This was my second installation with Fosters. They did an outstanding job on the back 1/2 of my house about 2 yrs ago and installed new windows in the front half just a few weeks ago. The installation went with any issues, The installers (who are a family) were professional, on-time, cleaned up inside and outside, took the old windows and you would never know they were there. The windows are terrific. Logan, the owner, is easy to work with AND IN MY OPINION THE COSTS WERE FAIR AND REASONABLE. Bottom line: I would recommend without any hesitation

Im so happy with our new windows. Foster Exteriors worked with us to determine the best windows for our house and tested for lead paint -- big selling point for me as our house was built in the 50s. The installation crew was professional, efficient and installed all 12 windows in less than a day. . They also cleaned up so thoroughly after the installation that there was really nothing for us to do except move the furniture back. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to update/upgrade windows. Such a great experience!

The owner Logan is a difficult person. Argumentative, disrespectful and passive aggressive. I had issues with the quality of the interior workmanship and he tried to blame me by saying he warned me about how some of the problems were discussed in his presentation. He left the framing on the inside of my window installation with huge chunks of wood gouged out of the trim. Apparently he thinks this is my problem and got angry with me when I brought it to his attention. He was defensive and argued with me about my concerns. Buyers, beware. The windows are beautiful and look great. This was a terrible experience for my wife and me. Try someone else.

Could not recommend Foster Exterior Windows more! I researched windows and installers for over a year (got 7 quotes) until I decided on Logan and his his team. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and their work was very high quality.I went with NT windows which I am very happy with. With so many windows out there it was overwhelming to chose, but they hit the mark on quality and affordability!Do yourself a favor and go with Foster Exterior Windows. You will not be disappointed!

Foster exteriors just completed a job for me.I now understand why they have a 5-star rating. The quality of their work is second to none. They came in, did exactly what they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. Just take a look at the photos attached. I opted for the double pane low-e glass with vinyl trim. The new windows look so good, now Im going to have to paint the room.

Installed 5 windows in master bedroom and bath. Excellent process from the start and through installation. Master bedroom is much cooler and quiet with the new windows.

Foster Exteriors replaced every window in our house. Logan was great the whole way and still messages me back when I have questions about something or how to care for/clean the windows. We got a few quotes back in October 2020 and we went with Foster. The price was in the same range as the other quotes we got done AND (this was the important part for us at the time) they were able to get our windows installed in about three weeks time. Other places were quoting us 2 months out.The install team was quick and professional and I barely had to touch up any paint in the window frames. Highly recommend to everyone.

We were looking at replacing our windows with newer, more energy efficient options, since they were new to the house back in the 70s. We found Foster Exteriors after it has been recommended at a number of different review sites, so we made a point to have them out when getting estimates for replacing our windows.Logan came out, and impressed us with how polite and professional he was. He was very knowledgeable, and the product he showed was good. We ultimately went with Foster. The team who did the work worked well and fast, and were done in less than a day (the estimate was a day and a half). We were very pleased by the quality of the work and by their professionalism as well.We have nothing but good things to say about Foster Exteriors, and I can easily recommend them to anyone else looking for window replacement.

Found them through the Better Business Bureau website. Excellent rating there. Requested a quote through their website. Logan called that afternoon and came out the next Thursday. He showed us a few options and made a couple of recommendations and then sent us a quote the next day. Of the companies we called, his was the best, so we signed up. With the COVID delays, he called to tell us the windows had come in 5 weeks later and to schedule his crew out that next week. 10 windows took just over half a day. They were quick, careful and neat. Foster Exteriors is awesome! They were very patient with me and all my questions regarding the cost and installation from the very beginning. Logan discussed the entire process with me and was an awesome communicator! I knew what was going on with my windows every step of the way. The day of installation was magical. They started early and got all my old windows removed and replaced so quickly. The caulk work is superior! And they cleaned up everything and took it away (hopefully to be recycled). Would totally recommend over and over again!

Foster did all my front and side windows today. Excellent job, very professional, neat and best of all they look great. Logan was very responsive and inspected the work when all was said and done. I contacted Logan by email with my window measurements and he gave me an idea of the cost range pretty quickly to determine if they would be within my budget. We then scheduled a time for him to come out to measure and review window options & final pricing, etc. I shared with him that I was concerned about installation & quality issues and how they would be managed during and after installation. He was able to assure me of the credentials and experience with Miguel and his installation crew. Sure enough the installation was a very smooth process with no issues. Miguel and his team were extremely nice, professional and very respectful of me and my home in every way. They were fast, efficient and the workmanship was very good! Caulk lines were clean, straight and I didnt have to do any touch-up painting after they left. My flower beds did not get demolished or trampled either -- they did great work! Well worth the hunt to find this company. They were very nice and their contractor was very nice as well. Not the cheapest company but not the most expensive either. The best customer service I did find. They were not pushy with me at all. Would recommend to anyone. I am doing my windows a few at a time and they were ok with that instead of pressing me to finance. I hope to see more companies like these people have. It is what we need.

We even had one window sash with a slight factory defect they pointed out...otherwise I wouldnt have even noticed it. It was replaced with a brand new sash a few weeks later. These guys are top notch, professional people to deal with. Logan gave me a fair price, communicated through out the process and followed up when done.I can not say enough about Miguel and the install crew! They kept the job site tidy during the install, removed all debris (I think I have found one screw they missed on the porch :-) ), they did a super job cleaning up the inside after, moving things back and returning my home as it was.Super happy with my windows. I had 1970s single pane, and now it is soooo quite. Cant wait to see the effects on the cooling bills this summer.

My clad wood sliding patio door was rotting, so Foster Exteriors found a quality vinyl replacement that will not rot in the future like my old one. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and the installation team was the best I have experienced. They showed extra effort to keep dust out of my home. The final trim carpentry was just excellent. Ill use Foster Exteriors for future needs. I think this is a company you can believe in.

I just spent a few months researching different replacement windows for a home we own.We ended up choosing Foster Exteriors.They are excellent in regard to the quality of the products they carry, their knowledge and their attention to detail. Their crew has been with them for over 23 years and the owner of the company Lynn Foster is about as hands on as you can get. He is very detailed oriented. Great with products, pre-planning, installation and follow up afterwards. They carry more than one line. We chose NT Windows and are extremely pleased with the products. Prices are comparable to the other 3 to 4 estimates I obtained and they had a better product.
