This place is awesome! They have a great selection of bridal dresses at a decent price! Furthermore, they have excellent customer service! The first time, I went with my best friend for a dress, veil, and accessories. They did a great job.Sometime after I had to get surgery on my foot due to a car accident. The dress was too heavy to wear and to carry. Mom and I found a more comfortable dress that was lighter weight and still looked great and was also from this store. I insisted we go here before anywhere else because they were the only ones who showed a willingness to work with plus size brides.They did great overall! My best friend thought so too, and was impressed how much less my dress cost than her’s did.

This place is a hidden gem. If your a person that believes in getting THE MOST for your bucks this is definitely your store. The young lady that helped me was very sweet & attentive. I absolutely love my wedding dress and what’s even better than getting a brand new dress at a discounted price is the fact that they also have a layaway option! It doesn’t get better than that.

What an incredible experience! My friend told me about this place after getting her wedding dress here. Tami greeted us right as we walked in the door, went over a few things and started helping us pull dresses. She was super knowledgable in knowing my size, and what style would look good on me. I never felt pressed, rushed or pushed to purchase (although I did say yes to the dress). I got a $2500 for $699.. I would definitely recommend for brides wanting designer dresses without the huge price tag..

I had a WONDERFUL experience. I’m getting married in August and wanted to check this place out before any chain places. Well, Tami was an amazing help, like she says “we’re all family here, honey”! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me so much with the process. I tried on about 5 dresses before I realized I was comparing every dress to the first one! I paid less than 1/3 of retail and am going to look incredible after I get alterations from Tami’s suggestion! Awesome customer service!

Dont know what all the hype is about this place. I was referred by a friend who told me about this store. She indicated that although the place may look pretty bad outside and inside it was worth a look at the wedding gowns they had. Well she wasnt wrong about the appearance of this place. Pretty scary to say the least! The old lady who works there is very rude also. She barely answered any of my questions and seemed completely irritated the entire time I was there. There was a dress there I probably would have bought but I couldnt wait to get out of there due to the terrible customer service and atmosphere. My day wasnt a total lost however as I found my dream dress at another place and it was less expensive and I had a great time and much better experience.

Listen, this is the kind of place where the people who help you are genuinely interested in making your dress be the perfect one for your wedding day. My friend and I made this our first stop on our list of boutiques to visit and suffice to say, it was the first and last place we wanted to go. Rene took care of me the first time I came to the shop. My intention really was just to take a look around, I wasnt fully sure I would even get a dress there or try it on. She was so attentive to the style I wanted and she made some suggestions and I ended up trying a dress on that wasnt what I was looking for but looked absolutely stunning on me. We were honestly so impressed by the service though. Rene and Tami were wonderful beings who made us feel welcome. I didnt leave with a dress because the one I tried on and liked was a bit out of my budget but I obsessed over it for a month and ended up coming back New Years eve to buy it. Tami had me put the dress on again and she made so many wonderful suggestions. Made me feel very special. She was so patient with me that day and she honestly made the last day of the year truly special for me by giving me all her attention. This place has more than reasonable prices too, and I honestly got my gown at an absolute steal. Look no further, this is the place to say yes to the dress.

I went in after the dress I ordered got pushed back at the last minute and wouldnt be ready for the day. They were so helpful and the lady that helped me (i cannot remember her name) picked a dress that I wouldnt have thought of for myself but loved. They also helped me pick a belt to match. It was a great experience and I loved the fact that they werent pushy just incredibly helpful.

I am posting a review along with what my fiancé had mentioned. I saw in the previous reviews y’all did not take male comments lightly, so I wanted to elaborate. He was excited because I don’t want to spend his money, so he was referred by a friend to try this place. My friend and I walked in. We were approached by an employee asking who was the bride. I told her I was. She said what size was I looking for. I told her 6 or 8. She told me to go up to 10 or 12. I dismissed it. I went to look at the 10s with my friend. I told her I was looking for something with lace. She dismissed me and walked away. Then, my friend told me I should try something on just so I can be sure about my size. The employee then said she would have to come in with me unless I didn’t feel comfortable. I told her I was not comfortable. The older woman in the store laughed and said well she’s going to have to. Then, the other employees in the store started laughing. It was a horrible experience. The experience should be pleasurable for a bride. The overall energy in this place was off along with their attitudes. If you are looking for a dress, they are here probably. If you are looking for a great experience with great customer service, you will NOT find it here. Also, I have seen y’all tend to respond to the reviews, so just do better for future brides, make it more pleasurable for them, and don’t fake nice. Be genuine. Help the brides feel welcome and beautiful. I also see y’all had bad customer service on the phone. A client doesn’t see your face, so also be pleasurable and genuine on the phone. Just some tips! I don’t want another bride or potential client to feel as awful as y’all made me feel this day. Good luck!

