What a nice ice pop shop to visit in the heart of Dallas downtown. It was my first time and i am glad i found this to be my favorite ice cream shop. I tried nutella banana pop and it was as delicious as hell. Customer service is fab. Beware of long queue as this place is usually busy with customers but worth the wait

Super delicious and refreshing fresh fruit paletas! It was not too sweet which made it perfect! They also have ice cream bars and alcoholic frozen pops too that you can top with a variety of toppings. Also there is edible cookie dough in a cup which was super delicious! The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming too. I highly recommend Pop Factory!

We were here LITERALLY minute before it closed but the store keeper was very sweet. She walked me through the best selling popsicles with a lot of patience and made me exactly what I was looking for.For the first timers, you can get a dipping sauce added of your choice with any of the topping available. I got myself a cookie and cream popsicle with dark chocolate dipping sauce.

Love this place !! Greek berries and yogurt pop and butter pecan were delicious. The female employee with curly hair was super sweet and explained the whole dip process . She even had some really great recommendations . The place was Clean and tidy, love that! Definitely coming back

Walked in and I was just very disappointed; they only had about 9 flavors to choose from and none of them were fruity! Got a chocolate pop and it was just super strong and the cookie dough alright. Never being so confused about a place like this one 🥴 never again!!!!

Sunday Fun Day and we are having sweet treats. It was perfect weather to hang out in West Village. The dogs were out and the humans are happily walking them up and down street. I just had a dismal brunch and hoped that this would pick up my spirits. I had to call to get directions because my Dallas-site knowledge failed me. I was going up and down McKinney and couldnt find it. I finally begged Waze for help and turned right into a parking spot on the street. YAY! I walked into a selection of Pops fruity, savory, creamy, stuffed and boozy if youre into that. Of course Ive had Pop styles before so I tried really hard to step out of the box. I wanted to go against my normal mango with Mexican spices you would have in a fruit cup. So, I asked the young lady behind the counter what was her favorite. She happily named a couple but the Cheesecake Pop caught my interest. Then, the screen blazes with something with berries and chocolate. Yes. Yes. Yes. Give me that variation. It was so deliciously decadent and smooth. The berries added flavor that you thought you had a slice a cheesecake in your mouth. The chocolate layers thin and drizzled all over quickly harden for an unexpected crunch. I was in love. I had a friend to come with me and shes a big banana fan, so she didnt take as long as me to decide. Her Pop had dipped chocolate and crunchy nuts on top. There wasnt a lot of talking but smiles and Mmmmm sounds. They even had treats for your pup and a beautiful Labradoodle came in with his humans to get a Pop. She knew it was for her because she immediately sat down and waited for her treat to be un-wrapped. They convinced her go outside so she could happily and probably soppily enjoy it. Pop Factory is a one stop show for the family to get treat to beat the heat or indulge.

Love this place. Their Oreo cookie and Frozeé paletas are delicious. My dogs really enjoy their pupcicles too.

Dough factory delivery needs bags &/or better packaging . . Smh .

Grrreat tasting frozen popsicles. I had the coffee pop, my husband the coconut nutella and my dad the Sangria. They were all really good! The coffee pop had coffee grinds and chocolate pieces, the coconut nutella had coconut ice cream with nutella in the center and the Sangria was just like a strong sangria drink in a frozen popsicle. Strongly recommend evryone to try this place!

Bought buy one get one free Popsicles mango and banana Nutella. Both were not too sweet and true fruit flavors. They arrived well packaged. We enjoyed the yummy goodness!

What a fun place! The staff clearly really cares about the customer experience and making sure you enjoy your treat. There are many options to choose from no matter what kind of dessert you’re craving. They also have a fun photo booth in back where you can get a little goofy to commemorate the experience.

I couldn’t find the shop on my Uber app so I called. I spoke with Nathan who was extremely rude. He asked if I knew how to find the instructions on the app. I let him know I still couldn’t find Dough Factory. Then he asked me to read the instructions to him. He was just extremely rude. Once I found the location he was also rude when I asked for a bag to put the order in. Idk if he was the owner or not, he doesn’t need to be working there

Great place wasnt to excited to grab some ice cream (pop) before my fam decided to come here but it was amazing owner has A1 service and the pops are amazing strawberry and watermelon are the best!!

I had a hard time finding the shop so I called three times- all of which went unanswered. When I eventually found them, I saw the worker sitting in the corner playing on her phone. I mentioned that I called a few times and she just laughed. Anyhow, my pickup order was nicely packaged and waiting for me. When I got home, I was very disappointed to see all 9 of the popsicles had freezer burn.

Flavor wise and presentation is considerably better than Steel City Pops. Pop Factory have the taste that you are looking for without using too much sweets on their products, theyre both about the same price, so moving to the flavor category, these are a much better!

Great service and delicious popsicles! Cookies n cream popsicles are amazing and you can dip it in milk, white, chocolate! You can put Oreos on it too. Hand sanitizer is provided for customers. Highly recommend!

Delicious frozen pops, totally fresh concept on popsicles! There are great flavors, very refreshing oh and did I mention there are some that have alcohol (yes, thats right) a little booze! Dont worry plenty of flavors for the kiddos! Must try it!

I invited some of my daughters friends and their moms from school for a playdate here. We all had such a Great time, and the popsicles were Amazing! The girls loved choosing their tasty toppings, and the moms truly enjoyed our adult treats! We will be back real soon!

I loved it, they have a Baileys coffee Popsicle to die for better have your ID handy white hair or not, nice and friendly service.

5 bucks for a popsicle?!! They are decent, but way, way over priced. It feels very odd to pay this much for food and have someone take off the wrapper for you—why just not go to the grocery store yourself? The variety and quality were not compelling enough for me to justify the price, and if I didn’t have my children with me, I would have hightailed it out of there.

Walked by this popsicle place during my evening walk and decided to check it out. Its pretty new and in a great location right outside West Village! So many things within walking distance. Also very close to some great brunch spots so its a good post brunch snack place!The popsicles are great! I got the lime and berry, Very fruity. Was told theyre made with natural fruits and organic sugar. It was truly delicious. They also have other kinds: the alcohol infused popsicles, the creamy ones that are more similar to icecream and the option to get toppings on your popsicle as well! Truly a win-win. Ill be going back! The staff was also very friendly there! The place was clean and nicely decorated. Truly a good vibe all-over!

Bottle Line: Steel City Pops is better.
