Very unassuming place. We walked in with no expectations and we left with over 1000$ worth of merchandise for $163. Yes that’s USD. 5 Hermes ties. Like new if not new.This is not your typical secondhand store!!But there is more. The service was fantastic. They helped and gave us their insight as well.Two thumbs up.

While the clothes quality here is above average, the prices are a bit steep for a resale shop. Selection is tailored for a more mature clientele.

Walked in and was greeted immediately, however, I had an uncomfortable feeling as if my every move was being watched. Great selection, items are more vintage and definitely priced high.

One of our favorite places to visit when were in Dallas. They have quality clothes for reasonable prices.

I worked at ReThreads until the store closed in March and I hope that I can come back soon. In the meantime, I collect unemployment benefits. It is not enough to live as before but we are better off than some. I appreciate my employer for doing the right thing.

Very cool finds indeed and incredibly clean for a consignment shop. The service is also nice. There was a client before me who was very rude and the lady working there was a saint for not responding rudely in return. My only suggestion is to price things a bit more adapted to how old or out of fashion the item is as there were plenty of pieces overpriced based on how out of fashion they are even if they are expensive brands and in great condition (especially in the mens area).My favorite part of the store was the shoe section which had some great finds there at super great prices.

Great place. Ive been shopping here for a while now. I like how clean and organized it is. I also like the value you get for your money. Large selection of mens wear. Great way to build a professional or casual wardrobe and remain responsible with your money.

Upscale thrift, which is a direct representation of the area in the clothing is from. Lots of premium brands that may or may not have tags on them still. I found a plethora of formal and business casual related clothing. Lots of blazers, sport coats, and suits in spectacular condition. The store was well lit and clean which was quite inviting. Staff was ready and available to answer questions that anyone had. If I have a need clothes in the near future Ill go back when they have a sale and go crazy.

This store has plenty of choices to choose from in high quality designed brands. Excellent customer service no matter who you are. I purposely walked into the store one day in a backwards cap and a jersey and was treated with the utmost respect the following week I showed up in my law enforcement uniform and was treated the same way. I love it!

For such a big selection, its hard to find anything good. Prices dont seem reflective of what they offer me when I try to consign. A bit high. Update: I tried again and they rejected every one of my 22 items. Funny, when I cant find anything decent there, that they reject my stuff!

Clothes and.prices are awesome, but the tailor needs to tell the customer if what the customer request is beyond his scope of skill and expertise. My pants were ruined. Col guy, but just want others to know of my experience and avoid my pain.

You guys, this is a consignment store, NOT a thrift store. So yes, expect to pay a little more for higher quality, carefully curated clothes. I paid $35 for a cardigan originally from Anthropology (that would’ve easily been well over $100 in the store), so I am thrilled with having the option to shop here and saving as much of my money as possible while still looking fashionable. Huge store though, and they do have a lot of clothes, so expect to spend time perusing the racks.

I have both shopped and consigned here. Consider me satisfied in both areas.Pros: lots and lots and lots of stock. Monthly sales. Tailor on site. Womens and mens clothing, shoes, accessories. Relatively easy consignment process. Decent payout for items that sell.Cons: lots and lots and lots of stock, go when you havery hours to spare to dig through the racks. The volume of stock can sometimes make it feel a bit overwhelming or messy, but they actually do a good job if keeping it neat in spite of the volume. They are very picky about what they take from consignors.

Just drove thirty minutes to pick up tailored pants to find out you can’t pick up tailored items on Sunday. But the shop is awesome and the tailor is the best.

Want great clothes at great prices...go visit Rethreads. You will fall in love with this place. Why pay big money for name brand clothes when you can get them at great prices here.

Organized but over prized.... they had a item priced for $200 looked up the same item online in Ralph Lauren website for new I could get for $135 really overpriced.

I felt this place was overpriced, I may not have the knowledge for different brands and what they cost new but at the same time when I find a suit that is $140 used, no telling how old it is and I go to Belk and find a suit that is $140 brand new, I chose to buy the brand new one. If you have the itch for fancy named brand clothes at around 3/4 of the price because its used come here and you need it now come here. Otherwise, I would just shop clearance racks.

Beyond rude. My daughters left for college and I went to sell their once worn prom and homecoming dresses and the staff member talked to me like I was an axe murderer for not having them on hangers. Just because your life isnt what you want, dont take it out on the customers. Sad.

I didnt go shop around in the store so I cant speak for the content of items but I did attempt to sell. It did have much more of a church thrift feel to me however. This is more of a heads up / pain point eliminator for future sellers. I have sold to just about every chain and numerous small independent resellers as well. 1. All Clothing must be on hangers 2. You can only sell using the back door in the alley 3. You sit and wait in the cramped space for them to review you itemsI found this to be the most bizarre selling situation Ive ever encountered. I wasnt given a reason as for why my items wouldnt be purchased just told these are returns, I was very confused as I was standing right there handing them to her, what they meant is that they would be returning with me-- OH You mean you wont be buying them. SO strange!

I will never use Rethreads again! In September, i left four shirts, two of; which were new, a down vest, which was new, and a leather jacket. I was told I would receive a consignment notice within three weeks.When I called to find out the status, they told me they send an e-mail, which I never received, to tell me that could not consign any of the items.The whole thing sounded fishy.Use them at your risk.

They bought my clothes when Buffalo Exchange and Platos Closet wouldnt. Staff was slightly abrupt, but it goes with the uppity atmosphere.

Rude, snobby employees who receive clothes to consign. Of they are not looking brand new with fresh dry cleaners tags, they are refused. I hauled lots of clothing in which came from Neimans and Nordstroms but they rejected 90% of them. Too uppity.

I do not recommend this store, at all. Customer service was horrible and I was insulted by a staff member demanding I leave my medication bag at the front counter. I have patronized countless stores with legitimate valuables and never faced this type of insult. I wont be back.

It was wow i felt like i was in a candy shop all i going to do was look but i made a mistake i took my wife.left there with a lot of stuff .and all name brands, like coach, tommy hill and so on i am no longer going to the mall i am coming here .
