After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Renowned Rennovation, Grant came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them. Grant and Tyler offer first rate quality on their remodeling services. I recommendation them without any hesitation.

I came to Renowned Renovation when I found out our master bathroom was leaking water into our walls. Renowned came in relatively quickly, looked at the space we had to work with, listened to what we wanted and set forth to put together a quote.Their quote came in very reasonable compared to the competitors out there and they were also very flexible on pricing and payment options. Once I have them my greenlight they stayed in constant communication with me and started as soon as they could get into my house. Tyler was my initial point of contact and one of the co-owners. Darryl was our project manager. Both parties did their best to meet all of our needs and concerns when issues came up. I never came upon any hesitation whatsoever and the transparency was top notch; I never felt like I didnt know what was going on.The overall project took about 1.5 months to complete and there were a few issues they ran into along the way, but as I mentioned, they handled them very promptly and worked with me in every way possible to ensure I was happy. Darryl even came in and cleaned the place up one last time before leaving the project site himself.It really speaks volumes when a company is transparent, communicative and highly attentive to their customers. I never felt uneasy about any of the work done and I always felt like I could trust them (not to mention these guys were in my house for the project duration without me there and I never experienced trust issues).I highly recommend this company - not only for the quality of work, but their work ethic and customer service - give them a shout!

I live in California and my mother who lives in Dallas recently had a fire her kitchen. Highly recommend Renowned Renovation!! We chose them this past summer for a complete kitchen remodel (MUST see before and after photos!). Grant did the initial walk through and estimate... he was professional, thorough and - most importantly - honest with us about the best choices for a kitchen remodel and what would help with resell value in the future. We also felt that he really respected the scope of our project... other bids tried to expand the scope and increase the budget — but Grant and his team really gave us the finished product we were hoping for with the budget we gave him. Tyler managed the project and overall was very easy to communicate with and stuck to the project schedule very closely. Their contractors were very professional and wore masks/took precautions while in our home. We will definitely call Grant and Renowned Renovation for future home improvement projects.

I hired Renowned Renovations to renovate my townhome in West Village – this is the first home I have ever owned as well as my first renovation project. When I purchased the home, I knew that I loved the layout but hated the finishings, so as soon as I closed, I immediately started looking for a contractor.Right away, I was impressed by Grant’s professionalism. After a few minutes of standard pleasantries, he got right down to business. We spent about a half hour walking through each room in my home, talking through what I wanted to do. Based on the walkthrough, Grant quickly turned around a detailed bid, and we started the project shortly thereafter using the bid as our project plan.In addition to the initial walk-through, I worked with Melissa on a number of aesthetic selections. One area where Melissa played a crucial role was the layout for the master bathroom. I knew the existing layout utilized the space very poorly, but I had no idea how exactly to rearrange everything. Melissa came back with 3 options (one of which we moved forward with), and I know I would never have ended up with the design we landed on without her help.Due to my short timeframe, we started the project without drawings or precise plans (other than what was prepared for the initial bid). Tyler was incredibly adept at reacting quickly during the project, especially when last minute changes were needed. Overall, we finished within the agreed upon timeframe, and only exceeded the original budget for items I added during the project. All the subs they brought in were great, especially the painters and tile guys. When we did the final walkthrough, there were a few minor issues, but they were fixed in an expeditious manner at no extra charge.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Renowned to rip out a drop in tub, move plumbing, sheet rock, and tile in a new free standing bath. First class quality and responsiveness from start to finish. Will certainly recommend to friends and look forward to working with again in the future.

This place is terrific! They were able to help me at a time of need when everything in my new home was falling apart. They were very professional and a delight to talk to when looking at certain options for my tile, wood floor, paint, and cabinets. They even helped my with some new furnishing. Great place. I recently hired Renowned Renovation of Dallas to install carpet in two of my bedrooms. They did a fantastic job and at a reasonable price. They were flexible and able to move my appointment up in order to complete the work sooner than originally scheduled. I plan to use them again to install a pocket door and convert a room from a laundry back into a bedroom.

You can count on the Renowned team to always be honest and do the right thing. They are responsive, professional, thorough and reliable. Home renovations are challenging and every project will have problems along the way but Grant and his team always come through. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work his team did and whenever there was an issue he ensured it was remediated. I can’t stress enough how much I value the honesty and integrity of this company.

I highly recommend Renowned Renovation. They did a great job renovating a few rooms that needed some serious updating. Two floating bathroom vanities (one is 63 long and HEAVY), new toilets, painting, new floors in kitchen and baths, new appliances, so much more. Everything they did looks fantastic, done at a reasonable cost, and I could not be more pleased. They were was on top of everything and in contact with me at all times.

