I called just to ask a question and first the Hispanic lady who answers the phone was speaking to me in Spanish and i told her i don’t speak Spanish so i guess that made her mad and i asked about a iPhone 11 screen replacement and she said $110 so i was asking about my Apple Watch to be fixed and she didn’t even understand me instead said to bring it and i asked again to do they sell them up there and instead of her trying to answer me she hung up on me for no reason. So. I all back and ask is this how your customers who are of different race are treated by being hung up on because we don’t understand English and she couldn’t even say anything SO NO I DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING ANYWHERE SPENDING MY MONEY WHERE ITS NOT WANTED JUST BECAUSE I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO THERE EITHER SMDH. Just completely rude and discriminatory if you ask me

They do not use quality replacement screens for iphone. had them replace screen and it delaminated (came apart) after only 2 weeks. i took it back and they said it was my fault and did not offer to do anything. i have repaired phones before, this was a cheap screen they used. do not use this company.

My experience with them couldn’t have been any worse. They said they pay cash on the same day for used phones but it’s a complete scam they actually don’t pay anything.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I took my phone to get repaired there and they gave me an affordable price. The quality of the repair was very good as well, you couldt even tell anything happened to my phone to begin with and i havent had any issues.

I would have given them a five-star if they woukd better enforce the mask policy. I saw at least one personwho had a mask on but pulled down so neither his nose nor his mouth were covered.

I shattered my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus but the LCD was still working. Every other place was quoting me in the hundreds of dollars so I shipped my phone to City Wireless and their service was exceptional! They communicated with me if I had any questions. The phone was mailed back 3 days after they received it and they provided tracking. Now it looks brand new!!! For the price you really cannot compare it to any other service for Samsung Galaxy S8. Ive always had great service at City wireless, even when I had to bring an item back they checked out the problem and repaired it without charging me extra. The staff is courtesy and professional. The tech us knowledgeable in what he does. Best thing is hell let you know if he cant fix it.

I have had them replace my phone screen twice now. ( Yes, Im clumsy) They have done a great job and the price was very reasonable. The wait is a little long ( overnight at least) but thats probably because they get a lot of business. They even replaced my LCD screen free of charge because of an issue they found AFTER they had opened up my phone to replace the screen. This is the only place I would go for a screen repair.

Nothing but the best service, receptionist greet you as soon as you enter the business, which doesnt happen in some businesses. The technical aspect is just as great, problem was explained, I was expecting a higher charge for the repair but was quite surprised with a very fair price.City Wireless will get my business as well as my familys business. Terrible services. I have use this company to replace the glass on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ because it has good prices, but the quality of the services was the worst one possible. The job was sloppy and now, after less than a month, the glass that they installed is coming of because the glue wasnt strong enough or they havent applied on the edges.

Funny that I am the first to give a review. I just want to say STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFSSIONAL BUSINESS. I have gotten my sisters screen fixed here on an iphone 3gs a total of 2 times. The first time it was great cheap and the phone looked brand new. Unfortunately the screen was broken again 100% her fault. Since we knew this place was cool we went there a second time and got her phone & we were done with it. Then phone falls again and not that high off the floor and literally breaks in two pieces along with another cracked screen. When she gets to the location one of the sales associates yells Weve been trying to reach you for the longest time! Turns out the oh so experienced for 10 years Phone Tech just FORGOT to put some very crucial parts back in the phone (screws). They were NEVER notified. So then they want to pull some crap outta of their butts and say that she has to pay $20 basically for their mistake. If the screws were there in the first place the phone wouldnt have broken in two also with a cracked screen you JUST repaired. Again the oh so experienced for 10 years Phone Tech says it was her fault again that his mistake in not putting the screws had nothing to do with it. Ill give you those $20 to buy some damn common sense.

I got my Sony Xperia z3 screen replaced for $120. Everyone else was $150-160. They said it would take about a week, I wasnt in a hurry. So I gave them 2 weeks. Very polite the first rep. Picked up, literally, everything was fine. Literally, the second day, trying to play music, terrible, vibration, the phone and the screen was coming off. Took it back, they were polite and apologetic, I explained the volume issue. They didnt charge me thing, as stated in your contact.(which be careful to keep or it becomes an issue)As if they couldnt verify by my drivers license.They said it would take a week. No biggie, no issue, Id had a spare phone the entire time.It took the almost a month to get my phone back. Miscommunication. Between the technician and sales reps, I would call them, they said they would call me back. I went to the store. The tech wasnt there. It was ridiculous. Finally got my phone back, you could see the screen was glued back, volume was good, no issue. Then, about a week later, the phone call volume, just stopped. I can only listen via speaker, or headphones.Seems like the technician could be giving this place a bad rating. Maybe you should get rid of the unprofessional guy.The reps were speaking in Spanish, and heard (you could tell she was the supervisor or a manager) say, seriously, hes not coming in again? as the other employee responded, Ive tried calling him several of times, but he doesnt answer.Will I recommend this place, no.Two stars for having cheap pricing.
