I needed a VFD to run a lathe motor that I had imported from Europe. This was my first time to use a VFD and the man on the phone answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable manner. It allowed me to get the best product for me after about a 5 minute conversation. After I received it, I wanted to double-check the wiring before I plugged in the power and he was very helpful again. Excellent service and top notch products. Brilliant!

Having bought a chinesium VFD that promptly blew up and had no support and an unintelligible manual I decided to bite the bullet and pay $50 more for a name brand (Hitachi) drive from Drives Warehouse. The drive is much better engineered and has very good documentation. Drives warehouse has excellent at the end of the phone support and online downloadable documentation. Worth every penny!