I bought my wedding dress here today and I could not be happier!!! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to any bride-to-be! Tami helped me find my dress and she was amazing! So helpful, kind, and honest. Tami was very knowledgeable and showed me how possible alterations might look and feel to make the dresses fit perfectly, and gave great tips on styling. Plus it ended up getting a little busy in the store, but she still made sure to take care of me! I was very impressed with the inventory and hospitality. They have a beautiful and diverse selection of dresses — all sorts of styles and sizes.I was out to find a dress on a budget and WOW did I hit the jackpot! I found a gorgeous designer dress originally priced at $2899 for only $199!!! Don’t underestimate the sale rack!

Poor Customer Service. I am very disappointed in this store. My fiancé went to look at dresses and was very excited. She was just going to look to see what was available first with the intentions of going back to make the purchase. She said she was not greeted when she walked in the store. Then an employee told her she did not see her walk in (when there was a loud doorbell when she walked in). The employee told her she was going to force her to try the dress on. Then, her friend told her to just try one to see which would be her size. Then the employee said “we will have to go with you to try it on, unless you are not comfortable.” My fiancé said she was NOT comfortable. Then, the “old lady” (who I see also made some bad impressions on other women) said well “she’s going to have to”. And then the two other employees started laughing with the old lady. As far as I am concerned, I want nothing but the best for my future wife, and I was told this was a great place. From her encounter, I can see how I was sadly mistaken. Maybe it was just this moment, but if y’all want potential clients or future referrals you should treat the brides with respect.

This place is one of the greatest finds in Dallas. Never judge a book by its cover. Seriously. A top of the line pronovia dress for less than 800$????? That is a gift. This place is the answer to a prayer for a bride who wants to look beautiful at a lower cost with great service. We had a wonderful experience today and could not be more grateful that a place like this exists.

My best friend and I came to AY w/ low expectations but I left with dress in hand :-)! It doesnt look like much when you step inside, however once you start to dig in they have an AMAZING selection of designer dresses with ridiculously discounted prices. I ended up purchasing a beautiful ball gown for $450 that retails for $3K! I strongly recommend to go during the weekday or early Saturday before it gets too busy. The bridal area is tight (because theres so much merchandise) and you really have to take time searching through everything. I also dont advise coming here with more than 2 people, there wont be any room to sit. The ladies are very personable and fun, they gave me some awesome ideas for alterations. In summary:Pros: Amazing Dresses and prices, fun staff, nice veil and appliqué selection.Cons: no men in back, cluttered, no privacyTotally worth it though! Go with an open mind and you can def find something.

Found my dream dress. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will add as a suggestion - sometimes at my age I dont need all constant verbal helping. For me its important that I have a few minutes of silence to think through and discuss with people I brought. I did feel like lady who assisted me was pushing more just to make a sell than to actually put me in the right dress. However, overall I found the unique and beautiful dress I wanted. I did step away for half an hour but couldnt leave Dallas without that dress. Thanks for all the accessory suggestions. Definitely a rating of 5 and definitely worth the 12 hours I drove to visit their store.

This place is beautiful and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Their bridal selection is fantastic and they really take the time to help and make you feel important.

I called to ask about my wedding gown and mother of the bride formals. The woman who answered had an attitude and tone with me. She was very rude and not kind when I asked any questions, acted very put out. She sarcastically said, we arent taking formals because no events are happening. I understand. The woman also stated they take wedding gowns from last year only. I asked her what style they are and she said, I dont know. The fabric (satin) on your dress is 10 years old. I told her it was a white strapless gown with a little beading...to which she sighed and said no, we do not take 10 year old fabric.

