I Love their ice cream!! But I’ve been standing here for past 35min and nobody is here to serve us. I am never coming back here again

My husband really wanted some gelato and was pumped about going. He got the strawberry rose flavor. When he got back to the table, he absolutely did not like it at all. He said it taste like dye. I took a bite and liked it but not enough to eat it. He also got a macaroon and it was hard, and very burnt tasting.

The skinny girl gave bad looks and treated customers with no respect and she was acting unprofessional showing no pride in the companies name.Saw half her leg out the stand I don’t know what she was doing but I don’t want to know either.happened at 2:45 pm.

Worst location of paciugo Ive been. They put so little gelato. You dont get what you pay for. Dont go to this location. The one in North Park is so good and they serve good.

Great gelato and located in a very busy place at the galeria

The girl at the counter is over worked and as a result rude, or just rude. 🤷🏽‍♀️The gelato is almost melting and is poor quality in comparison to other locations. The flavors don’t even seem to be made the with the same ingredients.
