Beautiful store, wonderful and kind staff, great selection.During covid you did have to make an appointment to come in but this was never an issue for me. I was able to visit and get some items repaired several times.Now it’s normal hours and you can come and go whenever! The staff is so sweet that keeps me coming back!

Love Patagonia and so early in the season they have sizes in everything! I was surprised this store was in this area however the store is huge and clean and service was great!

Store is always closed... Open at 11am then closed for lunch and 12 to 2 pm and close at 5pm

Make sure you book an appointment ahead of time if you are planning to go!! they will likely have space for you but just to make sure, plan accordingly. this Patagonia was very clean and practically fully stocked. lots of space to shop, as well as helpful workers

Ive tried to visit this place more than 5 times, during the workday or during the day on weekends. This place has been closed every single time.

I just visited the new Dallas Patagonia store! We booked our shopping appointment online. We arrived and were greeted by smiling faces and a staff eager to help. They went over their COVID safety procedures and sent us off to shop. Other than the great Patagonia products and the incredible team on staff, one thing that stood out were all of the pieces of history in the store. Overall a 10/10 experience! It

No parking. Turned around and went home. I predict this location will be gone in a year.

I was planning to spend a few hundred dollars on clothing but they wouldn’t let my husband use their restroom so we left.

My husband + I went here this morning & had an incredible experience. The staff was super helpful! I believe the main guy helping us was named Michael. He went above and beyond to help us out. We both walked out of the store with new jackets that we love. Very happy with the jackets and even more so the customer service. Everyone we encountered made sure we had help when needed and took care of every customer in the store. Highly recommend going here!

Patagonia is very popular with Japanese people. The store was very large and various items were sold. It was a very nice store with a changing room for children.
