Extremely rude staff. I came in today specifically to this store to look for a dress for my baby shower tomorrow. I 8 months pregnant and it happens to also be my birthday, unfortunately the experience was down right awful because of the staff. The petite young woman with short black hair, wearing either a skirt or shorts and wearing too much eyeliner clearly had an attitude so I was avoiding asking for any assistance. I found a good dress but being the size I am, I thought I should bring a few sizes to make sure I didn’t have to keep asking for help. I unfortunately had to ask her to let me in the dressing room, she did but didn’t seem happy she had to waste the time. I had spotted two other dresses as I was walking in but did not want to make her stop so I figured to try those on next. I had three different items, two of alt sizes so 5 total. When I came out and grabbed the other two and went back to my door she stopped in the middle of helping someone to YELL at me in front of the line of customers to ask what I was doing. I tried to explain and she cut me off to say I could only do 6 items for the day. So she keeps the people waiting for her to unlock their door so I can choose which one dress to try on, while every stares and waits. She had not previously told me this or I would have easily made different selections. I took one in but didn’t even attempt to put it on as I was mortified. I grabbed the rest and put it out on the rack, at this point she’s now telling people it’s only 6 per day. She walked up to me while I’m putting them on the rack and says “what, you don’t want these?” I was so upset I couldn’t bring my self to give the store my money (even if it meant painfully searching the mall) and left. Luckily I found a store where the staff was patient and were totally willing to help and I paid almost double for basically the same dress just because they cared to make it a pleasurable experience. Looks like the staff behavior has been an issue with this store per the recent reviews. It was so upsetting I needed to leave a review. Everyone has their bad days but this girl seemed on a mission to ruin my baby shower dress shopping on my dang birthday of all days. Don’t waste your time or money here because the profit is lost on its staff.

Came here to find a dress for an engagement shoot. It also happened to be prom season. It was super busy & towards the end of the pandemic. They told me the fitting rooms were closed & did not allow me in even though I could clearly see people were going in & out of them. I’m not sure if they close it towards the end of the day cause it was around 6:30pm. We asked the person at the door what the return policy was & she told us it was 14 days with tags still on, but the person at the register said returns weren’t allowed. It doesn’t make any sense to not allow anyone to try the item on, then also not allow returns. I watched as groups of girls just tried on the clothes over their clothes in the middle of the racks & stretching them over their clothes while the workers did nothing. At least the quality of the dresses & clothes seemed okay — the only reason for a 2 star instead of a 1 star review. The people working here were very snarky & treated me with a lot of disrespect, calling me “Hun” & speaking with an attitude. I haven’t been called “Hun” in decades. I definitely would not recommend this place & I would not come back.

Dont shop at the Windsor Galleria Mall. Youll only be able to try on 6 outfits for the DAY; not at a time because the staff is too lazy to put clothes up and do their dang job. They told my daughter that they have a 6 outfit limit for the day bc they have so many to return to the racks...really. Sounds like, youre doing what you get paid for to me...thats pathetic and sorry in my opinion. Everybody needs to be replaced by other people.

Fitting room attendant was extremely rude. Also said we could only try on 6 items PER DAY. My sister and I were shopping for a destination wedding she’s attending next month and she ended up buying a weeks worth of cute clothes including dresses and swimwear at other stores in the Galleria that had better customer service.

Good for the variety of outfits but the staff at this particular store is downright pathetic and highly mismanaged. I found a dress that was slightly defected. Wanted to purchase it cause it was the only size. I was told I would get a 10% off but was charged fully and they just disconnected the call saying they couldn’t help over the call. Less attitude and a little more customer-oriented service could help this store staff go a long way. Very disappointed.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I am very disappointed. Went in to buy a formal dress and tried on 6 dresses. They didn’t fit so I tried to get another size of the dress I really wanted and they told me in an unkind tone “sorry only 6 try-ons per day”. I was one more try on away from buying the dress but wanted to try on another size to see if it would fit first. I tried to get another size but they refused - I had to leave the store with no dress and now I have to go shop at another store. As a regular customer I am very bummed. Keep this in mind if you have to shop there for formals and try to guess your sizes wisely!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Do not order online! Ridiculous hassle for a return that they do not understand how to do anything. Very incompetent here. I warned you!

Bad customer service from so called managers there! Wouldn’t let me enter store 7 mins til close wasted 8 mins trying to argue with me saying no one was allowed inside when it wasn’t even 7pm yet! I asked to speak with a manager she said she was a manager then continued to argue with me. Mind you I already knew what I was getting I literally just had to grab it and stand in line. She claimed the other manager said I can’t come in. So I asked for the store numbers and she would now give it to me! I asked for both girls names claiming they were the manager. I believe one girl name was Kayla if I’m not mistaken. She was rude and unprofessional. After goin back and forth with me almost 7pm they want to let me in. I was at the store earlier in the day but forgot to pick something else up and had to make it before they closed! I will be getting in contact with corporate due to this lack of customer service. The girls at the register were more friendly and had great customer service. The other 2 claiming they were managers just pitiful.

