Im realy not proud to be here tonight ... All those trailer funds dumped here by the no respects, are STILL the SAME guys. So Pilot, what are you waiting to do something and CLEAN THIS MESS because it does not date from yesterday ...And there are trailers without tractor, some have privileges ??

I had to stay overnight I was out of hours. Nice place to stay.

Parking here is great, I believe around 150 spots and plenty of reserved parking. Wendys inside is awesome, the staff made great food for me every day I was here. Everything has been updated inside the store, new shelving, product placement, soda dispensers, coffee makers, etc. The bathroom is always clean when Im here, I was here for 5 days and never has any issues. Accidentally charged for an extra candy bar but who cares, no one is perfect. I support all the Pilot & Flying J truck stops, they are my home away from home. Yes there are lines at the register sometimes, no big deal! The security is working hard, they run the lots, Ive seen nobody causing any issues in the lot store.

Watch out for man selling laptops he claims are Amazon over stock they may look good but they are deffently not as advertised...there old used laptops with parts missing

Nice place to stop here, even you can park on the side of the road when you are late at night next to Werner Trucking. Dropping trailer isn’t allowed here.

This place is so bad with so much to complain about that nobody even wants to do reviews on it because you have to give at least one star & this place doesnt even deserve that! Be careful when reading the reviews, there are to markers on maps for this location.

Place already at 2 is extremely full inside the service is okay not many smiles theres a Wendys just in case you need to eat some fast food but around the area you can find out at truck stops and across the street there is a donut and another place to eat

There was black mold in mine and my biological dads showers and the staff tried to put someone in a shower ahead of me when I had been waiting longer and for about an hour and the black mold in my opinion shows a lot of disrespect to truck drivers who ship the food to feed their fatasses and complete disregard for cleanliness

Reasonably clean for a 10 pm stop, Wendys employees didnt seem to care about the line developing at the register or getting food out in order. Taste was good, however. Not as close to 35 as most other stops.

Never staying at this truck stop again. Got my 2 tarps stolen overnight. Staff inside the store dont seem to care at all. Supposedly theres signs saying park at your own risk. This truck stop is ranked the 3rd worst truck stop in Texas.

Its hard to find places to park a legal truck and the pilot has non road worthy trucks parked everywhere across from me were 4 out of 5 parking spaces no base plates and the one is being stripped for parts

2 new tarps stolen.Security doesnt care only thing they could say is call 911.STAY AWAY if you want anything when you leave.They didnt have a problem checking to see if I had paid for parking.

My car is 16 gallons and they charged me 20 gallons. thieves.

Charged 15 dollars to print 7 sheets of paper and charged it as 7 faxes. Loves printed me a booklet for 3 bucks. Not cool

I stopped tonight at this Pilot and decided to grab a shower. I must have been tired as I left my wallet on the counter after paying. When I noticed I didnt have it I ran back to the counter and they had already put it up in the office. Thank you all for being so honest and saving me from my mistake.I was in a panic when I noticed it was gone. Thank you so much. You all need a raise in my book.

The woman security guard greeting truck drivers today was EXTREMELY RUDE, showers and laundry room were dirty. Only plus side was the young woman working in the back doing laundry and stated she was going out to clean the lot was very nice and had great customer service. Still have to return to get my laundry from the dryer and not looking forward to even seeing this woman security guard. Not a welcoming place at all.

I paid for reservation parking yesterday morning at this truck stop and was going a spot to park as usual no problem, but at 2pm when the sift changed another manager came in and came out to my truck and told me to move my truck or it would be towed as if I didnt pay for parking and I showed her my receipt she said it didnt matter she was in charge. She also went on to call the Dallas Police to come out to the Pilot and she told them I was criminally trust passing. The officer look at the receipt that showed I paid for reservation parking and told me I didnt have to go any where and my truck would not be towed. Now my question to Pilot is if you hire someone in a management position dealing with the public. Is it ok for this person to change corporate rules to fit there on agenda based on personal problems at home and if so as professional driver how long will it be before Pilot is involved in a very big LAWSUIT because of a manager with a mental illness????

Pilot side was understanding of me not wearing a mask due to medical reasons, Wendys side needs to educate their employees refusal of service for not wearing a mask? Your mask works right? Then why are you trying to force me to wear one? Even the security guard didnt ask questions or hound me about it!

Good option for long-haul truckers. Better than it used to be. Fewer lot lizards and less trash in truck parking area. There is a Wendys inside and there are other places to eat within two or three blocks.

