Ana and the whole group of people who work there are the best. They replaced 3 counter tops in my home with quartzite and it is gorgeous. Ana also did my daughters new home. The fabricating is artistic and looks amazing. This companies customer service is the best in DFW. My house was cleaner after they left then before they got there. Wonderful experience.

Great experience, we used them to replace all of our kitchen counters and modify some cabinets, installers worked long hours and dealt with unforeseen issues professionally. Christian, the salesman, was great as well, taking care of all the little details. They did a great job, this is the 3rd time weve used them and would definitely recommend them and use them again for the next new countertops.

This entire team is fantastic. First contact was with Ana. She is so professional and so detailed. She knew exactly how to ease our anxiety over getting the right countertops and having her team cut them perfectly to match veins and hide seams as best as possible. They did a phenomenal job at both. They also had the most reasonable bid of any fabricator. An all round easy, stress-free experience. They even came back out to fix something small where our cabinet guys had measured incorrectly. Go with this company if you have the chance!!

I dont even know where to start. Out of my entire kitchen renovation and working with different contractors. They were the best experience hands down. Ana was my point of contact. She was very friendly, professional and great to work with. She helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget.I was only planning on doing my kitchen counters but thanks to her, I was able to add beautiful marble to my fireplace and restroom as well. Working with the Solid Stone team is great. We got access to Kiva to pick our countertop style, then we were able to quickly schedule our measurement for the kitchen. Within 1 week of measurement, the counters were installed and they look great. And our cabinets are old and out of level, but they made it happen. I highly recommend working with them!

Poor customer service!! They came to measure and keep saying they will show up on a certain day and never do. We keep calling them and the lady that answers the phone says theyll call me back in 5 minutes but they dont call back. Ive continually called and no progress. What a waste of a whole week waiting for nothing.

Bad customer service, bad prices. owner does not care about customers which is very sad, youre better off somewhere else.
