We visited city Stone and was not clear to which stone we should replace. Pitty Joes was very patient showing us different options. In the second visit in his absence Divya showed us around patiently answering all the questions. They also sent several pictures after the visit.Pittymade us aware of the stone we picked has natural veins, which to someone who is not familiar about stone might look like a crack. Very professional and his goal was not to make a quick buck, but to make sure they also give great service.
City Stone is the best place to shop for granite, quartz & similar stones for your home & business needs. Staffs were so friendly and they are very knowledgeable about their products. In addition each Stone’s label provides you with type, category & country of origin. Two of the staffs were so outstanding and they provided us much details about the Stones....One of them was Pitty Jose who is the Store Manager. He was able to give us a great deal. He explained thoroughly about the quality of each stone and we were very much impressed in how he treats his customers. We also wanted to thank Sravani (another staff, not sure I spelled her name right) for her great customer service skills. She was so welcoming and gave us a memorable tour throughout the facility answering all our questions. They have variety of stones in both stores (Dallas & Houston) and you will never get disappointed when you visit this store - Nobinson Daniel & Betty Nobinson.
Visited City Stone in search of quartzite material to use for countertops for our new home build. Meg at city stone was incredibly helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions and went out of her way to help us find the right material.
Stone is good. Installation a bit sloppy, caulking unfinished. Gaps between stone and cabinets