I like the selection of clothes here I was able to find a dress for my bestfriends wedding, however clothing is a little bit overpriced and staff could be more attentive in the fitting room area.

I love this store, they have military discount, its a plus, lol...Bought my daughters outfit for her school dance, and an outfit for an award ceremony there...

Would not return one of my items. They said it was a sale item and I didn’t have the receipt. They didn’t offer me a store credit either.

Horrible staff, if you want cute clothes with better customer service please visit another store. They were extremely rude it made me not want to buy anything. I have read other comments on this store and several customers have the same problem, please fire said employees or you will lose business.

I stopped in Windsor this morning, as I needed a dress for my corporate party. I’m 5’9 and curvy and shopping isn’t always easy. She was patient, nice and helped me find a dress that was inexpensive and classy!! Windsor at the Galleria has great customer service and ask for Carissa if you stop on!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I drove 45 min to return a dress and they tell me they don’t have cash right now come back in 2 hours. Never again!

Manager very rude no respect whatsoever

Huge selection of affordable dresses. I got every dress for high school dances in this location, and more dresses for a couple weddings since then. Great location. The store can be a mess sometimes, but that speaks more about the people shopping in there.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a retail store. The lines were long, which is not the staffs fault, but after waiting over an hour to purchase an outfit, the girl (Rodrioun) charged me twice for the dress. The refund wont come back for 3-5 business days. Then I get all the way back to my car and the alarms for the mall exit go off... She had left the security tag on my sweater. I had to go all the way back and told the same girl, and she was extremely rude, did not apologize, and told me to go to the front. Even the manager that had to fix the mess didnt apologize. Ridiculous incompetence.

I don’t post about anything, however the staff here were incredibly rude. My younger sister has an upcoming prom and we were trying to find her a dress, and the lady refused to help her and even made a comment about how we were having her “try on too many dresses.” I went to the front and made a comment to another staff member about how rude the lady was too us and she acted as though she did not care. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is our 2nd year to come here prom dress shopping. We drive 2 hours one way. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful, even when they are very busy. There is a huge assortment of prom dresses at affordable prices.

They have cute party clothes for plus size people. At an affordable price.

A lot of nice things. Beautiful store. A lot of beautiful dresses. I would recommend this store to everyone😊

No idea why anyone goes to this place. Stuff is cheap and overpriced. Nothing but cheap and sad looking people in there buying garbage. One cashier line is 10 people deep. Will never buy anything from there as a gift becaise somebody wanted it from there again. Poorly run

Terrible service. Kept declining my calls after I was very friendly on the phone and just stated I would call back. Unwilling to search dresses for me and overall poor knowledge of the inventory when asked simple questions such as “can I find most dresses that are on the website in store.” Was really looking forward to visiting the store but looks like I can’t.

Very very rude staff. I went back into the store multiple times because I have changed my mind and wanted to buy something else and when I went back in one of the staff was talking badly about me to the other staff, saying I went back into the store multiple times and it was weird and that I needed to make up my mind. Very rude! Mind your business!

Even tho this place has nice dresses the employees are not friendly. I think if this store has better employees it might be a better store. Anyways the clothes are cute and perfect for dances.

Employees assumed I was shoplifting and forced me to give them my items so they could hold it at the register. One employee physically grabbed the items out of my hands when I originally told them Id rather just hold them myself.They have nice merchandise but prepare for horrible treatment by the staff.

Pathetic employees! Pretty much everyone are rude. They dont like to even apologise for what they do! The company should seriously look at the people they hire! Horrible rude staff, they werent responding after I was asking them for help they just kept starring at me. Before i even finished speaking/thanking them they were already trying to get rid of me by speaking to another customer when i hadnt even gathered my things or reciept.

The employees are horrible and are a reflection of their manager. They are pitiful and someone needs to clean up the customer service in there. The girls are complete stanks. But the clothes are cute.

As I can see no one has gotten a response from any staff member on these reviews. Guess Ill give everyone a fair warning that the staff was extremely rude. I am really disappointed with how I was treated. I came in for a last minute dress for an event and the staff was gossiping with one another, texting on their phone and not even asking how they could assist me.I walked around the store myself with dresses on since they didnt bother to help. Since getting sizes and finding a dress seemed too difficult I left empty handed.Appreciate the costumer service.
