Avoid this place at all costs.. that is unless you are trying to get a cheap screen. After my screen was repaired I received numerous notifications from my Iphone that this screen was not an apple screen. The screen is significantly darker and much worse quality than apple.- Seriously a complete waste of time. Get your screen done right and go to a licensed apple repair.- also if youre wondering why there are 5 star reviews on here, the girl makes you post a good review in front of her so that you can get a free screen protector....

SCAM ALERT. Absolutely zero business integrity. This is specifically regarding the kiosk at the Galleria towards the center of the mall. I spent $70 on some airpods. The saleswoman told me that they would need to be charged before use. When I got to the car, I realized that the package was not sealed, the earbuds were already charged, and the right earbud had EAR WAX all over it. Disgusted, I walked all the way back through the mall to take them back. A different woman was there by then, and she apologized and offered to exchange me for the Pros (which I really didnt want because I prefer the ear buds without the cushion). However, I was grateful for the upgrade and decided to give them a chance.I went home, charged them up and tried to use them the next day... I couldnt even get through one song without them shutting off every few seconds. Then, after trying to listen to a few songs, making sure they were fully charged, re-starting my phone in case it was the bluetooth connection... the left ear bud stopped working all-together! At that point, I looked at the receipt and saw that there was a no-return policy and that I only had 7 days to exchange. So I took them back on my next off-day.The first woman (who sold me the first set with the ear wax) was there, and I told her about how much difficulty I had been having with their products. She tried on the headphones for herself and saw that they didnt work. She offered me to downgrade back to the originals, but at this point, my experience had been so horrible with this company that I simply wanted my money back. If the Pros were poor quality, clearly the regular airpods wouldnt be any better. She told me she couldnt refund me. I explained to her (which a customer should never have to do) that I had made this $70 purchase under the expectation that she was selling me a product that was functional, and that since they never provided me a functional product, they needed to refund my money. Its a matter of integrity, which Celltech obviously lacks. She refused.I understood that she wasnt in charge, and that as an employee she may have felt constrained by Celltechs unreasonable policy, so I then asked if she could provide contact information for her manager or the owner. She said no, and that the owner didnt have any contact information. I said, so youre telling me you really dont have your supervisors phone number or email address? She said no. Then she LIED and said that she was the owner. I said, well, if youre the owner, you should care about your business enough to do the right thing here. The card machine was there and she could have refunded me if she wanted to, but I guess a refund would defeat the whole purpose of scamming.I filed a claim with my bank before leaving the mall. The poor, 1-star Yelp reviews are a more accurate reflection of this business. Its especially upsetting because they probably order their products for cheap from allieexpress, and now theyre up-charging customers for poor quality knockoffs that dont even work. I hope that small profit was worth the karma that comes with scamming people. From now on, I will shop at Apple and I will strongly recommend against anyone doing business with Celltech.

***DONT GO HERE !!!*** Went in to see about getting my IPhone X Camera Repaired, quoted me $120, proceeded to ask how much the cost would be to repair the entire phone as the back glass was broken aswell. The tech quoted $120 for full repair. Left phone said to be back in 30 minutes. Came back and he said it would be more since he didn’t realize the back glass was broken. I was shocked as I repeated myself when asking him for a quote. Instead of pulling phone apart he should have waited for approval, by this point phone was in pieces. An options was not present to not move forward with the supposed repair. He charged me $189plus tax plus a credit card fee that was not disclosed. Phone has not been right since going there, camera was not replaced only a new cover. Bluetooth does not function, G.P.S is not functional. I’m proceeding with reporting this business to Better Business Bureau. This is not the way you do business, clearly a bait and switch, in addition to not providing credit card fees charged for.

