I am very disappointed. My pregnant wife was craving a Häagen-Dazs coffee shake and so we went to get one at the Häagen-Dazs shop at the Gallerya. When I went to order the nice lady said I am to busy to work the Häagen-Dazs and cookies side. I have everything I need but Im to busy.even when I waited for no customers in line and I asked again I got the same answer.

The stuff was very short and kurt. They did not wear masks. And even worse they did not look interested at all in helping customers. I walked up to get help, and it took a good minute and a half before the lady addressed me even though she was at the front counter, she looked at the other lady to see if the other lady was going to help me first and then the other lady told her to help us. I will not be eating here again!

Good cookies and smoothies, not sure if it was training day but it took rather long for our order to be made. There were quite a few employees all having to step over each other. Overall friendly service though and good products.

It was so appetizing. looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. the bill was decent. makes me feel like i am back in tucson.

They touched the cone directly by hands and only used napkins wrapped on. YUCK! Just go find a Paciugo, they are much more better.

I was looking at the flavors with my girlfriend and the girl behind the counter yelled at me telling me that the line started in the middle. I responded, yes, Im just looking at the flavors and she raised her voice and yelled at me again telling me that the like started in the middle. I had to reiterate that I was just looking at the flavors. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me.Okay, guess I wont be getting ice cream today.

I hated my experience at the dallas location haagen Dazs. Karina was the one helping me and she was totally rude with what I wanted. I showed her the redeemed coupon i had and she made me buy my icecream. I would never want to come here. Moreover my ice cream was dripping from my cup and she refused to clean it until I forced her that I need another cup. Really bad service!!

Its really good Ice Cream, the options are not so many, but it was worth the taste, so delicious, very indulging. What I like the most is their Dulce De Leche, which keeps me from coming back here. Worth a try.

Was my first time here and the customer service sucks. I wanted an banana split as she said I can’t choose that one. I asked if the brownie ice cream has nuts and she said no. I was eating and I found one. She could kill me this time.

App system out of date...bought ice cream for 5, spent $30, all waffles were so hard to eat!!!waited 20 minutes & didnt get my points just horrible attitude from the manager who yelled while on the line the whole time. Rude & inadequate to run a business. WONT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION next to Nestle TO Haagen-Dazs fans

This store is my fave ice cream shop, they always have good customer service.

The BEST ice cream anywhere. I wish they had more flavours like they do on the west coast! For me once I tasted Haagen Daz I didnt care for any other ice cream.

I had a cup of the caramel truffel ice cream and a mocha frappuccino. The ice cream was great but the mocha frappuccino was not that good. It didnt really taste like i was expecting. I was looking for something a little sweeter and more coffee taste. The customer service was awesome though. I will be back to try the coffee again. This location is a Hagen Daaz and Nescafe shared space.

Really bad experience with the attendant, telling me I was holding the line when I had to wait for her to come out of the back for the longest time. Service is horrible.

Needs more help. Good stuff.
