I randomly stopped by Avior Jewelry since my watch battery died a week ago. I was on my lunch break and needed it done quickly. I was quoted a very fair price and I was provided above and beyond service by Robert as he cleaned my bracelet watch band while replacing the battery. Also, very pretty things in the stores!

Just got my Movado Watch Band replaced with these guys, I purchased the brown lizard watch band, The band is amazingly nice as was the experience there, the guys were extremely professional and, in guessing he was the owner, but the attitude the guys have and the way they talk to you was very impressive, nicest people you could ever talk to. Today I made an oopsie and ran over my favorite silver Gucci ring and after my panic attack was through I began searching for high end luxury repair shops and came across Avior. I dont think satisfied is a good enough word to say how pleased I was with Roberts customer service skills! He saw my ring and immediately knew what to do, I was probably in the store for not more than five minutes. During this time I thought I would glance around, and was shocked to see what a variety and selection this store has to offer. They thought of everything, they have a bar for those who like to have a drink while they shop, They have some candies lying out for the kiddos. And a nice welcoming environment. One thing I hate when Im shopping for luxury items // jewelry is the pressure from the sales advisors around you but this store did not have any ounce of that in its atmosphere! I will definitely be returning to this store for my future needs and I cant wait to show my friends in! five stars for this place in itself and another five stars for Roberts customer service!

Came here to get my necklace fixed & was initially greeted with friendly smiles & readiness to assist. I ended up having to come back again due to my necklace breaking yet again; however, when it was returned to me the chain had been stretched or replaced & made my necklace extremely longer than it was at drop off. Upon my return to get my chain cut, the owners wife proceeded to argue with me about this being the original chain & the fact that we had possibly changed the chain. She proceeded to argue even after the owner himself stepped in & said there was no need to argue. She was extremely aggressive & had a loud tone with both me & my fiancé. Several minutes later after were getting my chain cut, she comes back out of the office to argue yet again. This is not what we signed up for & if this is how they treat their customers, my fiancé & I will never recommend this jewelry store to anyone, as we value customer service so much !

Not only was I more than satisfied with the quality of my 14k white gold diamond ring, but the service I received in the process was beyond my expectations. A young man by the name of Roberto was the first to greet me with a warm smile. I was honestly very nervous upon arriving for I didn’t know if I would be treated with respect being at a fine business, but Roberto easily took away that anxiety. He was genuine in asking what it was that I was looking for. He listened to my preferences and easily matched me with a perfect ring. They custom made an anniversary band to my specifications for my wife that was great. They did it quickly and worked with me every step of the way including offering suggestions to improve it, providing me CAD drawings, letting me select the individual stones that went in, etc. They have a very good warranty and the people were professional and friendly. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called last week to inquire about having my ring resized and spoke with a woman who was friendly and informative. She asked me several questions about the ring and explained why she was asking so many questions. She gave me an estimated price, time-frame, and provided me with the store hours and the jewelers availability. My plan was to stop by the following week.Today being the following week, I stop by right after work. I walked in about 5:35p. I walked in I was greeted immediately and not with a sigh because I was coming in 30 minutes before they closed. I briefly explained that I wanted to have my ring resized and provided a size. The gentleman had me try on other rings just to confirm the size and took the ring to the back. While waiting I was offered a beverage and snacks. I started chatting with another member of the team about basketball and before we could get deep into conversation I was being asked to try the ring on. I tried the ring on and decided to have another adjustment made. I went back to my basketball conversation and what seemed like 30 seconds later was asked to try the ring on again. It was perfect!! By this time it had to be no later than 5:45p.I walked out with a perfectly sized ring that I purchased from another jeweler. In and out the same day and less than 10 minutes. Price was MORE THAN FAIR! I have not received service like this in years! My next jewelry purchase will be from Avior. They had tons of options as well.

Bought a watch here the other day. I went to the store to take a look and Avi was very helpful and friendly - answered all my questions satisfactorily. After making my purchase I changed my mind about what I wanted and went in the next day to make a return. Instead of looking at pre-made engagement rings, Tully and her staff helped us create something much more special and memorable. The purchase options were explained very clearly and professionally. Tully gave us her honest and helpful opinions about what looked best on my fiance. Already, we felt more welcome at Avior than at any other place.When I picked up the engagement ring and wedding band, they were exactly how they said they would be.After three months, the diamond had become loose, as the diamonds setting is rather high off the band. My fiance went in to get it repaired and shined. Without any hesitation, she was taken care of right away. It took only 10 minutes to tighten the diamond and give it a thorough polishing.The customer service here is outstanding. We feel like family going here. Highly recommended.