Came in here for Charge port repair for my IPhone. Mike helped me out throughout the whole process doing a great job. Also, he offered me warranty for 3 months on his work. I came with a cracked iPhone 11 screen, they fixed the screen but my iPhone notified me that the screen was not authentic, I was concerned but that is a result of going to a store that isn’t apple. My issue is that after the repair, my screen is a lot slower and not as responsive. It’s hard to navigate and it’s annoying. Not to mention, the speaker is not as functional, whenever i get a call there is a constant muffled sound. They said i probably dropped it........ since when does dropping my phone interferes with my speaker? that has never happened to me. Before repair, my speaker was good and after”repair” it is not. My camera is also not as clear and I have an iPhone 11!!!They said i would have to order a brand new speaker. Wow! Absolutely absurd. I’m very disappointed. This was 3 days ago

I went to this main store to see a few cases. I had gone a few weeks before to their booths around the mall (they have around 4), where they have pretty much identical cases to one another. I found a very basic clear case and went to checkout. The salesman told me it was 69.99.... in which I was shocked. I have purchased cases from these guys before the pandemic and they had them going for 20-25. Once I was about to turn away, without question he told me “okay 59.99”. Due to my time crunch, I had to take it to protect my phone. I felt the need to write this as something doesn’t sound right with this company increasing their prices so drastically. This case isn’t even name brand and are charging close to life proof prices. I most likely won’t go back as there seems to be something shady going on.

This man has messed up my phone completely, after I went to him he created more problems than fixing them & while fixing my phone he got up left his work area & left the store, also while working on my phone he was also FaceTiming, rather than doing his job. He was rude & unhelpful! I will not be going to this place ever again. I went to him twice because he messed my phone up & because of him I have to buy a whole new phone so thanks for nothing. The business ethics of this entity are unethical. If you have been affected by this business due to electronic tampering or poor workmanship, bait and switch, etc. Make a formal complaint with Galleria Mall -Guest Services located infront if the Louie Vouitton store 1st Floor. You will not be the first formal complaint. Try getting a hold of upper management or ownership and workers refuse to assist or provide contact information. I’ll probably get some automated response from the Owner but no contact information. Will ever be provided to reach them directly(Phone or Email) . Stay away from this store and go to a reputable business Geek Squad or anywhere else for that matter.

I would not advise anyone to get your phone fixed here they will SCAM you by not fixing your phone properly so if it breaks they will charge you AGAIN.I got my phone fixed here and had to come back 2 weeks later because the screen blacked out. Then when I went in the owner was rude and unprofessional trying to charge me again to fix my phone after I was told them I had a warranty. He then fixed my phone and made me pay for a new screen protector for $44.99 and tried to include phone cases to try and charge me more. He was so unprofessional and Rude!3 weeks later my phone fell on my CARPET and the screen went black again. I took it to a different place and they told me that the phone was not fixed properly and that Cell Tech had left screws out of my phone on top of not putting the screen on correct! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY.

My experience at cell tech was phenomenal I actually first was walking by the shop and saw a led sign saying 15 min screen repair I was thorough about it. So I make my way to apple store they tell me it will take 2 hours to fix my screen so I said no thank you I have to pick my wife soon.I was looking around and one employee from apple store saw my cracked screen she ask if I wanted to get it fix I told her I do but the wait is long. She said I understand but if you want I have a friend can fix it for you fast! I said tell me please she said go upstairs next to the sandwich shop talk to the Spanish guy.I came in I was greeted right away I spoke with the guy he said he can get it done in 10 min I said lets do it and if I can watch. He said yes but dont learn and dont blink. I watch him fixed and he was done in 5-7 min I was mind blown how fast he got it done and to be appraised by apple employees too! I ask him how much experience he has he said 10 years I’m gasp. Great experience with him.

So I’m a regular customer in the booths and let me tell you something I didn’t even know they had a store upstairs now here’s something about being a business owner I came to the store today I saw one of the employees leaving he was bald so I was like ok I guess he taking a lunch break so I go inside look around. I see another gentleman in a pink dress shirt on his cellphone walking around doesn’t acknowledged me that I’m here. So I grab my case I look for him hes sitting down on his phone still smiling . I’m like I’m not even going to bother asking him if this case is for my phone I’m just going to leave, let him do his thing. So I swing by back today to see if the bald guy will do a better job because you know I’m a regular so I see him in the chair in the front from far away then as I approach by the sandwich shop.I saw him leaving again and I see the same guy on his phone again laughing this time. So I didn’t bother to go in again I’ll just stay to the cellphone booths seems they’re more managed. Ya’ll store employees should be more attentive like I feel bad for the owner paying this guy to be on his phone all day there’s a reason why we have lunch breaks maybe I’m wrong and the owners dont care but I didnt like my experience at this store. I will be coming back to experience a third time you have a lot of things I like.