Absolutely the BEST! I read reviews prior to coming and was sure there would be a great selection, and there was. However, I read coming on a weekend you may not get individual attention considering it’s such a small space. We must have been lucky because it wasn’t overly busy. We had Morgan helping us and she was absolutely phenomenal. Wow! Because of her is why I have my dress. I was so against even taking it off the rack until she convinced me and said just try. I ended up with that dress. You are seriously a blessing and so talented at what you do. Her knowledge, customer service, and friendly personality were 5 + stars. She was like that with everyone there. Thank you SO much for helping me for my big day. I will highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back for items they have that aren’t bridal related. My best friend is getting married in May and as part of the bridal party i was referred to this boutique. I loved this shop! Really great experience, Tammy helped me with fitting dresses and she was amazing! Although a smaller boutique, the owner and staff were very knowledgeable and truly made this a memorable and excellent experience for my best friend!

You could find your wedding dress here if youre a size 10-12. Im petite and on a budget so they didnt have many options. Its a very small cramped store, you cant take pictures and you have no one to help you try on dresses.Personally they arent discounted enough for that kind of experience. I found plenty more dresses for $500-700 at nice boutiques with a stylist to help you and a comfortable amount of room.

Great little store. I came in to try on wedding dresses and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress at great low prices. Much cheaper than any other place around Dallas. The owner and sales lady were absolutely terrific! This place is small but they have so many dresses to choose from. I had a really fun time with the ladies who work there. They also have womens clothes too! You cant use your cell phone to take pictures of the dresses for privacy reasons and they dont have a public restroom but would definately recommend this place first to any bride looking for a dress.

I let the person (Im so sorry Ive forgotten her name, but she was WONDERFUL) know my style, what I was thinking about for the wedding, etc. and she let us browse their incredible selection, but also made some recommendations based on what I did and didnt like about the dresses I tried on. She helped me find my DREAM dress, and even found me the perfect accessories to complement it. Thank you so much for helping make my wedding day so special!

This store is incredible! It has a little and alot of everything. I cannot believe I have not come in here before. I walked in and was met by a gal named Tammy. She was so friendly and fun and asked me if I was looking for anything particular.. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately led me to exactly what I wanted. She then kept checking back with me as I continued to shop making suggestions on questions I had. I have never had such great service from any other store I have ever been in. I bought my wedding dress at this shop. I had a small budget wedding, and had originally purchased my dress online (LOL). Obviously I didn’t like it when it came in, and I had just one month before the date. I came in on a weekend. It’s a small shop, and there’s not much space. You don’t need an appointment, but be aware that they will probably be busy on the weekends and not provide you with their full attention. Also, there’s not too much room to bring a crazy party, but when I went, one bride did have an entourage with her. Anyway, dresses are organized by size, and they have a clearance rack as well. I went straight to my size, picked out 4 different dresses, and went straight to try them on. They assisted me in getting into them, and allowed me to look in the mirror to see how I felt. When I got into the last dress, I immediately knew it was the one. It was originally 1600, and I got it for 300! There was a small tear that she disclosed before selling it to me, plus I had to get it shortened to my height. The tear was so small, and sitting underneath the lace, that no one noticed it on my big day. They do recommend some shops to get the dresses altered, however, I went with someone else. My dress was perfect on my big day.They also have all the accessories- veils, cover ups, shoes, etc. I just didn’t buy any.

I bought my wedding dress there in 2004. I recommend highly wherever I can even today to a young lady client of mine. I will always remember freaking out, that due to my own dire circumstance my dress might not be ready on time and her calling me her crying bride. Everything worked out and my dress fit perfectly🥰🥰🥰👰I am forever thankful for her patience and expertise through it all.

This is a hidden gem!! I found an absolutely gorgeous dress. The ladies were precious and very helpful! They will give their honest opinion and tell you if a dress just doesn’t look great on you in a very professional manner. They respect your budget and don’t make you feel like they are just trying to make a sale. I was shocked at the selection that they had in the store. I would recommend this place time and time again!

I walked in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. I told the girl what I was looking for in a wedding dress and she started gathering dresses for me to try on. She assisted me in trying each of the dresses on and even added some accessories to show me how the look could be altered. Kudos to Rene and Morgan for helping this super stressed bride out in under two hours. I left happy and holding my amazing new dress. Make this your first stop in your dress buying experience, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible customer service! She would not let my 4 year old use the bathroom. I was told to drive to Walmart. Very cruel to say to a child in my opinion. Then she listened to a call I received and questioned me about it. I would not be in the store if I was around someone with Covid....

