a great recommendation for a new recurve... And had great advice as far as arrow selection... Then took the time to watch and give some advice on form... Really nice guys, really knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. (Plus fair prices)

I walked in about 30 minutes till closing not knowing ANYTHING about compound bows aside from what they cost. They helped me get fitted, learn how to use the bow, cut some arrows to length, and shoot it enough times to get it sighted in. They were very patient even when I was totally ignoring the peep sight by accident (making it very hard for them to sight in). Overall I saved a ton of time, got a quality bow, learned how to shoot it properly, and I was happy with the price. Now instead of messing around trying to get what I have to work, I can practice and go hunting ASAP. Nice store, I would recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

My girlfriend came in a few months ago to purchase a bow for me for my birthday, guys were very helpful and help her pick out a mission ballistic for me. I have been out of both hunting for 4 years and things have changed quite a bit. This selection could not have been any more perfect! Absolutely phenomenal shop. Ive used them for all trolling motor needs for a few months now and they have always been great, but today they went above and beyond. I was Stuck in a bind with my troller breaking last night, and HAD to have it fixed by tonight, Dillon was my savior. Called at 9 am when they opened and he was ready to help from the beginning. He did everything he absolutely could to help me out in a time of need. I cannot give enough thanks to him and his great knowledge of what needed to be done. Good service isnt always easy to find but this place is a gem.

Needed help adjusting a new bow to my draw length so tried this shop since its closer than driving to Canton. Guys up there are very nice but everything they did to my bow had to be pulled off and redone by my regular shop with a few things they also missed (timing, peep sight etc)Would not recommend if you need detailed help on your setup, but a good selection of product if you just need equipment.

Very helpful & friendly when purchasing my bow and acc. including a dozen carbon arrows.A month later the arrow knocks began to fail while practicing. I had 25% fail and decided I would bring them in and surely they would make good or give me a nice discount on another dozen.Nope! Refused to accept any responsibility for them and were very dismissive about the situation.I will tell you I did buy another dozen and had no issues with them, but be warned they will not stand behind the arrows they sell.@ over $10.00 an arrow be warned!PS within a year over 50% had failed

Great experience. Brand new to the sport and they helped me out with everything I needed to know. I got a great setup and they didnt try to sell me the most expensive items in the store, just what would work well for me.

Me and a buddy went into the shop and Scott was the only one there. I had a brand new bow that needed to be setup, and my buddy had a new bow that when bought, the retail store (Gander) messed up the setup completely. Needless to say we were in the market for an expert. Upon arrival, Scott was very busy but dropped everything to give us his 100% undivided attention. He went through every detail from draw length, draw weight, arrow length, and even showed us the dos and donts for archery. Once setup, he let us shoot a couple arrows on the range to make some last minute adjustments before sending us home. He absolutely made sure that we were taken care of prior to leaving. This kind of service is overlooked by most companies and this is the kind of service that will bring me and all of my friends back to this shop. As a business owner, I know that reputation, and service are everything. Scott nocked it out of the park!
