I loved the lady who helped my friend and I. I wish I could remember her name because she was so kind and helpful! She was so patient while my friend needed recommendations for new shoes. I really like how you can also sell your shoes to the store and they sell them as consignment shoes. They also have clearance shoes. I found some plain beige ones for $25! They do have plenty of cute ones with some bling on them as well for less than the regular priced ones. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Loved the variety offered here. Did pick out a pair of shoes that I really liked. Got a pair of Saddle Oxfords similar to what I wore to school as a kid. Hated them back then. I thought it ironic that I bought them. They are comfortable to dance in. The suede sole is great. Can move easily in them. Going back this week for a pair of boots I had to order. I hope they work out for me because they are so cute. Ifyou need dance shoes try thisplace. They also sell shoes on consignment.

Well I love the store, the young woman there is very helpful, friendly and courteous. They have a good selection of womens dance shoes and some mens. They have great selection of consignment dance cloths. Only reason they dont get a 5 star is that the front sign only says dance shoes real big

Its a good place to find your perfect dance shoes or dress in Dallas area. I didnt find my size, but they ordered it for me, and shoes were ready for pickup in a week and one day. There are different brands and colors, so you can find what you like most.

Well, this is the place (only place) were most Dallas dancers get their good quality shoes for practice and the dance floor.. Plenty of styles to pick from - I mean a lot of options so take your time. They will help you too and give good suggestions. Have been buying my latin dancing shoes here for over 6 years - never disappointed. Good quality and customer service. They also sell used shoes and always have discounted shoes on the clearance section. They want you to be happy with your shoes and will do whatever it takes to keep the dancer happy. -Support Karizmah its a gem for DFW dancers and the price is right.

So disappointed! What started off as a very pleasant experience with ladies who were very accommodating and helpful ended up being less than satisfactory. I originally ordered and paid for two pairs of boots because I did not know what size I needed. I was told that returns were accepted as long as the shoes were unworn. When the boots arrived, neither pair fit so I ordered a third pair. After the third pair arrived and I was able to try them on, I returned two pairs of boots to the store. That was more than two months ago. I still have not gotten a refund, in spite of speaking to them on the phone and exchanging email. Two months is unacceptable for any reason. I will not go back.

Oh my Gawd....this place is fantastic! I just started swing-out dancing this February and bought my very first pair of dance shoes from Karizmah...they are so comfortable and wonderful. Unfortunately for me, I also bought 3 pair of so called really good dance shoes from another vendor and they were awful! No support and tore up quickly. Suffice it to say I went a running back to Karizmah! I bought 3 pair for $200.26 and they are gorgeous! Plenty of support and a perfect fit! The customer service is awesome. The selection is varied and the whole experience is great! I felt so good when I left there...Im a true customer for life!

They only had one shoe that fit my narrow feet that I liked (but uncomfortable) & not as big of a selection suitable to my liking. The older lady told me I needed to make more money which was inappropriate & out of no where. I didnt go there looking for cheap shoes & never asked the price of any shoe I tried on. I took my money to Amelias in Fort Worth & paid good money for cute shoes that fit. I only give two stars because the young lady there was nice.

They have a wide variety of ballroom and other dance shoes that you can either buy in the store or order custom-made on their website. They also have a selection of gently used dance shoes and dance clothing/costumes for discounted prices.

Super helpful staff. Wife wanted some comfortable and pretty (bling!) dancing shoes for a wedding, and they had just what we needed, so its not just for Dance professionals!

Always great service. They take the time to help you find your size in the various brands and will custom order a style in your size if they dont have it in stock. If you arent ready to commit to a full-price pair, they also sell discontinued styles for less, and even sell gently used ones on consignment for much less.It is a little tricky to find. It is behind the pest control store which faces Plano Rd. Despite the Plano Rd address, you actually have to turn from Plano Rd onto Boomer, then turn right into the parking lot behind the pest control store, and they are in the suite on the opposite side of the parking lot from the pest control store. You have to be looking for Karizmahs to find it, but it is worth finding!

This is a great place to buy dance shoes. Wide selection, knowledgeable staff. I especially like the stores own brand of shoes, which has extra padding. You can custom design your own shoe, if youre willing to wait.

I have tried to shop elsewhere. I want to avoid the long drive to their store. But I always wind up at Karizmah (or buy from them at an event). They have what I need in my size and are pleasant to deal with. Long drive or not, this is the easiest and best place to get your ballroom shoes.

Got there later than intended and the lady stayed late after closing time to help me find the right shoes! She gave me honest opinions and made sure I got what I needed at a good price, instead of trying to talk me into buying more expensive shoes that I didnt need. I found one pair of new shoes for $10.00! And a nice pair that were on consignment for $39. They had a great selection of new and consigned shoes. I was surprised to find shoes that actually fit my tiny, skinny, little feet. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I are new to dancing, and were taking Rumba and Cha Cha lessons. Several people in class recommended Karizmah. I tried to buy mens dance shoes on Amazon, but immediately had to return them because of the poor fit and quality. The drive out to their store was well worth the trip. We had three people helping us at once. They were extremely patient and helpful, offering great advice. Awesome experience.
