BUYER BEWARE.unless you have all the money and all the time and patience in the world then this is not the place for youway to make a buying experience hellI purchased an Acura, they cracked the windshield while detailing it.I was told they would have a glass company come to my home to fix it, apparently I live to far so I had to meet them, first time they brought the wrong glass, second time they bent my fenders and put a dent in one of them.Jeffery Wallis, was rudeManny Garcia, acts like he was trying to help me out but really just being condescending. He was telling me that the glass company was responsible for the damage to my car, but in REALITY I wouldnt even be there if RUSTY WALLIS hadnt cracked my windshield giving it a wash.. how hard were you guys washing it? What was the prep fee for? Pay money and prepare to go on a wild goose chase? Pay for a more damaged vehicle than when I first bought it? I shouldnt have even drove off the lot. The glass company was ADKINS GLASS, what professionals they are Bare minimum efforts and little to no passion and basically no respect or remorse, goes nowhere fast.Ill be sure to pass the word aroundThese people dont care about anything other than making a sale, if youre financing through them, they will treat you like a god. but once you buy it outright, youre on your own.

Since I’ve not used there service until more recently but will consider coming again for any future service repairs/maintenance.

I’ve had the best car buying experience today! I spoke with Allion yesterday, told her what I was looking for, set an appointment. Walked in at around 11am, was paired with Mr. Collier and he was so pleasurable. He explained the process, went on a test drive, explained all the perks of the 2021 Honda Accord that I was test driving, made sure I was comfortable through the whole entire process and I walked out completely satisfied at 3:00, a new owner of that 2021 Honda with a great deal!!! Oil change @ Rusty WallisPulled up to open express service lane at 1:20pm. I was told to wait for service advisor to come to my car.Advisor, Fernando, came 3 minutes later and we went over oil change prices/ coupons. He highly recommended brake fluid and transmission oil change but did not push me into doing anything else besides oil change today. Some other places are too pushy with these services. He said I could contact him or drive in for brake fluid and transmission oil for another day. I really liked that and I will schedule in upcoming days.I was sent to waiting area at 1:32 pm. I waited and my car was ready by 2:18pm. Waiting area is nice and clean. I was very satisfied with overall service and price.

I came in for an inspection of my vehicle. There was a lot of cars there to be serviced, but our advisor Ray Allen got to us quickly understood what we needed done, told us what they would be doing and would reach out to us once everything was complete. He called us at the expected time, and when we got there, he was waiting for us at the cashiers desk with my key fob, and handed us the all the docs needed to finish the transaction. Ray Allen gave us great service! I go to Rusty Wallis anytime I need service done on my car.
I was notified of a recall on the fuel pump a couple weeks ago on my 19 Honda Accord. Immediately was scheduled to have it brought in so they can replace it. 2 weeks, appointment was kept, they got right on it and had me out the door quicker than I expected. The gentleman that assisted me ( I can’t remember his name, I’m sorry!) was very informative and attentive.
We went there looking for a 2022 Honda Civic. We got there and got Jesse. Who didn’t seem too thrilled we showed up. He said they had two colors when we got there and we asked to see the other one then he showed us and said “it sold this morning.” Then why tell us he had TWO. When he pulled the vehicle up, he didn’t show it to us just opened the door and walked away. He acted like he was too good for us. Two women walk in ready to buy a car and that’s how he acts. Great customer service. If it was just my father they wouldn’t have acted like that. My mother used to work at that exact location and it was never this bad. Just look out for the Rusty Wallis package, nothing but bogus fees!

I purchased my first Honda Civic here back in 2007 and decided to come back here. However, I am very disappointed buying certified preowned Honda Accord here. The paint on front bumper start peeling off and engine oil seems to drop more than usual (possible leak) just within a year after the purchase. One of my friend who also purchase her certified Honda Accord here and she had issue with brake costed her more than 1k. I am not sure its Honda or Rusty Wallis poor quality.I will never buy Honda or from Rusty Wallis again!

