Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good selection of products available. Lastly, covid-19 precautions and distancing was enforced. If you want to purchase items without going into the store, you will need to do so over the phone. Awesome place overall.

Visited for the first time today (I am from Little Rock) and had a great experience! The ladies that work there were very helpful and kind. The vibe is great and they have plenty of herbs, candles, incense, tarot cards, etc. Also some specialized handmade items that I havent seen anywhere else. Loved the experience!!

I was reading all the negative comments about the shop, and I perceive very low vibrations and entitlement from those people. This shop is to supply you for your spiritual journey, not to harm you or others. I have been shopping in here since I moved to Dallas in 2011 and all the ladies have been nice to me and always have answer my questions. I love this sho, it feels like home every time I go.❤️

Wish I would’ve been able to shop here, perhaps another day.I came in around 4:20 pm (they do close at 5:00) hoping to see what this shop was about. It’s charming but tiny! I walked in to a line of 6 or more people. Way too many for my comfort during a pandemic. It’s hard to look at things when the space is cramped so I went back to my car until a few people exited the building.I tried to open the door at 4:41 and the door was locked. Not the best first impression, but I’ll be back perhaps another time/day when it’s not crazy busy.

Wonderful little shop. It really feels like hanging out in a friends home, rather than being in a store. A decent selection of all the things a shop like this would usually carry. And their ingredient selection is phenomenal.

Cheyenne was extremely rude. I accidentally opened an herbs jar to smell it, she told me that wasn’t allowed. I apologized and she continued to state “well why do you think there’s a sign there” after I said sorry. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she’s bitter. But the shop has lost its light and a little overpriced. You’re better off doing to a botanica. Eel Pueblo botanica is my favorite.

Very nice display of products and extremely helpful staff. The young lady at the front passionately spoke to my family about products that could help in some areas of life, and educated us on what to stay away from and partake in as we are very new to such practices. She knew very much about everything, and helped us gain a ton of insight on what we were doing. I adored her, she was absolutely inspiring.

I really love the herb collection. I felt kind of rushed out and the older ladies seemed to be a little on the grumpy side. Answers were short and I felt like they werent very friendly. The younger lady, at the door, was really nice and very friendly.

I absolutely loved the environment! Took my boyfriend and it was so welcoming, even for newcomers like him ! Had a lot of supplies and detailed descriptions for what every supply does! Would recommend!!

Small but cute. This shop features mostly hand-made items including candles and herbs (very large selection of loose herbs). They also have common occult items like stones, cards, and figurines. Shop keepers were all very friendly and ready to help. It was rather busy when I visited but everyone was polite.

Largest diverse selection of herbs for an herbalist in one witchy shop that Ive found here in Dallas so far! Ladies were knowledgeable and had positive energy. I will return.

Im so happy to have been shopping here for years. Their inventory has expanded exponentially, and it more easily caters to someone like me who is a Hoodoo/Voodoo practitioner. The prices are the best in town and just cant be beat.

I love this shop. Always calms my soul to go in and enjoy all the positive energy in this place.

Overall an okay experience. Three people were on shift when I went in and two of them were very friendly but the lady at the door was being very impatient to the costumers coming through who didn’t realize there was a limit or a wait. When I walked in she brought me back outside and said I’d have to wait for two more costumers to check out because I was going in with a guest. Which is completely fine, I also take covid very seriously and I didn’t want to crowd the building. I just don’t appreciate that she made it seem as if I were in the wrong for walking in the building when I just didn’t know what was going on. It was the tone of voice that got to me. My guest went back to the car because the energy just seemed like we were unwanted.Once I made it inside, the lady working behind the herb counter (I should’ve gotten names but I didn’t.) was very friendly and very helpful, she almost made me forget about the experience at the door. The lady behind the main counter was also very friendly and I even got a card from her. I will come back, as I enjoyed the trip for the most part. I just think that covid is a difficult time for everyone and that store owners should be a little more respectful when their costumers are confused.(:

Honest opinion, bear in mind that it is just that-my opinion. I have heard about this place from a lot of other places. I had my expectations very much elevated. I was disappointed. The selection of books was entirely Lewelyn, which I personally dont like. The herb selection seemed fairly decent, I cant say much beyond that as I couldnt get into the room to really look. They were observing, enforcing? social distancing, which I applaud very much. Other than that they had a lot of incense and some gem stones. I think I expected more from the Oldest Witch Shop in Dallas. The feel was not right for me, which is to say its like vanilla gelato. Everyone feels differently about it, some love it and some find it too bland. I just didnt fall in love. I will try it again sometime. Im all about second chances. Much love and Blessed Be.

Great selection, reasonable prices, helpful staff. They’re taking COVID very seriously; masks are required and they’re limiting the amount of customers in the store at once. The herb room is pretty small, so only one customer/group allowed back at a time. But, as I was waiting in line to go back there one of the staff asked if she could write down what I needed and get it for me so I didn’t have to wait so long. Everyone was so kind, and nobody rushed me; great experience, thank y’all!

If you dont know exactly what you are looking for dont bother with this place. Horrible customer service. I was in the herb room and she immediately asked what I needed when I said I wasnt sure yet she laughed at me and rolled her eyes then stared at me until I finally just walked out. I did not even purchase my other items. It was the most uncomfortable feeling in the store and with the employees. Would not recommend but everyones experience is different.