First and last warning think about staying here my spare tire was stolen last night this guys are professional they came ready and know what they are doing also restrooms are super dirty people that work here don’t really care about the truck drivers

Pilot has been good not towing abandoned trucks even when they are in reserved parking. Pilot its been desrespecting with the shower towels.

Been coming by here for years always the same stuff going on.. people still your spare tires from under your trailer at night.. and drivers hitting other people property and fleeing the seen..and bow the laundry room not even available

Shower dirties as other Pilot. Hooks invisible only caulking. Staff waking around with loud speaker and strange music. U can do it Pilot guys - please.

My honest objective opinion. The staff is friendly and courteous. Showers are clean. But the restrooms needs an update. Toilets have broken seats and not clean properly. Shower 1 fan doesn’t work and nowhere to sit. Truck parking area is dirty and always crowded. The location is great for variety of food.

Great Coffee.... *Odd tho. A customer reported me for getting to many sugars for my coffees. So the security guard first ask cashier was there a limit.. the answer NO. Very weird exp.

The parking lot is a nightmare for parking.Dropped trailers everywhere.Bobtails taking up at least a quarter of the slots because there is no bobtail parking except paid parking.Reserve parking takes up almost have the lot. What a waste.The personnel in the store, half of them should be fired.They have absolutely zero customer service skills.People standing in three lines waiting on a register. When it was turn for the next person in line, they were treated in a haphazard manner, because the people running the registers, were more interested in finishing a conversation with someone else than giving the customer their undivided attention.You want to continue a conversation, do it after your paying customers are dealt with.The restrooms were ok, but they were having some kind of water pressure problems. Toilets were having a real hard time flushing.Fuel Island wasnt up to the same standards as other Pilots and Flying Js that Ive been to.The crew, the store, the fuel and gas isles are only run as good as the managers expectations.If the manager is an imbicile or just doesnt care, then the staff are going to be the same way.

The showers were spotless, even behind the toilet and in the corners. I wasnt expecting that from a truck stop that is owned by the same company that runs the horrible Flying J two miles up the road. I was also pleasantly surprised that the parking lot was quiet... no beggars or lot lizards knocking on the door at 2 am.

Bad service they take forever on anything

Well I like to stop at these companys for coffee and ice cream. Especially when Im traveling. The staff was nice and the coffee along with assortments of cream meet my expectations. 👍🏼

This place sucks, got my spare tire stolen here. Don’t leave your truck unattended for more than an hour. People will knock on your door. I wouldn’t come here again because of my spare tire issue. There is a security guard, don’t know where he/she was when they stole my stuff. On the bright side, the staff in the front were extremely kind, and the parking has a lot of room to back in. Diesel is inexpensive compare to other places.

Parking here sucks. Always have since I first stopped here in ‘03. Staff here is so so. Could careless of you shop here or not. Now I’ve noticed a few changes. Before you had hookers and meth heads roaming the lot. Wasn’t safe here. From what I’ve seen they cleaned that up. But they do need more security. This isn’t the greatest areas in Dallas. This one the Flying J down the road and the Pilot in Atlanta, Ga is just one of the worst ones around. Drivers unless you absolutely have to stop here don’t. Just get more security. Maybe have one roaming the lot at night. That would help. And don’t tell me to call Corporate office. They could careless. They only care bout the green backs.

Ive been there once a few years back and the environment was like being surrounded by criminals. So I read receny reviews. How is it that people say there is security but yet lot lizards and bums are walking around? What does security get paid to do? Seems like they only target truckers. Jesus Christ. It doesnt matter. I always park at a safe terminal nearby. Dallas sucks just like any other major city.

Showers are clean and security is top notch. Always visible and ready to enforce prime parking policy. That is very important to prepaid customers that arrive after dark.

Always 5 people working but no one to run the register. I live right behind it. The lines are 12 people deep most the time. The manager says call corporate, he wont help you. Other than that the store is clean. It is hard to get in and out of they did not plan well as far as access to the main road, unless you are going south on Lancaster rd!

My husband and I had been quietly sleeping there for the past 3 nights until 4:47 am of the 4th night of rest when we were woken up by a cop named Ruiz, who was banging on our window and shining a flashlight inside our vehicle, claiming that we werent allowed to sleep there; he kicked everyone out of the parking lot. An extremely rude way to handle the matter! If Pilot is going to start not allowing people to park their cars and quietly sleep at their locations, MAYBE DONT START ENFORCING IT AT 4:47 IN THE MORNING!! We work late into the night most nights, and had been appreciating the quiet and safe environment, but we will think twice before using Pilot ever again after this nightmare.

