My galaxy 7 edge needed a screen repair. Did a great job, fast and was a good price. I took my phone just a week before to a place on Garland road and Buckner for a broken screen. That shop put on a defective screen that had grey lines running across. This shop put on a screen that works and grey lines. Thanks

I requested a phone unlock from this establishment, however after multiple attempts to reach Faz on it’s progress (text messages, calls/voicemail), I was left ignored. I understand if the unlock was not possible, or taking a longer time then most cases — phone was a newer model, on contract but paid off — but any update to my attempts to reach out would have been appreciated. It shouldn’t have led to poor communication practices when it comes to potential business, or a low review to get one’s attention (owner responded after seeing review). Customer service is just as important to a company’s reputation as its ability to successfully meet their advertised services.
