I was charged more than the prices on the menu. They didnt even tell me the total when I was paying or that the prices had changed. When I asked the staff about it they said the prices changed to be more expensive and the menu prices were wrong. They said the manager was aware & there was nothing they could do for me. They were very rude about it. I shouldve been told ahead of time & it would have been fine. Why would you not change the menu that everyone is looking at to be the correct prices? Makes no sense. The lease they could do is tell customers ahead of time.

Love their Nutella smoothie and gelato. Price is a bit high for the things you get, but cold dessert at a mall is way to go.

I ordered the lime & basil gelato, and it is a must have if you’re in that neck of the woods. Good music and cool atmosphere.

Forever I was trying to find a flavor called Nocciola (hazelnut) everywhere, but because the only place i saw it was on Europe i had my hopes down, my amazement when i saw that they had it. Also, the service is good, quick and the ice cream is very tasteful!!

We showed up at 8:50 pm on a Saturday night, when google says they are open until 10 pm. The girl working the register would not look up from her phone and said they started closing at 8:30. The ice cream was still out they had only taken up the spoons. Very disappointed.

Customer ahead of me had two orders, not really busy for Tues at 5. Man acknowledged me which was great. Associate attempted to overlook me asking if yall are ready to the couple behind me. I spoke up said Im ready! I wanted something dairy free and I got it. The Associate half filled my cup. Overpriced for the service and serving today.

Loved it! Insane amount of flavors to chose from. I recommend the large cup with 3 scoops!

Looked at the menu and it said $6 for ice cream and $1 extra for cone. The cashier charged me $10! I couldn’t believe it. It’s unreasonable. And they give you small scoops of ice cream! Not worth it at all.

If you are looking for almost gormet ice cream, then here you go! Sadly they didnt have coffee flavor :( You would think thay would be common. They also lack things like heath bar crunch, caramel swirled into vanilla, or somwthing like vanilla swiss almond. Anyway, Birthday Cake and Tiramisu mixed together make a decent $7 shake.

No complaints about the gelato. Customer service is severely lacking. Girls stood behind the counter gossipping about customers and other staff members. Server then assumed I wanted a cup instead of a cone and got mad when I corrected her. She then tried to teach me how to order a gelato. Not a good experience, i will go elsewhere.
