Placed an order but then it was refunded the next day because the items were not actually in stock. Strange because I had multiple items. It was very frustrating but I received a call from the owner explaining the product ships direct from the supplier who didnt inform them the items were out of stock. Still frustrating but understandable and I appreciated the person involvement from the owner.