Leanne and Morgan made my first stop for a wedding gown shopping perfect. Even with my specific wants of a blush A-line dress with a full skirt, they had several fabulous options. Third dress I tried on was the winner and it’s an amazing high quality gown at almost a third of the price. Most dresses are new or sample (in great condition). A must stop for any bride. I had the best experience with these ladies! I went in to just look for my wedding dress and fell in love with a Justin Alexander beaded gown. The tag said $750 but one of the ladies looked at the back and saw small runs and missing beads so she offered it to me for $350 and recommended her seamstress. I am so excited and thrilled about my purchase.

We went there on Saturday looking for a prom dress. They had quite a few evening dresses and a lot of wedding gowns, but the service is the worst Ive ever seen in a retail store thats trying to sell you something. First, we asked where the prom dresses were and the lady at the counter pointed. Next, I could see that the fitting room area was crowded so I asked what the process was. The lady at the counter said, you try the dress on. So, I knew that my daughter needed to try the dress on, but what I wanted to know was, do I stand in line, give them my name - what was the actual process for getting into a fitting room. The lady told me to talk to the girls in the back because she just worked the counter. She did offer to hang the dress at the counter for me until a room was available. So, I asked the ladies in the back and they told me their rooms were full right then. After about 10 minutes, I went back there again and asked if they knew when a room might be available. The girl told me, I dont know; theyre all full with brides. A few minutes later, one of the girls from the back came and grabbed the dress from the counter and walked to the back. She didnt say - we have a room available now, yall can come with me now - nothing. I had to ask her are you taking the dress to the back because you have a fitting room available? Yes, she replied. My daughter tried on the dress; she didnt really like it and it was too big for her. So as we were walking to the door to leave, the lady at the front counter asked so it didnt work, too little? My daughter said no, it was too big. The lady said oh wow, really? My daughter is a size 6 and tried on a size 6 dress. Regardless of her size, people in dress sales (or anyone really) should NOT insinuate that a customer is too big for a dress, no matter what size that person is. Extremely rude!

Had a great experience buying my dress here. Morgan and Aiesha made out experience so much fun and I found my dress at an amazing price! I would highly suggest you at least check this place out before any where else. They give you such great advice and even offer suggestions to an alternations and cleaning spot. They provide a piece of paper where they write down your top picks and even your top veils. One last piece of advice would be to bring the people you want to see the dress because you CANT take pictures. Also this isnt the typical bridal experience you see in movies but I still think they gave me everything I wanted!

I was so pleased with my experience at Anonymously Yours! Im a music major at UNT and I came in looking for a recital dress. Well guess what- I ended up finding my recital dress and I absolutely love it! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I also noticed that they have gorgeous bridal gowns along with other formal dresses/casual wear. And the prices! I definitely felt like a winner paying $51 for my dress that would have easily been $250-$300 or more at a department store/anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone who is looking for beautiful dresses at totally affordable prices. :D

I found my dress, veil, and jewelry. For the cost of what I had budgeted for just my dress. I found a dress for 1/2 of my dress budget. Renee was extremely helpful!! She picked out things that I would not have chosen but worked very well. She knows her stuff and she was not pushy at all. She got me in and out of dresses very quickly. I wish I had gone here first on my search for a dress. I was there on a weekday so it was not crazy busy like it is on the weekend. One thing to know is that they have a rule about no pictures of the dresses. The owner had a lawsuit about pictures about of a dress so if you need pictures this may not be the place for you. But I loved the selection. Also as a plus sized ( size 20) bride she had a large selection of dresses that I could actually try on and buy. They have a large selection of Watters dresses. I would definitely recommend Anonymously Yours to anyone I know looking for a dress.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The place offers quite a selection of dresses. The first dress I tried on was the one and I still kept trying on a few more just to be sure. I got it for a great price when it retails for 4x the amount. Aeisha was so fun, helpful, and patient with me and my girls during all the fittings. She was very informed about the types of dresses I should buy so that I can attach sleeves later on. The rest of the staff were all warm and welcoming, it felt like I had added 3 more cheerleaders to my entourage! Thank you so much for all your help!

