They have some really nice pieces in here. The staff was really nice, they definitely are super helpful and made me feel like a A plus customer. Looking for nice luxury pieces look no further, you for sure can find brand new pieces for better prices. But this place you can find rare items. I recommend this place for sure.

This place has really gone down. A lot of the high end items have way too much wear for the prices they are asking. I know certain designers are highly sought after but the price should reflect the condition also. When it say “normally retails for” that’s for a pristine item.🤷🏾‍♂️

This is one of my favorite shops in Walnut Creek, but as it’s consignment it is definitely hit or miss. I pop in whenever I’m passing by, and have found some phenomenal deals. They have a great selection of women’s clothes and a decent one for men as well.

This is almost like thrift shopping with Robin Leach. The clothing and shoes and jewelry, accessories... GORGEOUS! and—a word youd *never* hear on Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous—cheap!!! Seriously...a full length, thick luxurious cashmere coat for less than $400? At least 2 for less than 1/2 that?All the high end name brands. Its amazing theres anything left on the racks at all. But theyre always full to bursting with new stuff.The store is beautiful. The staff are great!! They are friendly, helpful and interested in what you may be looking for—or may not know youre looking for. Labels makes your COVID shopping experience a relaxing escape from the unreal world.Theres lots of parking behind the store.

I have shopped at this store multiple times, they always have great products but never good service. Tonight I went in with my mom around 6pm for her birthday, google said they closed at 7pm but we got there and the doors were locked with multiple sales associates inside. We thought maybe their store hours were different due to covid, but the sign posted on the door said closing at 7. We called and the owner became defensive but agreed to let us shop for 5 minutes. Once inside the store employees were extremely rude and each and every employee told us they were closed as we perused the store. It was so uncomfortable we went to leave but the owner had locked the door behind us(to keep other shoppers from coming in). She berated us for trying to leave after going out of her way to let us in the store, reopening a register, and questioned why we wanted to leave. Because it was so uncomfortable we shopped around for an extra few minutes. The employees proceeded to glare at us and talk smack about us as we shopped the store. We left minutes later with no items because it was a hostile environment. Very disappointed with this experience after Ive bought various items from there.

My all time favorite consignment store. I have known Lynn for 29 years. When I retired i wanted to work there...and did for a short time but got caught between 2 managers. The wonderful woman who was training me left and the other manager was not great...for me. She was dishonest and Dan (Lynns husband) believed her and I still do not know what it was all about and all I was told by Dan is: that is not what Jamie sajd regarding a directive she gave me. One thing I do not do is lie...honest to a fault.Anyhow...still my favorite haunt and loved the sales part and the story of unresolved directive is still a mystery. Jamie is gone. Tried reaching out several times to Lynn and Dan but no resolve.More to this story...I think.Yes...I still have unanswered questions about my consignments...too.But, Lynn is a fantastic business woman and I have the utmost respect for her. Maybe someday we will talk.

Libby, Helen and the rest of Lynns team are delightfully fun and so helpful. I dont need a friend to shop with as they will tell me if it doesnt look good! They never pressure or judge. The clothes are great, well priced, and constantly changing. Also easy to consign. I have told so many about Labels. It is addictive. Thanks for all you do!

Labels is not only a great place to check out when your looking for something different/special but its also a great place to sell some of the high end items that are sitting in your closet. They offer pretty fair consignment prices for your items. Their prices are on a tier plan so if they dont sell within a specific time frame they drop it down a certain %. Ive sold several items and was happy with what they were sold for.Some of the younger staff can be a little stand offish but there are a couple older ladies that are extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.Overall I would give it a shot if your on the fence (either visiting to find something or sell something)!

I love stopping by this boutique whenever I’m in Walnut Creek. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and a big “how are you? from Stephanie. She’s great at suggesting items of interest. She strives for excellence in service and whenever I stop by I look for her.

My wife loves this place...close to all the Broadway Walnut Creek downtown shopping, food places, and Starbucks is just across the street. A very unique consignment high-end women clothing store where they have many name brands from Coach, Gucci, etc. for reasonable pricing. Worth the stop. Ask for Maryann, she is friendly with great customer service.

When my mom passed away I was at a loss as what to do with her 3 fur coats and a fur hat. A friend told me about Labels. Am I ever glad I took these furs to them. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. They know what they are doing and thanks to them all 4 items were sold and hopefully bringing the same happiness to the new owners as they did my mom.

Worse consignment store and customer service ever! very unprofessional, unfriendly staff! i drove almost 45 minutes to pick up my clothes i had consigned and when i got home, i noticed that a few of my items were missing and that i was also given the wrong item for one of them. After i got a call back from letting them know, the manager had told me she had found 2 items. I was very upset because i had to make another trip back the next day. upon picking up my items, i had also given the associate back the item that wasnt mine and had explain to the new associate my situation. When she looked up my account, she had told me that the item i brought back matched the description shown listed on my account.I told her thats a mistake and showed her a picture of my item. She had this look like i was lying to her and didnt believe me. I was VERY upset and was trying to holding myself back from yelling or getting mad at her. She also was trying to brush me away and that she would let the manager know i came in and will she will call me back. I had told her when i spoke to the manager, she had told me i was welcome to come in and look for it on the racks. So unprofessional of them to let me look for it, when its their job to do so. Very surprisingly, i had found my item right away! Never ever again i will step into this store!! I had to waist gas, parking and toll to pick up my items they had stupidly misplaced! i was also treated wrongfully that i was trying to cheat them and i, myself had to look for my own item that they misplaced which i found! WOW! worst customer service ever! Not even a thank you!

Best higher end consignment store in the bay! Lots of really nice work clothes. There are lower end consignment stores nearby if Labels are out of onea price range.

The once pleasant experience of buying unique used pieces here at a reasonable cost is now lost among disengaged staff & absurdly priced items. Not the same as in years past. Label or not, not all used is vintage. Thick with too much merchandise; redundant & tiresome to weed through; going instead to Danville or Claremont.

They have some amazing designer pieces here. The prices are good. Merchandise changes frequently.

Check your receipt!!! They would have only gotten 1 star, but there was a guy in the back next to the mens area that asked if I wanted help with anything. The cashiers...yeah, I dont think I coulda paid them to smile.I hate to give low ratings, but they flat out stole from me right in front of my face. A few items that were past the date should have been much lower, but silly me didnt photograph the tags and create a spreadsheet before I bought everything. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed a few items were way past their dates and I should have gotten a lower price.Just make sure you total everything up before you pay to make sure the cashiers dont bend you over!

This store has a section where they sell the very high end bags and the other section sells lower name brands like Coach, Tory, Marc Jacobs etc.

Mother was swindled of her clothing. they took away all her original packaging that came with her items and pretended that they couldnt find it anywhere. Meanwhile mocking her foreign accent when they thought she was out of earshot. Really horrible experience. PLEASE AVOID.

The store is nice but the associates dont interact with the customers no greeting no customer service!

Just sell the items dont create a silent auction for them. Very pricey for used clothing and shoes.

Owner is a cold callous individual and far to expensive even for designer clothing there left overs totally used merchandise- rip off and the girls she has working there are discriminatory and rude - judgmental and pitiful- I have a friend who was told to not come back in for no apparent reason they need a lawsuit is what they need!