Clean and nice, but cross traffic very intense and since theres no traffic light its pretty hard to pull out.

Place has really cleaned up.. Actually looks like someplace I would like to park and sleep in the rig... Before I always got a room.. saving me money is always FANTASTIC...

I honestly have no idea how this store an almost 4 star rating. Dirty bathrooms, rude workers, fuel islands got trash all over them. No light to take a left out of, oh and dont bother getting a reserved spot truckers, 2 nights in a row I got reserved, both nights all the spots were taken up and the fuel desk didnt do a thing about it. I wont go back to that one.

PILOT is a great place nay nay is very nice and she so welcoming she makes your day better. When I worked at Wendys she was always making my day worth while. Pilot is so much better than wendys

Somebody is not doing their job. Toothpaste in the sink on the faucet and on the mirror. And look what I found in the shower... A hairy bar of soap. Unacceptable.

This can be a very difficult place to get out of if youre pulling a travel trailer. People park in the way of the exit where the trucks leave, making it difficult to get through, if you try to leave through the auto exit, you can only turn right (away from the interstate) and then would have to try to find a place to turn around. I feel like many of these places need to be more RV friendly, especially since the reason I go here is because having a Good Sam membership gets me a discount at the pumps, so they know that RVs are coming in to these locations, and not all of us are driving diesel trucks and cant fill up at the back.

My husband and I are truck drivers. This is the seediest truck stop we have encountered yet. We watched quite a few female and male prostitutes loitering outside on the lot (lot lizards) in the middle of the day. It made me feel unsafe. They need more security out here.

Great truck stop just never any parking I recommend going back down to the TA pay 15.00 for a park or just send 20.00 bucks in side on things you might need and or get some food and shower and keep your receipt and be good and keep on trucking!!! 🤔😎

Their customer service is top-notch!!! I forgot my fuel card at the cashier, so the manager contacted my company (MB Global Logistics) and info was passed to me within 5 minute leaving the cashier. Thank you, Thank you!

I think companies like rbt Incorporated, use the lot as their yard. There is never any parking yet there are dropped trailers, box trucks, and bobcats all over. I park by a curb at 3 am, out of every one way, the garbage boy wakes me up at 8 am, meanwhile there empty bobcats and trailers all over. I go inside for coffee and gas there a line with like 8 people. The clerk is talking to police about trucks illegally parked, is it because companies are using your lot as they yard? Ima go a mile East next time and check out TA. I do love water pressure in showers though. And than to top it off, the internet dont work!

Always a very nice place to go for gas & quick food & the gentlemen who seem to always be there no matter when I make my put stop coming from Dallas they are the most kindest & helpful men 🤗🤗🤗

All employees need training on customer service, and people who know how to clean the shower rooms.

I go here all the time. I live very close to it as well. I usually get good service, but a couple of times I get one employee who is very rude. I was ringing a small bell once and was actually gonna buy it, but while I was testing it she told me to stop playing with it because your not even going to buy it!. I was pretty upset about that and she is sometimes just rude for no reason.

These ladies are always so welcoming and remember everyones names.

This Pilot fills up quickly @ 4pm there on Thursday about 10 free parking spots available they fill fast, No reserve spots available at this time

I got gas in Lancaster by my house on my way home and it was 2.59/ gallon happy to pay because I was on E. But, it took 20 mins. Inside where all the management at Pilot had a meeting in the front of the store?? Looking at spreadsheets. Patience is a virtue. They were not overflowing with rude but kind people. Got to the pump and was pleased they dropped their price to 2.49/gallon and thanked me for my patience. :) Ill be a customer for life!

Great place for those that travel! They have wide variety of comfort foods to choose from, as well as gas and clothes. As well as miscellaneous nick-nacks.

When i got up this morning to go in and get cleaned up there was no soap anywhere..or hand sanitizer.in the middle of this pandemic you would think an establishment such as this would pay extra attention to cleanliness and hygiene..the health department should take a look here..

Went to use the restroom and grab a coffee...there were 4 empty hand soap dispensers; which tells me the restrooms have been overlooked for some time. To make my morning even worse: every coffee station was empty. Seriously...you have 1 job! 4 staff members working and not a single one is delegating to accomplish what should be a pleasant experience...

Shower head broken no tawels in shower only floor towel toilet had crusty poop on seat was not clean in shower. Worst pilet been to so far.
