Great Cigar store.. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions... Large walk in humidor. The lounge was also great with comfy seating. I was able to watch the game while enjoying a new stick.. No alcohol is served here but they do allow you to bring your own. Only wish I had know that before hand...

There are courteous and knowledgeable people there to attend to your needs. They have my Arturo Fuentes at the right price. The facility has been revamped. There are smoking rooms with excellent ventilation system. Stop by for a visit. Have a cigar!

I’m in town for business for an extended stay and found the Cigar Warehouse very close to my hotel.I’m fairly new to smoking cigars and came in with my favorite in mind and asked for suggestions. I walked out with these five and, while I’ve only smoked the undercrown and the judge, which I’ve enjoyed thoroughly, I will be back for sure.The staff was extremely helpful and seemingly knowledgeable, so I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Came to visit a friend and he mentions he’s never had a cigar. We walked to this shop thinking we’re just going to get a cigar but we got a whole experience. Great customer service right off the bat. As soon as you walk in you can sense a very chill atmosphere. An employee noticed we were looking and asked what we were thinking. After explaining we were drinking whiskey she suggested a great product that we jumped on immediately. They cut it, lit it, and offered us to to chill on their very comfortable couches. Great experience. Will visit again.

Love this place!! Love the atmosphere and they offer military discounts to all Veterans, no matter how many times you visit or buy cigars from them, the military discount never run out!! Very nice new space! Brandon is very helpful but not pressuring and very easy to talk to. He’ll ask what you’ve smoked and try to make recommendations within your price range.The new space consists of a humidor that runs the length of the store, public lounge and private lounge. They have done a great job of putting together some great sticks for both serious smokers and a nice selection of flavored sticks. The public lounge has large leather couches on which to hang out and the new members lounge has reclining leather sectionals and multiple large TVs and a projection screen.

Great Cigar Lounge thats conveniently located and plenty of parking. The staff is great. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The seating area is very comfortable and well ventilated. Also, they have a huge selection of Cigars, which are always fresh.

Stopped in on my way home from work the other day. This was my first visit as it had been recommended to me by other local cigar aficionados. Cigar Warehouse has a really great selection and extremely knowledgeable/ friendly staff. Prices are very competitive too. I will return in the future to replenish my stash and just to sit and enjoy a smoke. Highly recommended!!!

Very big selection! They also have a smokers lounge for members and non members. They sell lighters, butane, cutters, ash trays, cigars, cigarrettes, and all kinds of cool stuff! Theyre located at royal Ln and us75. My only complaint is that they open sort of late in the day.

Great atmosphere. The people have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Humidor is about 8x25 feet so a great selection and a great lounge to smoke them in. Never over crowded and good people to sit and enjoy a smoke with.

Ive been to cigar shops from LA to NY. Nobody beats them for coolness, the nicest people, both staff and guests. Nobody beats their pricing. A super comfortable lounge, open to the public. An awesome private lounge area. If passing through the Dallas area, you must stop in!

Been here a few times. Staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find a cigar that fits your taste. They take the time to get to know you and what you like. The building is small but don’t be fooled, they have one of the biggest selections of cigars I have seen around the metroplex. Prices are very decent.

New killer Cigar store in the Dallas neighborhood. This place has an incredibly huge & awesome selection of brands boutique/and big brand, the guys there know theyre sh**, and they have cigars at the lowest prices/deals Ive ever seen. Even when theyre not the lowest they match.....I wish all cigar stores could be something close to this, especially on the service side, these guys can point out killer cigars to suit any need.

Small store, but the whole place is a humidor and selection pretty much unrivaled in any B&M store in the area. Carried a lot of sticks that I had been buying mailorder, but theyll match em and sometimes their deals beat them. Guys that work there know their stuff and make good recommendations. My only gripe is if more than a few people smoke in there at a time, ventilation isnt strong enough. Maybe some chairs out front guys?

This place is my favorite Cigar shop in town. Ive been to maybe 15 or so in the metro. Pricing is very fair, selection is above average. What always surprises me is how personable and helpful the specialists are on a consistent basis. I love the atmosphere here. In fact I have stopped in to smoke a stogie with a buddy of mine on more than a couple occasions. The chillax is to the max here, you wont be disappointed! Try them out

I recently visited Cigar Warehouse in Dallas with the hopes of finding a cigar that enshrined the flavors I discovered on New Years eve. I expressed my interest of cigar smoke paired with beer to their manager, Marcos, and was blown away by his expertise and willingness to share his knowledge with a stranger to cigar appreciation. Carloss recommendation of the Alec Bradey Nica Puro not only a made a perfect match of what my taste buds were after, but was a terrific effort to educate a non-cigar smoker with what to look for in a cigar. I cannot believe the incredible customer service I received at this store, and look forward to visiting again in the near future.
