This business is legit. No BS, honest and straight shooters. Zac was gracious enough to play 20 questions with me about A/C systems despite him just being out to fix our heater. We will absolutely be using this company moving forward. Also, this is the first repair company Ive had that has given me a 2 hour repair window and they showed up on the dot at the BEGINNING of the window instead of hours later. Really appreciative of that.

Im often skeptical of 5-star reviews being authentic and now I am leaving one. My 30-year old AC unit went out for the final time requiring an entire system replacement. I called 7 companies for bids. 6 came out and I watched carefully to see how and what they diagnosed. KC from Aire Texas was the ONLY one to see and bring my attention to a potential landmine that would have upped my costs exponentially. Perhaps some of the others saw it and were just going to let me have a nasty surprise. He found me a fantastic system that bypassed the landmine, met all my needs, AND was a very reasonable price - neither the highest or lowest of the bids. KC also made some recommendations to help keep the house cooler and keep us more comfortable while we waited for installation. When the installation crew came out, Cruz, Shep, and Kevin were not only consummate professionals, they were very amiable, courteous, and a true pleasure to have in my home for the entire time - and it was hard work on a very hot summer day! Shep was even kind enough to re-light the pilot on the water heater so I wouldnt have to do it myself. Also, Lauren, Elizabeth, and Amanda in the office were lovely to work with regarding scheduling and they kept me fully up-to-date on when the guys would arrive and confirming the appointments. I never had to wait and wonder when or if someone would show up. I will ONLY work with Aire Texas Residential going forward.

Reggie and the other technicians both of them had a great attitude as soon as they walked in and till they left. They were on time and very respectful.Reggie was very thorough about what they were going to do and answering all our questions. He even went out of his way to ask me if I needed to change two of the vents in the house that were very dirty, I asked if I could clean them and see first and he said sure. At the end explained what they did and emailed me as well everything, excluding pictures of before and after. I would definitely recommend this company for best service. We hired this team to install our new unit a few years ago and subscribe to their maintenance plan. Scheduling maintenance visits is a breeze. We just had them out to fix our AC and they were able to come out the same day. Zach the tech was professional, quick, and friendly. We’ve also had their team clean our ducts and dryer vent. I have been using Aire Texas for a year now on my spring and fall tuneups. Their professionalism and what you get for your dollar is much better than who I had been using before. Zach did a great job on our spring tuneup today and was helpful in explaining what he would be doing and outlining any recommendations. I love that they educate you on any specific issues that may be present, give you a full blown pdf report with multiple pictures showing the readings before and after service and physical evidence of any issues. Zach and Casey have been awesome technicians to work with.

We called them on a Sunday and they showed up few hours later, straight to the point and fixed our HVAC/AC system.

Did a very nice job and explained everything and too care of furniture, etc.

I had them come out and install a smart thermostat. I loved that they contacted me before and gave me options on what PPE I was comfortable with the tech wearing in my home (covid) and sent me a picture of the tech before so I knew who to expect. Tim was friendly, professional, and did a great job!

Our heat went out this morning (After 5 inches of snow) and Aire Texas was the only company that was able to come out same day. Amandas communication was excellent and Chads desire to help was awesome. There were a couple of hitches (Ladder too short, parts not available) that would have given other techs a reason to bail on a call, but Chad hung in and came up with creative ways to fix the problem and get our heat back up and running for us at 730pm. He drove on bad roads multiple times and took the extra time to explain the situation to us. The repair cost was absolutely reasonable considering the time and effort that was involved.Well be using Aire Texas for all our HVAC work going forward. Thank you!

He took pictures and videos to help explain the work and show what had been done, and was able to explain it to me in a way I could understand, myself having had no training in this type of industry. He fixed problems as they came up, double checked things, and even though he had to do more work than he originally came here to do, he was super friendly and professional the whole time, and was literally the best technician I’ve ever met on a service call. I recommend this company and if you get KC, you’ll be happy.

From the start I had an excellent experience with Aire Texas. My AC went out Sunday night - I contacted them and they were able to send someone out Monday morning. KC was very nice, on time and knowledgeable and was able to repair it the same day. I was very thankful for the quick reply and service!

Came home a hot living room so I called the main number and Amanda took down my information and dispatched a Diagnostics Engineer. KC came by about 15 minutes later and went to work. He found a clogged drain pipe and blew it out. He also adjusted the angle so it would flow better. While he was up there, he spotted a duct that needed adjustments and took care of it. He had pictures and videos to explain all that he’d done. He waited outside my house for awhile to make all it well. Kudos to KC and Amanda for a job well done. My house is cool again.

WOW, These guys were so professional!!!! I was impressed from the moment this crew showed up. Also the first time I noticed their logo on their equipment. Doing It Right The First Time Every Time ! That is a Core Value that is Present within this Organization. I was impressed as soon as Kevin stepped out of his vehicle. Very respectful, polite and informative. I left the guys to do their work, and Kevin would stop and give me updates on the progress thru the day. Zac was also very informative, and took the time to explain what the processes were and where they were at on the install. Chris was the rookie of the crew, but I could tell he was eager to learn. Nearing the end I noticed Kevin showing Chris how all the work was entered into their tablet and explaining the steps. Not sure who made the decision, but these guys moved the disconnect box over about an inch just to have a cleaner neater install covering the service lines to the unit. Although not their job, they knew it was a better way and they did it. I will close by saying it has been a while since I felt really good about a purchase. Our AC was blowing out hot air so I contacted Aire Texas at 9 AM and someone was out to our house by 3 PM that same day. KC Faith and Reggie were great. They were able to replace the part that was broken and gave us options that would possibly extend the life our HVAC system as well as save us money.

I have had the best experiences with Aire Texas. I first had a new air handler installed by them in September. I had gone through 5 plumbers and AC companies before coming to Aire Texas and they were the first company to handle our problems swiftly and caringly- even working until almost midnight one night with us. Today, Kevin, Chris, Zac C, and Phillip arrived early and worked ALL DAY in this heat without any complaint or breaks and completely re-ducted our house. They listened to our concerns about which rooms needed more air and they planned accordingly. Lauren was awesome and fielded questions that I had for the last week in preparation for the big install. They worked 11 hours straight and didnt stop until they had cleaned and vacuumed. I really cant say enough about the work ethic, the honesty, the trustworthiness, and the timeliness. Its a really big relief to know in Texas that we have an AC company that has our back.
