I love going to this place. My usual is a fresas con crema with almonds. They are very generous on the almonds unlike some places, and the staff is always polite and depending on how busy it is you will usually get your order quickly.

One of the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. I went to this place for the 1st time on 7/20 & all the ladies working there were very rude. I was standing in line for 10-15 minutes & nobody acknowledged me or even looked my way( I was standing in front of the Aguas frescas). So I went were it said Order Here & still nobody looked my way. After that, they called some numbers & charged 2 persons, some lady in a black t shirt, guess it was the manager. As soon as she finished charging the persons, she just walked away from the cashier without asking us we needed any help, didnt even look at us. I finally told some lady about what happened & she just told me that she hadnt seen me. I just walked out on them. Never going back to this place, wont recommend it to anyone.

Last time I went it was really good love the things I got the lady put the ice cream in the freezer so they won’t melt and when I left they were still good but this time I went the young lady did not attend us good she gave us our ice creams and they were melted and did not give us things we asked for in ate order and she did not give us enough cup holders so we struggled I think her name was Karina but other than that I love going there really good foods.

It was one of my favorite Spanish restaurant I have ever been to. Luv their diversity, quality and how clean is the store. Elote is a must to try along with their tostilocos and banana split.