I went there 2 weeks ago to buy the new Honda Civic 2022 Touring and the sales person told me because it’s a new car I have to pay $3000 extra to get the car over the price. In shock I called the different Honda dealership to check if they have the car in stock and they said they have the car so I went there and they didn’t charge my anything over the price plus they gave me $750 discount as compared the price I got in this dealership. So be aware and always check prices with other dealership before you made your purchase here.
Amazing customer service and minimal hassle!My salesman Edwin B. was extremely courteous and not once made me feel uncomfortable even after getting off of work looking a little rough. Me and my fiance had already had an extremely bad experience with a Family Toyota dealership in Arlington (because of my appearance) and this was the complete opposite.Straight out the gate Edwin approached us with such a calm and friendly demeanor that it made me feel appreciated, valued and relaxed. The whole process was fairly quick and had extremely good communication from him.After moving on to the next step (thanks to Edwin) we were introduced to Leo R. and this man was also amazing to work with. My Honda van died on me after we had service on our van wheelchair equipment. Had it towed to Rusty Wallis that evening. I called the next morning and the service department diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery and advised on other service needs. I appreciate the great service.

Picked up 2012 Kia Soul from these guys. Great little car and great service. They did everything possible to make it like a new car. Matthew was my sales guy and met son Jeff Wallis. Finance department was also great. The service department is also very prompt in there service. Over all, the entire team was very professional and courteous. Had a rattle under my 2017 HRV. They only charged me the $135.00 to diagnose the problem. Said it was a loose transmission mount bolt. Tightened it up and I was on my way. Very honest guys.

If you’re thinking about buying a new or used car i would avoid coming to rusty Wallis Honda on Shiloh rd. it is by far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in car buying. I was cheated out of my trade in and bold faced lied to! I was sold a 2014 Honda CR-V with a bad transmission when I asked the same day it was purchased if I could return it I was denied with no further concern to my issue. I then scheduled an appointment to have it serviced under warranty they told me it would not be covered by my warranty but to leave it there anyways. When asked about a rental car I was denied that as well. I have now been out of a vehicle for 8 days now with no point of contact. To say I am disappointed with my experience at rusty Wallis Honda would be an understatement..
We found a Chevrolet Equinox we wanted online. We live 2 hours away from Dallas so everything was dont thru texts and phone calls. Ondra & Leo were able to get the vehicle price down so our payments were where we needed them to be! Marcus is a amazing salesman, he video chatted with me to show me the car, any minor flaws it had and even drove it for me so I could hear the engine etc. After we decided on term & payment Marcus & a Co worker drove 2 hours to deliver the Equinox to us! They arrived at 9:30pm, we drove the vehicle & loved it. The paperwork signing was easy & explained very well. We would definitely go back in the future! Really disappointed in the service I received here. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The folks were really nice and respectful. However, I have 2 issues with my car after leaving. The first one was a low tire pressure indication 10 minutes after leaving and the second came a week after when my undercarriage fell off and was dragging because it was not reattached correctly. Ive never had any issues with my car before this service, but everything seemed to be going wrong after. Happy I was able to catch the issues before a long road trip.
WORST costumer service EVER! I saw 2018 Acura MDX that I liked on there website, so I called them and spoke with the manager and we agreed on a price over the phone and made an appointment within an hour to come by and purchase it. Despite the car has many scratches and chips, I decided to purchase it and filled out the application. Once I asked the Sales person for explanation on a couple of fees and charges, he became rude and called the manager, which in turns told me straight he no longer wants to sell the car to me at the agreed upon price. Very disappointed that Honda dealership have such bad customer service representatives. This is the first and last time I will shop with Honda...

