Visited today to replace a pin buckle and check out the latest and greatest from Omega. My son (8) joined me. Ricardo (whom I had spoken with on the phone) remembered our conversation, had the item waiting just as he said it would be, swapped out the buckle and ensured a solid fit!The team welcomed my son and we tried on a few watches together. Consistently great experience at Omega boutiques and a great brand ambassador in Ricardo.
This Omega boutique is by far the best luxury watch experience I have ever had. Kristi and her team truly set the standard for the highest level of customer service there is. I have visited this boutique on multiple occasions, each time just kicking tires trying to decide on my next piece. Every single sales associate there has gone above and beyond to make my experience one I’ll never forget. Their professionalism, knowledge, and KINDNESS far surpass that of every other watch store in the DFW area. After many months of visiting on the weekends, I finally pulled the trigger on a Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon Meteorite Dial. Kristi, Ricardo and Kelli each had helped me numerous times in the past, and thankfully they were all there for the momentous occasion when I finally purchased. Each of them had a hand in assisting with the closing of the sale, and they all sat around chatting with me like we were old friends. While this particular occasion finally resulted in a transaction, the team there has treated me like I was their VIP client each and every time I have visited, sale or no sale. Thank you Kristi and team, I am a fan for life.
This Omega location, and the team there, are the reason I wear an Omega Seamaster instead of a Rolex.I own an Omega X33 that I picked up in 2004 as part of a military group buy. When I moved to DFW in 2016 and stopped by this boutique they let me know that all services for that watch were complimentary and were very professional anytime we’d stop in. In 2020 I intended to add a Rolex Submariner to my collection but, based on how Kristi, Roberto and the rest of the team have always treated us, we added a Seamaster 300M instead. Cannot say enough good things about the staff here!

So disappointed in this store and Omega in general! I bought my husband a $9,000 watch with my last paycheck before I retired. After owning the watch for about a year with normal wear and tear, the dial became loose. When I took the watch in for repair (still under warranty), they told me that he probably damaged it. I assured them it was simple wear and tear and quoted me $1500 to fix. My husband has bought 4 Omegas and this will be the last. CHOOSE ANOTHER LUXURY WATCH COMPANY where they offer customer service and don’t blame the customer. FAIL, Omega!
The location is impressive, sporting all their collections. I spoke with Karim and he was a pleasure to talk with. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I had originally came in to try out straps for my Seamaster and ended up trying out the Speedmaster. I definitely will be back to purchase a Speedmaster for my father. Thanks Karim!

I went there to adjust my strap as well as cleaning my watch a few days ago. A young sales representative came to me and I told her what I wanted. She didn’t seem to be happy with what I wanted her to do. She went to the back door and adjust my strap, gave me the part of the strap and we left. A few days later, I went to the omega dealer in San Antonio (that’s where I bought my watch) to adjust it again. The sales representative there told me that the pin was missing so he couldn’t do anything to help me. He then ordered the pin for me at no cost. Seriously though, it was very unprofessional of her to not give me back the pin. If you want to buy an omega, go to the dealer in San Antonio. That’s the right place to buy/service your omega.
I would give this store zero stars if I could. Since this company has been taken over by Swatch, the quality of their watches have suffered greatly. I have experienced countless issues with my Seamaster and Omega are now charging me over $1,000 because its out of warranty. I refuse to pay. Avoid this company at all costs! Their watches are not worth the $$$$$! Save your money.

My Seamaster Professional had an issue around one year after purchase. My warranty was expired but they sent it in for repairs. The Seattle location couldnt fix it so they sent the watch back to Omega in Switzerland. About two months later I received a call from Omega Boutique. They informed me that a new watch had been sent to them from Switzerland, I owed nothing for the new watch, and my warrant was extended an additional 8 months. Im really happy with this service.

Was looking forward to trying on and potentially buying a watch but I guess I wasn’t dressed appropriately. I went straight to the mall after the gym and one of the people there shut the door in my face as I was about to walk in. I’ll try somewhere else I guess.
I went there with my fiancée a few days ago to adjust her strap. There were 2 sales representatives there. They were polite but very cold, asked us what we needed, and my fiancée told the younger representative that she needed to adjust the strap and clean the watch. The representative didn’t seem to want to clean her watch. She went to the back door and adjusted her watch, went out with a part of the strap. We left the store, without knowing that she didn’t give us back the pin in the strap. Without the pin no one can adjust the strap. A few days later we went to the dealer in San Antonio (that’s where we got the watch, and we definitely recommend SA dealer if you want to buy or service your watch) and we were told that the pin was missing. They ordered another pin for us at no cost. We still have to make another trip to SA though to fix the strap just because this representative at North Park didn’t give us back the pin.

I was so worried it wouldnt make it back, but Ricardo and friends were amazing with emailing me back to make arrangements for my watch to be adjusted and sent back properly. They took the time to be understanding of my concerns and in the end won a loyal, trusting customer. I now know who to trust with my precious.-Jen in HHeights
