I ordered a frapuccino and It was a total fail, the picture in the menu had whipped cream and also a straw that comes with the drink but1. They didnt have whipped cream2. No straw3. I can still taste the bits of coffee at the end of my coffee4. It Will damage tour throat, cause of the coffee.5. I do NOT recommend this place.6. People seemed bothered.7. Non happy workers

Place is dirty, and its just bad. I went with my family and they gave my sibling the choice of what to put on their shake, but when I got my shake, they didnt ask me what I wanted on it, and they even put a cherry. I hate cherries. -1000000000000/10 wouldnt recommend to ANYONE.

Have you ever NOT finished an ice cream because you didnt like it? Crazy thought but it happened to me. I got cheesecake and pinon and I couldnt finish it because it just wasnt good. Im well versed in Mexican ice cream, from both Mexico and from other places in the DFW. It tasted kind of chemically. My wife got cookies and cream and fresas con crema and she also didnt eat it. Its pricey too.

I had to wait 20 mins to order one thing. The lady’s look like I was bothering them and never said thank you even when I continued to say thank you. They just looked very bothered because ppl were in there ordering. Smh I will never go back in there plus the food is not great.

Rude Experience! I ordered a mangonada instead of a smoothie mangonada by accident and the lady said well I already prepared this one. The lady acted like it took her 10 minutes to make when in reality it only took her 10 seconds to add chile and the lemon. I hadnt even taken a bite or anything simply looked at it. Will not come back to this location again!

This place overcharges you. And not so good. The bitter ladies charged me $ 1.08 for some small chetos of $ 0.50.These grumpy ladies over charge you and it’s not even good. They charge a $ 1.08 for a $ 0.50 bag.
