I took my echo hedge trimmer in for tune-up after 2 weeks they finally got back with me and told me they could not do anything with it, that there was dirt in the engine. There was no loss of compression. I took it home and ordered a carburetor kit and changed it myself and it runs great. I will not be taking anything else back here.

These guys are awesome, and I will recommend them to everybody. My purchase was quick and efficient, plus it came with education on how to properly care for the mower in order to not void the warranty. Try getting that kind of service at Home Depot, and let me know how that works out for you.

My pretty new mower developed an issue. I called several places and was told it would be 3 weeks to get it repaired and returned.I took it in, told them what it was doing. They pushed it to the back and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes..

We called several other lawnmower serving places and they were charging upwards of $200 just to look at the lawnmower. We brought our lawnmower to get looked at and within 2 mins, the owner immediately knew what the problem was and got it quickly resolved and only charged us for the part! THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! He has won over me as a lifetime customer!

This appears to be where the pros do business. Even though I’m rather inexperienced in lawn equipment, they treated me with a lot of respect. I had an issue with my feeding mechanism on my Stihl weed eater. The gentleman there showed me an after market easy feed head that would perform way better than Stihl’s factory parts. Very reasonably priced, and they even installed it for me right then and there. Now I couldn’t be happier with the performance of my weed eater, and I was thrilled with their customer service. I’ll be returning here for sure in the future.

Just to start, I’ve purchased over $60k in equipment since last September 2018. The first purchase was over $20k and the owner of this particular dealership just stood against the counter and watched me make 4 trips to load up the new equipment. Another dealer was not honest with me about most things and took me for a great deal of money by fixing things that were not broke. Another dealer told me an engine was bad and tried to charge hundreds to repair. After all of this frustration, I went to Gassett only to purchase a Billy Goat and after that experience, I decided to talk to them about a new Scag 61” Cheetah along with a weed eater and blower. Without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received from any dealer. Lacey and her team went above and beyond. I even received a follow up call to see how things are going with the new equipment. Helped us on a Sunday evening as our guys were broke down on a zero turn. Moving forward, I will not go anywhere else. Not sure what the negative responses are about, but if you put the posts all together, looks like one person trying to create unnecessary drama as all poor reviews were done around the same timeline and by sort of the same group. The people that work here are credible and knowledgeable, a rare find in this day in age considering most box stores have smothered the small business experience.They helped us pick out a mower for the size of our yard, talked us down a size that they genuinely thought we didn’t need (which is crazy because most salesman would just take your money and run) and educated us on how to maintain our machines so they have outstanding performance for years to come.I also would like to mention that as a female it is incredibly comforting to be able to speak to a woman that doesn’t make me feel ridiculous because I’m a new homeowner and uneducated in this department. Going into Home Depot they never seem to want to speak to the wife so the experience for me was excellent and I would feel comfortable even going by myself for future tune ups.Will definitely be returning!

Friendly, professional and totally qualified, theyll give you first rate service whether youre shopping for a new riding mower, seeking a repair, or just in need of maintenance parts. Last week I stopped in with nothing more than a 12-year-old Craftsman parts list and a request for a cheap carb gasket. They began crossing the number in their data base and soon had me out the door with the right gasket for just over a dollar. Look no further!

After spending 3 plus hours online and on the phone I spoke with Johnny. He exemplifies old school customer service. I was looking for a carburetor repair kit for a Tecumseh push mower, he immediately rattled off a part number and ask how many I wanted.He then ask where I lived. Once I told him he ask why I didnt try the XYZ store in my area. I explained that I had but they required model numbers and unfortunately the mower is an hour and a half away. Johnny then went on to say it was the same kit used for the last 20 plus years.He repeated the part number so I could write it down and suggested I call the local store back so it would be more convenient for me, the customer. He also referred me to another competitor closer to me than his location, again for my benefit.As we ended the call he said he was happy to help me and if I had no luck locally to come see him. This guy has forgotten more good information than everyone Ive spoken to today including Toro corporate has ever had. As far as Im concerned, Gassett is so fortunate to have Johnny there and they have no real competition in the area of North Texas.Johnny, thank you.

I have known the people who work at Gassetts for over twenty years. I have a lawn business, so I go in to their store once or more a week. They have always been helpful and honest. I have never known them to be dis honest with me which is very rare now days. They have fair prices when I compare them to other places. When something needs repair, they get it done in a reasonable time. Ive tried several other places over the years and I can say without a doubt that Gassetts is the best!

I dropped my Stihl chain saw off for a preventative maintenance. I got a call back the next day and the gentlemen suggested that I did not need a PM. This saved me about $50. The repair to my saw was done in 3 days and done right. It cuts great now. I would definitely recommend this company for service/repair of Stihl products. Will do business with them again.

If i could give them less than one star, I would. I called them to ask about a price of a specific item and the person who answered immediately put me on hold for 7 minutes. i did not mind waiting but when he finally answered he did not say anything and hung up on me. I called back again after that and he answered this time with a Yeah. I told him that he had kept me on hold and then hung up without helping me and he rudely asked what I needed. I wish I got his name so that I could mention it in this review.

Great experience and customer service, I bought a toro zero turn from outdoor world in azle but the second day I notice it back fireing in low idle, I called outdoor world back and they told me it was normal that I didn’t have to use it in low idle unless I was talking to someone so I notice they didn’t really wanted to help me, so I call Gassett’s and told ms.Lacey my problem she told me to bring it in when they checked it they found out that the engine had rust all over, but a week later they fixed it,I Was so excited thanks to ms Lacey and her husband.