Worst place ever!! Giving my inventory to Renee was a dream, had no problems at all. I closed my store because I took in 2 teenagers who’s dad passed away. Once it is there, that is another story. She sells it at what ever price and then pockets what she claims to have sold it for. I had 2k gowns being sold for under 500 dollars and she was supposed to sell it at half of 2k. I would end up with a 250 dollar check on a gown she sold for 1,000. That’s not half. She then even says she donates to the Genesis shelter and keeps the inventory. So when I told her I didn’t want to donate, that I wanted to pick it up my inventory, this irritated her because now she couldn’t “donate it”. She keeps it and the keep all the profit. She is dishonest and she didn’t give me back everything that was left. I had about 10k in inventory that I didn’t get back. All the stuff she got was in nice bridal bags. Put it to you this way, I order all new bridal bags because the bags she put my gowns in were so torn that I bagged them and tried to give them back to her and she through them out of the store and left them as trash. I took pictures. The sad part about this, is that it ruined a good relationship I had with a friend who referred this woman. A lot of bridal stores in the area figured out she was ripping off the stores and I never even had to leave a review. It is really sad that people like this woman is even in business. It wasn’t until she didn’t abide by her own contract that I finally got my stuff back. Basically, she claims it’s her stuff and she can price it to whatever she wants to sell it. Do yourself a favor and just donate what you have. You won’t get what you think your going to get. This review needed to be made a long time ago. It wasn’t until I saw that she still is treating people this way that I felt it was time to put what she did to me in words. White trash is the only way to describe how she runs her business and how she treats people.

I went to this bridal consignment shop as my FIRST dress shopping experience ever...it was perfect!! Please ask for Alex to help you. She was so informative, patient and enthusiastic. You cant take any pictures but thats understandable. The prices are amazing ($300 to $1500) for the quality and variety of the available dresses. There were also some $99 sample dresses. Not all of the dresses are used, some are samples sent in from other stores. Please visit this place in your bridal stops!

I bought my wedding gown that I was going to wear in April and It is GORGEOUS! It is a Watters dress that was a sample dress so it has NEVER been worn in a wedding or had any alterations. When I tried it on I instantly thought I would have to put it back because I may not be able to afford it and when I looked at the tag it was $99.00!! So since it was such a great deal I bought an amazing belt to attach to it and paid a total of $200.00 for a dress well worth over $1300.00!! Well plans have changed and I havent been able to get my dress altered in time to wear it for my ceremony so as I shop for a new dress I will be going here first! I highly recommend this store to any bride on a budget but your looking for an AMAZING dress. Stop in here you never know what treasures are waiting for you!

I had my dress here on consignment and when I went to pick it up after the contract ended they didnt have it in the original dress bag, but instead it was covered in plastic as if it had just come from the dry cleaners. After many questions, I was told by the owner that they didnt have it and she offered me a different bag. I wanted the original dress bag but I didnt get it. This store is not to be walked in if youre looking for great customer service and professionalism.

This place is simply amazing. After a terrible experience at a designer/high-end bridal store with some snooty pushy ladies- I walked into this tiny (but super duper filled) little place... feeling a little apprehensive at first, thinking this would be the second of MANY stores I would peruse to find the wedding dress. But much to my surprise, relief, and JOY.... I not only found the most perfect dress (a little long on me, so needing a little alteration, but what can you expect for a short 5 ft girl)!!!! ALSO, the service was 394389% better than I would have expected. Rene and her assistants were nothing but patient, friendly, humble, kind- and even told me funny and cute stories of their life and marriage, as they helped me in and out of every dress I tried on. They also gave me just enough privacy and space, (meaning: they didnt stand around like hawks watching and fussing over me as I twirled around in each dress I put on for my mom and grandma.) Im the kind that likes to take my time to try things on without being rushed, so I really appreciated that. I want to also note that I accidentally broke one of the hangers (felt so bad and clumsy), but Rene didnt even mind! Honestly, I think that what I loved the most about this place is the attitude of everyone! They made me feel genuinely cared for, treated with respect and not like just another customer to get money from. Instead of pressuring me to buy things, or being fake nice or making me feel uncomfortable, I felt so at home and like I had known them all my life, that I gave Rene a hug at the end, and told her everything I am now writing on here. I left feeling like a princess who discovered she has a fairy godmother, and with a beautiful dress on top of that! That place made everything so much more special. I do recommend that when you go, plan ahead and make time to be there for a while, since there are a TOOON of dresses, and it is mostly up to you to find your size and what you are looking for (but for me, that was half the fun so I didnt mind!) In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!!

