For some reason. My card keeps getting charged multiple times even though I stop once and just get coffee and gas 2am -8am

Staff are usually polite at this location but they dont exactly enforce mask mandates at all. A woman was there unmasked, a police officer strolls but and doesnt say a thing, I go to check out and shes practically breathing down my neck, she strolls up to the cashier and nothing is said about her not wearing a mask. This is just one of many times Ive seen this at this location. Im done with this store, a lot of us out there are going to remember the businesses that failed to protect people after the pandemic is over.

I love this store. This location is a perfect example of why. Its very clean, both inside and out. I dont mind to use a public restroom here. My favorite drink ever is here, the Big Red Slushy! Summers are filled with daily ice cream cones at 50 cents each. And you can benefit from the app big time.

Tried to get a coffee across the street but service was so slow, I left and came to Quiktrip. Busy inside but fully staffed with great people eager to help. Bought a coffee, a sausage and egg croissant and chocolate Zingers. This is why Quiktrip is my go to convenience store!

Staff member not wearing a mask. I know the governor lifted the mask.mandate, but I find it concerning that QT doesnt enforce on their staff.

Bathrooms are disgusting. QT & Ractrac bathrooms are usually known for cleanliness, but not this one! There was even a layer of grime and dirt on the back of the toilet where no one ever sits which proves that its rarely cleaned well.

Some spanish kids work here needs some training on client relationships.

One of the best QT I always come here very nice staff helpfully. Every morning I come and order a Mocha Frappe from the kitchen usually the lady makes it but today one of the guys made it and it felt like it was missing something . But over all everything was great .

Good old- fashioned Texas hospitality. Great variety of drinks and foods. Gas prices were low. Restrooms clean. And for a hot Texas day, air conditioning running felt good! !

Very dissatisfied tonight. This is my all-time go-to store for gas but..I happen to see a display that saidPurchase two 20oz sprites get a Mavericks ornament..I went to pay for my gas and drinks. I asked about the ornament, the worker had no idea about it. Just sad how some are not kept or make efforts to be updated on promotions or find ways to get those sales out regarding customer purchases.

I had the worst customer service experience here. I was trying to buy some NyQuil for my 12 year old daughter, & some guy named Israel denied my purchase. He said I needed I.D., mind you Im 42 years old. All I had was cash on me & no wallet, due to the fact that I was out for a jog, working out before I arrived. I figured Id walk by on the way back home. My wife called me to stop by the store to get some cough medicine for my daughter, this Quiktrip was the nearest one. But I was denied access to a simple cough medicine. Unbelievable. And he told me in the most rude way possible, almost as if he was kicking me out. Wont be coming here anymore.

The girl in the kitchen Harley B worst customer service didnt even acknowledge me made the food sooo slow and just looked like she hated what she was doing... so awkward... if you hate what you do then change jobs, made me feel like I was interrupting you for doing your job.

I have been to almost all QTs in the Dallas Ftworth area this one needs better management. No tea, one Coffee. Really piss poor. Wont ever stop here again.

Order some food make a line for paying, after 10 minutes they said they didnt have the ingredients for my order.They did never apologize.Waisted time.

No problems staff is helpful, friendly, and place is clean and organized too. I come here 2-3 times a week.

The worst customer service ever go to Racetrac forget this place these people treat you like for you getting stuff for free is a guy name Enrique when I complain about his attitude he just laugh about it and told me heres my name if you want to complain about it with a big smile.
