Went in with Architectural Drawings came out with a fair bid in no time. They say Email is the way to go, maybe next time Ill try that route however the helpful people there got me in and out pretty quick.

You cant satisfy everyones needs . Particular hours are listed and clearly if you make it before or after hours no one will be there. There have been times were they will stay open for your order pick ups way past closing. As far as ordering wise you have to make sure you know what you ordered . Easy simple process if all the information is there . They get very busy at times with limited staff so a wait is expected .

Worst place ever-never going back!!! Bought a 6 inch hair-extension pack, told me genuine peruvian hair. Obvious that the hair was not real, but fake synthetics! I tried to use them, but they kept falling out randomly!! I looked like i was a chemo-patient: ruined my pageant and cost me first place. The two Korean boys working were extremely polite, the one with his shirt off was sweaty and smelled like rancid fish oil.