If I could I wouldnt even give this place one star. They were absolutely rude to the whole wedding party, until we said we were ready to leave and the attendant suddenly tried (and failed) to be nicer. When the bride was trying on the dresses, instead of going into the dressing room to help her, the attendant left the door propped open (open to the whole store) and stood outside the dressing room to help her into the dresses. She also yelled at us when we tried to take pictures saying that we cant take pictures there, and that would have been fine, except that instead of politely saying that, she yelled it at us. All around horrible experience.

I wanted to resell a bridal gown and went through and email back and forth for an entire week before being told that the dress was from too old of a year. Not sure why that wasnt communicated up front. If youre looking to resell, Id say avoid this place.

Lady was sent pictures before hand and I was told to come in to have the dress viewed. Wasted gas and time for her to tell me that the dress is to old, it is only two years old, and the other dress was to bridesmaid like. If you are trying sell your dress online is the best option. So not buy from here, so not sell here she is going to turn you away iunless the dress is brand new.

I created a Yelp account just for this review. I was so appalled by the treatment I honestly think that it will RUIN your dress buying experience. While the dresses are nice....the Owner Rene is flat out rude. Not only is she rude but in general her rules are simply not accommodating. The FIRST thing said to me when I came in (after I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes) was: You can only try on three at a time and then she walked away.You CAN NOT:Take pictures - which in an of its self is not a problem until you find out it even after you put the NON REFUNDABLE deposit down on the dress and not even when you BUY it out right. Even when your parents are out of town and cant be there to help you choose.Have your cell phone out with you AT ALL.If you were thinking of calling/texting your mom when youve found the dress - think again. You are not allowed to have your phone in the dressing area at all. If you try to she will threaten to call the police on you.Try on the dress in layaway:Remember that you couldnt take pics or call mom? So if she wasnt fortunate enough to be there with you and you put your dress on layaway (by putting down 35% which is NONREFUNDABLE) she cant see you put it on until youve paid for it and even then you have to take it OUT OF THE STORE to take pics....thats right. Even after youve purchased it.People with this type of lack of customer service do NOT deserve your money. I plan on putting this review in as many places as I can so that no one has to question what kind of experience they will have. Just AWFUL.

This place is really a diamond in the rough. Dont let the neighborhood or the exterior fool you into thinking you cant find some beautiful gems in here. This was my first stop before a scheduled appointment with another bridal store. I thought, Why not give it a try and see what they have? The positive reviews are all true.Morgan was wonderful in helping me try on the dresses and offering advice about them. Yes, you cant take pictures here, but if you come in knowing that, its really not a big deal. Try to have everyone you want there in person; otherwise, its difficult to get their opinions. The tags may not accurately reflect the price though; they could be even cheaper than what the tags say! I brought my dress up to the register fully expecting to pay $200 more than what the dress rang up as! We were surprised to get it for less than what we thought it was!If you want individual attention, try to come on a weekday. We didnt have a problem at all, and Morgan was very attentive to me, but I can see how it could get chaotic on a busy day. No men are allowed in the back where the women are changing, so be aware of that. Also note that there are no refunds whatsoever, which is to be expected, so make sure you know its the dress you want.Overall, this place is wonderful! I had a more personal experience than at other bridal stores and got my dress for less than half the price! And they have recommendations for dress cleaners and alterations if you want to clean it up and do some modifications. Thanks for my dream dress, Rene!