By far the WORST phone repair place I have ever been to. Please BEWARE when coming here. This person/establishment is selling DEFECTIVE screens. So here’s what happened:I took my phone to get the screen fixed after I had shattered the screen. He charged me about $300. A month later, the screen starts turning a purple hue, then a blue hue, then completely black. I realized the screen had stopped working, but the phone was completely fine. I hadn’t dropped it and I had been very careful with it, so I took it back to the store to see what was going on. The store owner tried to tell me it’s because I “dropped my phone” and said he would take care of it for me. After the repair was done, he charged me $150. I was pretty suspicious that the screen had only lasted a month, so I took my phone to Apple after the second repair and asked them to run a diagnostic. Once completed, they told me the screen was defective and had dead pixels. Basically this man/establishment is selling DEFECTIVE screens and marketing them as “brand new”. Fast forward to today, I’m starting to see purple spots again. It’s only a matter of time before my screen goes completely black again.Moral of the story: stay far away and save your money. I’m in the process of filing a dispute on BOTH charges now. I don’t know how long he’s been getting away with scamming people for screens, but this needs to stop now.UPDATE: My bank was able to reimburse me the total amount when I disputed this on my card. Be careful with these guys!

I bought some headphones for the iPhone 7 and they were huge knockoffs, both buds are Left side and when plugged in my phone, No sounds were coming out of it!! Worst of all, all I hear is a blink sound AND the headphones says USB access as if it want to access all my information!!! It’s a huge scamThey came in a box and everything, I drove 20 minutes from my house over there because I know they have good quality but not this time. I was ripped of 30.00 by them😡😡Worst of all, there is no refund because I never gotten a receipt from that place for the items, Hate hate hate that place with a passion now and Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Very horrible experience. GALLERIA MALL LOCATION!!!! I Was at the location in the galleria mall and a lady name Robin was helping me. I was checking out a phone case for my iPhone and she took my phone to take the phone case off to try on the new phone case.while she was doing that I was browsing other cases. I then herd something fall. I came back around to see what had happened and when I pulled the phone case off the entire back side of my brand new phone was shattered. She dropped my phone. I told her u broke my phone and she immediately left and went to the other store upstairs. Then a manager came and didn’t even care. I then called the police and when the officer came all the cell tech employees left there kiosk and went to the other store leaving me and the officer alone. I called the store and a man named sai said he would have the owner call me to see what would happen. I called today to talk to the owner and when I called the man I’m assuming the owner answered and said they won’t do anything for me because there was no proof. I told him to pull the galleria cameras or his own cameras that they have hanging around the kiosk to prove that she dropped the phone and he wouldn’t even do that. I also told him to ask the employee That dropped and shattered my phone and he said no and hung up. Now I’m calling back and getting hung up on. The officer that came out was very mad that they where acting shady and said he would help me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will be filing a lawsuit to get the cameras pulled! This is a shady company who don’t take responsibility for their employees actions! Do not go there! It is Indian owned and ran and they simply don’t care about customers they are just there to scam And most of the good reviews are made up reviews! Horrible horrible!!! I’m not trying to get a new phone my phone is brand new and if they just pull the cameras or ask the employee it will prove that she broke the phone. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional

