Had a Signia hearing aid break. I was able to get an appointment within a few days with Hector to look at it. He was very knowledgeable about the hearing aid and how to work with the manufacturer to ensure a complete checkup versus a quick part replacement. When the hearing aid came back, I received a prompt call to schedule a new appointment. The hearing aid was set up and ready to go when I walked in. I wish I had bought my hearing aids through Hector originally. I found it very easy to trust that Hector had my best interests at heart. Get your hearing aids here.

I have been seeing Dr. Hector Kypuros since 2007. He has worked with my schedule to come in to see him all at all times even on a short lunch . He does not rush you in an out the door he takes his time to make sure that you understand your hearing aid .

This doctor is the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgable professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. After many unsuccessful attempts at other places, he took the time to listen to my Dads concerns and prior experiences, did what no other doctor had been able to do (make sure my dad could hear clearly inside and outside with no background noises or tinny sounds).He treated my dad with kindness and respect. He provided the best product and service at the most reasonable price using the newest technology and old fashioned values. He even offered to come to my dads house for a follow-up when my dad was having an issue with transportation. Can you imagine? A house call in 2020?Ive already recommended this wonderful doctor and Trinity to three other people who are having issues with hearing aids they purchased elsewhere. He treats everyone like family.We couldnt be more thankful.

I have been to two different companies and they just tried to sell me on the most expensive hearing aids. When I saw Hector the Audiologist he went over all my options and thoroughly explained my hearing loss where i could understand. He really cared about my personal situation and we found a set that worked great at a cost i could afford. I have been doing great and have heard things I didn’t realize i was missing. Hector was very kind and patient when it came to helping my dad get the right hearing aids. My dad was a little weary of getting hearing aids for a variety of reasons, but by the end of our first visit at Trinity Hearing, my dad was at ease and actually excited!I cannot thank Hector enough for the quality of life he has given back to my dad!!I would recommend him 100%!!
