The customer service is beyond terrible. I spent over a year working with Leslie while we were remolding a penthouse in Turtle Creek. All I can say is stay away from this store. They want your money but don’t have any interest in customer service. The follow up and lack of any customer service was beyond my worst nightmare. Horrible. Go to Nob Hill they are fantastic.