Please readI was at the mall when I came across this store, my phone was cracked and I had a very weak case so I went in. Once I went up to the counter to ask the guy if they could fix up my phone he immediately grabbed my phone from me. He set it down on the table and ripped off my screen protector before I could say a word! I asked how much screen protectors cost and he said 40 dollars!!! I immediately asked if there were any cheaper options and he said I could have it for 25. Even though I still didn’t want to pay 25 I figured I may as well get a strong protection on my phone. While I was there I also had interest in buying a case and I saw the otter boxes. I was never a huge fan of them but I knew they were protective so I bought one. It was expensive but he gave me another deal for it so I agreed. In total it was 75 dollars!!! WAY too expensive. Then the guy asked if I had a google account and I said yes. He grabbed my phone again and went on to their website and clicked “5 stars” then he made me write something. I just wrote a quick sentence saying their products were good. But less then a week later, my screen protector cracked with the weakest force. I saw a bubble in my screen and I was trying to push it out. I wasn’t putting much pressure on it and it cracked! I thought to myself I should go back and get demand them to fix it when I realized they didn’t even give me a receipt! Who does that?! They didn’t even ask me if I wanted one! I wasted 75 dollars! Do not go here!

Employees were really polite when I went there to fix my iPad. Reasonable price and I stood there as those technicians were fixing it and in couple minutes they were good on it. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was an awesome experience, the staff was so friendly and worked really hard and fixed my problem device, which others said couldnt be fixed. Also the price rate to get it done was affordable and way under having to buy a new device, so I save almost 500$. I recommend this to anyone and everybody that needs a device repaired.

Total rip off, had communicated that the case would have been 35 flat, we handed the cashier $40 expecting change and only a dollar and a quarter were returned.This is not the way to do business, stay away from this store. You will have a better outcome ordering from Amazon.

Called early in the day and got a price quote for a repair from Julio for $249 and $219 I get the phone repairs price all of a sudden $329!!!! WTF very predatory on pricing her a write up quote before you leave. Did a good job with the repair just get it together with pricing!!!

Dishonest people. I requested for active noise cancelling earphones, and was advised to buy these JBLs ($77, sold on amazon for $20!). Went back to the shop 20 minutes later to request a refund, as they weren’t noise cancelling at all - so not what I asked for. Was told that I would get a full refund within 3 working days. More than 2 months later, after many phone calls, I get only $50 back, as they claim they don’t have a refund policy. These guys are liars and thieves. Avoid avoid avoid!

I came to this store to replace my lens for iPhone XS Max which was supposed to just stick the lens and for that it would require hardly 2 mins but still one indian guy asked for 30 min. We decided to wait but he was constantly asking us to take a round in mall and come back after half an hour. We came he gave us the mobile and charged us $89. The problem started again and when I went apple store they told me that the camera was changed it was not original. They fix things, but they change original parts with duplicates... be careful and stay away from this store...

I accidentally submerged my phone in water and the phone ended up glitching out. After placing my phone in a bowl of rice (that didnt work) I went looking for professional help. None of the stores were able to resurrect my poor iPhone; however, one of the local stores told me to try Celltech. The customer service was great, they service was quick, and even better it was not too expensive. To the Celltech staff, I appreciate everything. To everyone reading this post, I highly recommend using Celltech if you or a friend has been a victim of dropping your phone into water. :)

Terrible customer service. Bought a very pricey screen protector at the recommendation of the salesman for my new phone. The glass screen protector is chip 10 days after purchasing. Went in to see if I could get it replaced and was told they could not. Simple fix would have been to simply replace it. It’s been 10 days. That’s not unreasonable.

I was not happy with the product and even though I could not return it I got excellent service and exchanged the product for a better one. They try to make you satisfied. Good job!

I went by here today yo fox my Apple Watch and I was told it would be $279, no more than $300. The total rang up to $310 after taxes!! Good thing the guy was nice enough to bring it down to $303 since it was my first time, but still!!! Over $300 unlike what the guy said. And then the guy told me that it would take a few days to fix, what?!?!?! When my friend had her Apple Watch fixed it was done the same day!!! Now I’m gonna have to wait a few days for it. It better be done right or I’m gonna want my money back.

I went here on a Sunday because they were the only place open. They said they needed to diagnose my iPhone even though all it had was a cracked screen. I have had my screen replaced for 50$ at my usual store. When i came back he ended up charging me 140$ for the replacement. I felt like he swindled me out of money for a cheap iPhone repair. I couldnt argue with him because he already changed the screen. I asked him about it and he claimed it was a higher quality screen. I basically got scammed and felt like sharing with everyone my opinion.