I went in with my mom just expecting to look around and get an idea of what I want for my wedding next year. Aiesha helped us out and went above and beyond for us. We ended up walking out with my dress the same day and I couldnt be happier. Aiesha put up with me wanting to try about 20 dresses over the course of our visit and made the entire process so easy and worth it. CAN I JUST BE REAL HERE, this place is so underrated! I came today TWO weeks before my wedding to search for a dress and I found a stunning Pronovias dress that fit almost perfectly!! I came early an hour after they opened and got individual attention because only one other bride was there (and she left shortly after). Aeisha was the one who helped me and she was just so sweet, funny, knowledgeable and all around amazing. She helped me try on the dresses and talk me through my choices. The other staff I met there was also so sweet and personable. Just really authentic people. I went alone so when I needed to make a decision between two dresses (an essense of Australia one and my Pronovias) they all helped me decide what looked best out of the two! I did go over my budget but thats because I was looking for a particular style of dress with sleeves and those are less available. I also scored an amazing deal on my Pronovias dress and they even discounted me an additional 10%. I cant say anything but good things. I had gone to Sundays Bridal also (another highly rated affordable bridal store) and they just couldnt compare. They made me feel rushed and were more expensive even though they are also sample dresses. They just didnt have authentic and personable staff that was like the women at anonymously yours. They felt more...stuffy yknow? I recommend you go early on a day of the week (M-F) to ensure you get individual attention as Im sure they cant be as helpful with a full shop (its so tiny). My experience was just amazing and dont understand the rude negative reviews, so dont let anyone deter you from stopping here first! Hopefully itll be your only stop!

The ladies were really helpful and nice. If u find the dress they make u ring this bell making it official. My daughter was so happy she found her dream dress a VW White collection mermaid dress well under her budget! If u r on a budget beleive me this is the place to go. True their selection is limited but they have tons of dresses in the size 8-14 ...gorgeous gowns and their veils supper affordable too! We walked out of there happy happy happy!

If you have anything to consign, you better call first to see what they accept. I was told by 3 different consignment stores to try to consign my prom, bridesmaid, and formal dresses. So I thought, Awesome! Got there and they didnt accept any because, they usually dont take bridesmaid dresses. So an hours drive there and back home was not very fun. So make sure you CALL if you want to consign anything. And if you have any prom or bridesmaid dresses you want to cash in on just use eBay or one of the other new apps like Mercari or Carousell. As for the store itself- it was clean, they do have a ton of wedding dresses neatly hanging, and they stay consistently busy.

A nice place to shop and you will be satisfied.

Customer service is very important. I sold one wedding dress and I was paid in weeks. I bought another dress and left on consignment . I left shoes on consignment and never received anything. I went to her location because when you call over the phone you cant get any information. She laughed about how long it took me to come check on my items. She told me she didnt know what happen to my items maybe they were donated. I was waiting on a check for my items. I thought they were slow sellers. If you see the old rags in the place you would understand why I thought my things were still on display. She couldnt tell me what happen and said she didnt have time . NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE. She did not want to further research because she knows what happen. She sold my items after 90days and didnt pay me. Crook crook crook. Gray head devil. I want to see if she responds to this post and what she had to say. You can take time to respond here but you cant handle business in front of you . Karma is real. I wanted to act very rudely and belligerent but Im not going to give this devil lady the pleasure of getting me out of character. Only giving one star because I did find a dress. Zero stars for the owner. Very rude lady. My mother and mother in law werent able to come so the only way to show them my dress was via text photo and the lady told me I couldnt do that because of some legal issues with people selling the dresses online. I said okay thats understandable. so I then decided to FaceTime my mother in law because its a video call and she said that was illegal. You cant keep the FaceTime video, you cant take screenshots of the video. There was no way of keeping any type of pictures with the video call but the lady insisted that I could. She was very old so I understood that shes very behind on technology. I bought the dress and left and hoped that everyone would like it since no one else was with me. Keep in mind no refunds. Horrible experience but I had no choice since my wedding was weeks away. Someone send that lady to a class on smart phones!!! Btw she treats her staff horribly. The lady attending me was also telling her you cant take pictures with a FaceTime but she was being obnoxious and rude because she is right about everything and anything since shes manager. Get off your high horse and get informed.

Their prices werent bad at all, and the girl working was super helpful-- its a consignment store with not just wedding dresses, but it feels like a boutique with how they help with dresses and such.

I cant think of the last time Ive seen customer service this exceptional. Every employee was outgoing, helpful, gracious, and genuine.

I had seen the reviews before going and the truth was for me it was a good experience, the Staff is super friendly from the moment you enter, I went with my young children and I thought it was going to be a problem but I saw that they were not kind and Morgan She took great care of me and it is super sweet, I did not buy the dress I just left it separate so that my boyfriend could say yes or no and I found the dress in another store but the price was good of 499 compared to other stores that I went, it was excellent quality and price. I definitely recommend this store and I think I will be back for accessories.