We are very happy with our remodeled bathroom and the experience with Renowned Renovation! We did a full gut and remodel of the 1960s original master bathroom in our house. Melissa was great in the beginning with design and selection help. Since this was our first remodel experience, we didnt have much experience picking out tile, fixtures, etc. Melissa offered great advice and got us pointed in the right direction! Once we started the project Darryl was our Project Manager and kept us up to date weekly on progress, schedule and any decisions we were needing to make. There were a few delays due to crew scheduling, but the team always did their best to accommodate our calendar and get everything rescheduled ASAP. Another great benefit is the project management software they use. It provides real time updates and pictures daily as progress is done. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Renowned Renovations to friends and family!

After seeing what an amazing job Renowned Renovation did on our daughter’s kitchen, my husband and I decided to use them for the granite countertops in our kitchen remodel. They did an amazing job! Full kitchen + structural remodel. They removed several walls and completely remodeled kitchen. Custom cabinets, waterfall island, farmhouse sink, etc. Love the finished product; extremely open and modern. Michael was very easy to work with and very responsive. Not without hick-ups as all renos are. We had small design issues but everything resolved. Would recommend them!

I wanted to to update my OakLawn home to refresh the kitchen, replace carpet and outdoor tile. I went online and found several remodeling companies. I contacted three or four contractors to Interview. I was looking for a local firm that works predominantly in the Oak Lawn, SoHip, and Highland Park neighborhoods.Renowned Renovation was one of the first remodeling companies to contact me. When I met with them they were professional, arrived on time, and responded to follow up questions quickly. They listened to what I wanted, made a few very helpful suggestions, did not try to up-sell me, and provided a rough cost for what we discussed.What really sold me on going with Renowned Renovation was the fact that they would provide access to an app called BuilderTREND. All of the project information, updates, and the ability to make payments were in one place. We travel, so knowing I could leave during the renovation and would get daily updates when work was taking place, really brought me peace of mind. Once I informed Renowned I was moving forward with them, I was provided a detailed estimate that I accepted through BuilderTREND. Renowned got started immediately and scheduled critical selections like countertops, backsplash, paint color, tile, and carpet. Once selections were made we had a schedule posted. Totally booked a trip to get out of there during the dusty part and was able to monitor every aspect of project remotely. I could see on the calendar when they were going to have crews working on my house and when they showed up, they logged in and posted photos of the work they did that day. The app documented everything. Easy.Their work was was great. We love our updated kitchen. The cabinetry looks brand new. The Cambria countertops that they recommended is beautiful, durable, easy to maintain, and has a lifetime warranty.Bottom line is that we would rehire Renowned Renovation and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.Project included painting Cabinets, Cambria quartz countertop, backsplash, painting cabinets new Shaw carpeting and tiling outdoor patio.

My wife and I just finished a whole home remodel with Renowned Renovation and it turned out perfect!!! We did kitchen, bathroom, floors, and even added a new pantry closet for extra storage. We live in a condo with strict rules regarding insurance, work times, elevators, etc. and Renowned had no trouble navigating all that. The project took way more time than we expected however. Our initial project manager decided to change careers a couple months into the build and this caused a significant delay. Also one of the custom bathroom cabinets was ordered incorrectly so we had to wait for them to build and ship a new cabinet, which slowed us down as well. All that to say we are very impressed by Renowned’s professionalism in handling these issues, and they did not go over budget.I want to especially mention that our new project manager, Paul Terrance, was great to work with. He gave us timely updates and quickly took care of any issues that came up. He used “Buildertrend” website to share photos of progress and make sure that our interior designer was in the loop. He’s also a lighting and electrical whizz and installed awesome LED lights underneath our cabinets and island. I can’t recommend Paul enough for his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and hard work!! I would absolutely use Renowned again for any future work.

I had MAJOR renovations that needed to be completed. Called Cost + Texas and got an immediate response (1st indication that this was gonna be good), made an appointment, he gave great recommendations and we agreed on a price and his guys started working. This was one of our better experiences with a GC. Grant and his guys stayed focused and on schedule. If there were things that I was satisfied with, Grant would inspect, and if he wasnt satisfied, they were torn out and redone! He really upped and surpassed our level of expectation! Professionalism was first in every aspect of the work they performed! I can say that I would be privileged to recommend them and will more than likely use them in the future. I am beyond happy with the work they did in our house!
