Love this place. They have unique flavor combinations. The berry-lavender and chocolate-orange are my favorite. The chocolate affogato is pretty amazing as well. Definitely recommend.

Usually I dont like my desserts to be too sweet and honestly its very tough in USA to find less sweet dessert!! Unfortunately this place was too seeet for me!! Beaware of size too!! I have taken close picture which might make it look big but its not!! And yes this place is costly too!! So not only it was my first visit there, but last visit too!!

I should consider trying other flavors at this place, but they put something in the white coffee and I can never deviate from it. I get the kid size cup which may appear tiny but it can be quite filling. Sometimes I will walk home with a large take out of gelato as well. You need to try this place. They make the best gelato in Dallas!

I love this ice cream spot! It really is the best ice cream place in the Dallas area. So excited that they opened a location up north. The new one is just as great as the one in Greenville. The manager offered to give us our ice cream on the house because they were having trouble setting up apple pay.Honestly all the flavors here are awesome. Ive tried a lot of the flavors and love every one of them.This time I had the lemon and rose which was awesome in the Texas heat. Its tart and fresh - an awesome choice for the summer.

Amazing! I had a nitro cold brew float with marscapone fig Gelato. It was insane! The coffee and Gelato were top notch! My girlfriend had 3 different scoops of Gelato. I believe it was: marscapone fig, Blueberry, and Dulche De Leche. All amazing! The staff were great! It was nice being able to sample flavors before deciding. Thank you! Will be back for sure!

Good Stuff. The medium came with 3 flavors and the large comes with 4 flavors.Their coffee is a must have, its amazing! Strong, flavorful and a hit for everyone I tried it with. The matcha was not powdery at all, if you like matcha, its another recommendation. Tiramisu was surprisingly pretty weak, did not have a good wow flavor bomb. It was extremely mild.Staff was not exactly friendly with helping us set things up to sample. But I asked them for 2 samples and everything turned out fine.

Exceptional gelato. Always a total treat. Pistachio is world class and we have tried it in a lot of places. And the packaging it beautiful so its a perfect gift to bring to a dinner or to present at your own.

Cute shop with friendly service. Had the white coffee gelato and tutti frutti sorbet ... Both delicious. A bit pricey $12 for 2 real small cups (includes $2 tip).

Botolino in Greenville has been our favorite gelato & ice cream spot in DFW. The owner is amazing and his creations are so unique and absolutely delicious. I found this second location just yesterday, and I was SO HAPPY. More parking, less crowd, same ice cream & cake selections, and the same type of awesome service. Very glad that Botolino exists and happy to have one closer to my family. Please try Botolinos and enjoy! Cheers

Great Gelato, I had the cone hazelnut and pistachio l, half and half. They also serve coffee, the espresso was fantastic. Great service and kid friendly. I will be back.

The gelato is absolutely excellent and the people are so friendly. I truly feel like Botolino is a local gelato store—their cart is always at local events distributing free samples! Fantastic ice cream and service—be sure to try any berry flavor they’ve got, and the gianduja is immaculate. You pay for quality.

Very good. I had a combination of coconut and dulce de leches that made me think of kaya butter from Singapore. Total accident, but a fantastic one. Strong flavors. Good stuff.

Had the pleasure of visiting yesterday. I ordered the mascarpone and coconut gelato. This location is 35 minutes from where I’m located but I’d happily drive to this location on a weekly basis to get a taste of that yummy gelato! Employees were wearing masks and gloves for anyone who is concerned. Yummy 🤤

Bogolino gelato .. The coconut snow is my favorite and the macha snow I recommend it 100% and if you sit outside super nice.