I called this place to see about refinancing my car for a better interest rate but was fast talked by Leo about adding more time and money to my loan. And when i addressed him about it he got an attitude and hung up in my face. Ms. Jasmine Rogers stated in her review that they were more focused on getting the interest and upwelling more charges is true.Lastly I will never do business again with Rusty Wallis.
WARNING!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!! THIS IS NOT OKAY!! I’m writing this review because I do NOT want this to happen to someone else! I bought a used car from Rusty Wallis Honda last April (2018) it was a 2009 Hyundai Genesis. It was in good condition, they just received it on a trade in and I happened to be there looking. I was interested but not convinced so I told them what I was willing to spend and it also needed 2 new ties on the back. They agreed to put the 2 new ties on as part of the deal and I could pick the car up the next day. All went fine, they took my money, I got the car and that should be the end of it. Except 1 year later I am at a car shop being told that I have 2 ties on my car that were made in 2008!!! (Before the car was even made!) They were dry rotting with perfectly good tread on them! I was told it was only a matter of time before I would have had a blowout, most likely while driving at a high speed because that’s when they would get really hot and blowout. This could have been very dangerous, and cost myself or someone else their LIFE! Of course the date stamp on the tire had been placed towards the inside of the car so I couldn’t have known, in addition they put the wrong size tires on, my car should have 50’s and they used 55’s, someone was allowed to pull a fast one. I’ve been told since this happened that you’re not allowed to even store tires past 5 years due to issues like this, and they knowingly put 10 YEAR OLD ties on my car and called them NEW!!! I live out of state or I would have gone back and insisted they make this right! Instead I contacted them (in particular Freddie the sales manager who worked with me on the deal) in hopes they would do something to help fix the mistake and make it right. I reached out 4 different times over a months’ time and was told they were looking into it? I will have to eat the cost of replacing my “new” tires but what bothers me the most is that I don’t want this to happen to anyone else! Its poor business and I think they make enough money not to have to shaft people on a tire deal!!! THIS IS NOT OKAY!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!! Insist on seeing the dates on your tires!

Awful experience. I would not buy from here. Purchased an Acura TLX from them. They never inspected the car so I couldnt get tags. Told me to go get it inspected and they would reimburse me. This never happened, not surprised. They care about themselves, not the car buying public.

Though I brought in an 18 year old car, they cared for my CR-V as well as any of the new cars they had in at the time I was there. Im currently on a solo road trip and realized Im only 4k miles in, have about 7k more to go and needed an oil change today so I can leave tomorrow.This place was AMAZING! They are EXTREMELY nice, crazy efficient and gave me a great deal for my tire rotation and oil change! Did I mention they got me in the same day I called? In fact they got me in within the hour!They even washed my baby at no additional charge!! Although with 4k miles of bugs, even the car wash I took him too after didnt get him fully cleaned and I had to use a towel and a water bottle to finish cleaning. 😂😂😂I highly recommend this place and Dillion especially!! Had the worst experience at the service center this past Saturday. I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 3:45pm. When I got there for my appointment, the service advisor told me that they were to busy to accept my car despite having my appointment. When I asked why no one called me or what’s the point of the online appointment system. He told me he doesn’t know and stated he doesn’t even know why they have a online appointment system. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. After buying 3 cars from here I will never come here again or do any business here again. I will never recommend any friends or family to ever come here.
I have used Rusty Wallaces service department for 8 years. The service has started taking longer and longer. Today it was a 2 hour wait for an oil change. They dont even tell you. Thankfully I asked and was able to take my business elsewhere. The new service center sure didnt speed things up. 20 minutes a my new oil change location . Bye Rusty.

I bought a car 8 days ago. I did not receive all of the paperwork on my contract. I have been calling and texting with the salesman and he keeps saying that the deal isn’t done so l they need this they need that. Why was I allowed to buy a car if the deal wasn’t done??? They were very shady on their prices too. Buyers beware. They had large fees for things such as reconditioning the car???? A system that finds your car if it is stolen. That was $795. They didn’t ask if I wanted it. Rest assured I didn’t pay any of those fees. Yes now they won’t send my paperwork to me??? Shady if you ask me. I’ve tried calling and conveniently everyone is out!!!! Where’s the honesty? Not at Rusty Wallis... please watch your paperwork and don’t leave without it you may never get it.

Wanted to charge me $6k+ for a civic that stickers for 24,115 and is advertised at that price.Definitely shop elsewhere before going here.
Not a great experience, dealership tried to work a deal and added a whole bunch of extra expensive options then dropped the price of the car online by almost two thousand dollars the day after I was there.Manager stated he was in the business to make money which I understand but dont screw over the customer

I do believe he was just about to go home because he had groceries and my husband and I just pulled in he put his groceries down and came to help us! As I am not the easiest to make a sell on and usually dont buy my first stop but this time I did and it was because of the informortive and professionalism of your sales staff such as Eric that I did purchase that day! I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
On a late Friday afternoon, I came in without appointment but they got me on and diagnosed my problem. Told it would be an hour, they finished sooner and my car has a new battery since it was under warranty. Courteous service by everyone!