Love this place! The energy is fabulous, the ladies are very knowledgeable, and it is chock full of various herbs! They are understanding when you are curious and patient as well. Please respect the fact that they can only allow a certain amount of people in there at a time because of social distancing. So there is no web site? Even the instagram isnt any information. So I live in PA I cant buy anything. You would think this day and age you would have one or dont put it out there, so we search and search and find we are not good enough to buy from you.

The energy in this place is amazing, as soon as you walk in its so peaceful and everyone there is so nice. I found this place on accident a year or so ago and i feel so fortunate to have found it. The selection of herbs is phenomenal. Ive never been to a shop with such a wide variety. They have pretty much everything you need!

This was my first time coming into this store and the Energy was absolutely wonderful! My son was happy to visit the cat in the store and was asking all sorts of questions that the wonderful ladies happily answered. I found so MANY things, including this beautiful little cauldron that I had my eye on for a while. Definitely coming back for more!!

Attitude of one member of staff was aggressive, if a first time customer is not aware of protocol shouting in a loud voice too correct them is unnecessary. Manners cost nothing, perhaps put signs at eye level not up at ceiling level,then it may be seen. Also a private quiet word rather than trying too chastise a fellow adult like a child in front of several customers would be nicer. I suggest treat people as you wish too be treated.The second lady was friendly, welcoming,helpful and thankfully a delight, may she travel safely again to the UK, it was a delight too meet your cat and so many spurt cats who greet you inside and out.I may return on my next visit to Dallas, as I hold no ill will for the one lady,perhaps next time she will be in a happier,more inviting mood.

This place is incredible! I had a very unfortunate roommate experience, and Unarei greeted my situation with kindness, compassion, and generosity. I could not have asked for more! I was terrified of the negative energy that might have permeated my home, but Unarei put my mind at ease both in both logical and spiritual ways. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Went here for the first time with my friends and loved it! I’m just starting my spiritual journey and enjoyed browsing through and seeing everything they have for future purchases. I ended up buying a book and my friend bought some crystals. Everyone was super nice, even their cute dog! Will definitely be coming back!

The staff is very snooty and rude. The only person I can ever get to answer my questions is the Native American lady but the others are very rude and dismissive.Dallas is a southern town so it’s the only witch shop around, otherwise i’d shop somewhere else.

I love this store more than any other store in the world. The people are friendly and make you feel like family. However, theres no ramp to get into the store. Im walker-bound and I wish there were a ramp. If I ever become wheelchair bound, Im not sure if Id be able to make my way inside.

This was the visit that I have needed for months. Such a calm and receptive atmosphere and Serena is my new favorite person in all of DFW!

This is one of only a very few stores of its kind in the DFW area. I have gone there at least twice a year since I moved to the area almost 20 years ago now. I try to refer as many of my friends there as possible. The ladies that run this gem of a store are so sweet and knowledgeable, and I have only had positive experiences here throughout the years.

They are amazing people who really care about their customers. Keep in mind they are very busy so dont take them rushing around as them trying to be rude. Great variety of candles, books, herbs, incense, sprays and so on. I fell in love with the store and come back as needed.As for the lady below me, (R HY or whatever) dont pay her any attention. People like that scream for attention and will do anything to get it. What your beliefs are does not warrant hate speech or cramming your religious beliefs down others throats. Dont like new age stuff? Then just dont waste your time blah blahing on peoples ratings. People dont run to you when you behave like that. They run from you. This store is a place for all spiritual and religious beliefs. But this site should not be a place for you to call it satanic or whatever. Just be gone and off with you to never return. This place is so great! Right when you walk in you instantly feel at home, complete with warm welcomes and the smell of incense. We met one of the owners and she was SO SWEET. She even threw in a free bag for a friend who bought his first tarot card set! They have a great selection of herbs, too! 5/5, highly recommend!

Quaint occult shop with a variety of items. Do call ahead of time to make sure that the item you need is available. The space is small, so navigating the store with babies and/or children can be difficult (strollers, carriers, etc.) The owners are knowledgeable in their craft. But, it does get very busy here.

What a warm, welcoming little shop! This was my first visit and my husband and I felt at peace as soon as we entered the store. It was quite busy when we arrived, but we were still offered help. Cerina introduced herself to me and helped me to find exactly the right herbal blend I needed to make a stress relieving tea. I honestly cannot understand the few negative reviews at all. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.

I love The Labyrinth! I moved to Philadelphia and can no longer visit. Boy, I wish they had an online store because I really love Unarei’s oils, bath salts, and candles that she hand makes herself. I was especially fond of her fast money candles and fast money oil. I used to be a bartender and would dab a little fast money oil on my fingers before counting the money drawer, and when my shift would start I would light a fast money candle. My tips increased and I attracted lots of customers by dabbing some “Come to me” oil behind my ears. There’s always good vibes in there and before we had to up and leave to Philadelphia, Unarei gave me and my husband some comforting words. I guess she could tell we were a little frazzled. I really miss her and I will be sure to return and stock up on supplies if I ever visit Dallas again.

Every time we head here there’s always friendly cats to greet us and the building itself is absolutely adorable. A pentacle by the front door sets the mood for all the wonderfully witchy things found inside. You can get incense, herbs, stones, tarot and Oracle decks, and I’m pretty sure the women who run the store also do readings but I haven’t been lucky enough to have time to get one. But I highly recommend it! They also have books and a huge selection of candles!
