After my water damaged, i hired a guy who did not deliver his promises, and i fired him . then, I hired David who i found his name from NWFA which has a list of certified people in Texas who would do a good job .David helped me to complete my flooring project in a short period of time and best possible way. Thank you so much for service.

David and his entire crew were top notch! They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Everything from demo to installation and even cleanup was at the highest standard. The installers were very polite and conscientious and made sure everything was done to perfection. I would definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them to others based on my experience.

When we first met David, we expected to have some flooring replaced. He was prompt for our appointment and gave us a quote. When his crew started to work, a major structural defect was discovered. The fix took over three months. But, every step of the way, David was part of the process to fix our home. The final step was the installation of new flooring through out the downstairs part of our home. It looks great! We really appreciate Davids work.

I just had my new floors done by Texas Best Flooring Co and I could not be happier. I typically do not leave reviews, but I felt one was in order for this place. The owner David was the one that came and measured my floors and I instantly felt like I could do business here. He told me it would take roughly 5 days to complete and they were finished in 4 days. His crew is exceptional, outstanding quality of work, the guys showed up on time every day, cleaned up before they left and just went about their business. Thank you guys very much!!! Thank you so much Texas Best Flooring! They made the process so easy and David was very knowledgeable and friendly. We came in with very specific ideas of what we wanted and he took time to educate us on our options. It actually caused us to change our mind. I recently broke my foot and had a newborn and he helped us make good choices on our product and made the installation process as easy as possible. Great quality products and very competitively priced!

I had wood floors installed less than 5 years ago from Texas Best. The baseboard (or whatever the boards they attach when installing the floors are called) are becoming unattached. They used the skinny nails to attach the boards and didnt caulk around the areas. One floor board is looks to be unattaching as well. Paying what I paid the quality of work should have been better.

This is a great company to use for floors and carpets. They did an amazing job and it was done fast and professionally. Dave and his wife were helpful in every step of the process. I was able to contact them at any time with any question that i had for them. I will be calling Dave for any future work that i need done. I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone.

We just completed a project with Texas Best Flooring Company. We had a terrific experience with them. Our upstairs floors look great after repairs to the sub-floor and installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring.

David successfully sanded and refinished our 96 year old red heart pine. He also was able to lace some patched spots on the floor and made it look seamless. Antonio recommended the perfect color and we couldn’t be happier! David also replaced the carpet in our bedroom and got us a great deal on it too.

I just bought my first home and was very excited to move in but I didnt like the floors or paint color. I called many flooring companies to compare pricing. David helped us out tremendously, pricing was great, they did the flooring in my whole house and it was ready in a couple of days. David and Noe are experienced and gave me not only advice for the floors but also for a couple of other things that my house needed. I am very happy to have met these guys, they did an amazing job for a very low price. Strongly recommend.

Never experienced such rude customer service. The owner before even arriving was very rude to me on the phone. He kept asking if we were the neighbors who do a completely different industry. After him asking me 5 times to make sure we were different companies he finally says alright and is on his way. He didnt have the audacity to say oh sorry just want to make sure, or anything nice, but i ignored it.My job is to find the best price for the company i work for, he was completely bothered that i got other quotes from competitors. He as a vendor was very unprofessional and kept telling me how other companies always mess up. I used to be a vendor and in sales # 1 rule of a good product you do not need to bash competitors. He then proceeded to tell me that the cost of wood, carpet and laminate were all the same exact price with maybe some change difference. i dont know where that came from because studying merchandising i know wood flooring costs way more then a piece of plastic laminate. He then also proceeded to ask me very loudly who the decision maker was, being in sales for a while their are a million nice ways to ask that without being condescending. He not only wanted to charge me twice the price of every other company but then he went on to complain about how he hates moving furniture.i saw 5 other flooring companies none of them were rude and unprofessional like him. i had to tell him i was not interested before he was even done. i will not tolerate disrespect, i dont know if its because he had a bad day, or because Im young and a woman, or if he is just always like that.Also Im sure the owners comment on this post like all the other reviews will continue to show how disrespectful he is.

Its about time I wrote a review for this company for the work done at our house almost 1.5 years ago. The job was completed within our tight time schedule and the quality of the work done was great too at a great price. Everyone who visited our house was impressed by our wood floors. The only thing lacking - the reason why I gave 4 stars- was the customer service of Noe, the guy who does and monitors (I guess) the actual installation work. He would not return my calls or respond to my text messages. It was REALLY REALLY frustrating because we needed the job to be done within 2 days. But anyways, since the job was done within our time frame and our budget and the quality of the job was beyond our expectation, it outweighs Noes poor customer service. On the other hand David, the owner, was really nice and cooperative. I have even recommended this company to other people I know.

I had a unique situation in that I lived out of state and needed someone I could trust to give me an estimate on flooring needs. I was initially impressed with their great prices, but after contacting them, it was their customer service I admired most. The owner, David Hill, is ex-military and brings that same type of work ethic and integrity to the flooring business. He was available to talk 24/7 and worked around my schedule to give me an estimate. He was also very honest in his assessment on what I needed to do, and he saved me a ton of money. I recently bought a new home and wanted to change the carpet. A friend of mine found Texas Best Flooring company on the Internet and as it had good reviews I called them. I was in a bit of a pickle since I was moving in just 6 days to my new home and wanted to have it done by then.David came the next day over. I´ve worked with many people in my life and almost no-one is as enthusiastic and takes as much pride in his work as I found David to do. He immediately saw that there was a structural problem and that the base boards were not correctly done, and even that the underlying pine wood foundation was missing some pieces. David and his team fixed all of that by bringing in quality material, and even finding replacement for the pine wood from a Swedish company! The carpet itself was of high quality and was installed very professionally. And all of this was accomplished prior to my move in date!Thanks to David and his team I now not only have a great carpet, but also know that the foundations are great too. All this was done for a very reasonable price, in particular the carpet at a considerably lower than I got quoted from Home Depot.

I called to have some old flooring removed and they came out the next day. They arrived early, were fast and professional, the price was reasonable, and David whom I spoke with on the phone with was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered some flooring which I couldnt find locally.. They shipped to me and was delivered quickly and the quality of the product and their product support. I highly recommend them and will be ordering from them for my flooring needs in the future

First, I am glad I did not end up using my time or money here. I did waste over an hour of my day looking for this place. The address listed is the “headquarters”. Once I received the correct address and spoke with the “wife” of the “owner” drove over there to drive in circles attempting to find this place which is not clearly marked in anyway but apparently next to some bar which I only found out AFTER I called again to be told by the “owner” that he had left for the day. Then he tried to tell me no other places were open. Lie again. I had already gone to other places. This one was just another on the list I thought would be more time appropriate however it was simply time wasted. You should look into 1) better marketing 2) updated sites 3) professional manners in business. We will kindly take our business with great pleasure elsewhere. We tore up the carpet in our long hallway to replace with laminate matching another room. We used this company b/c they were one of few that had the same material. What we were promised from a service standpoint was not exactly met (David made it seem like he doesnt farm out the work, which he did; we had some special requests, which the people that came had no idea about; we never actually saw the best guy, Noe, who David made a point to send - but instead it was one of Noes teams from a company called North Texas Floors).The finished product was better than expected as far as overall look and tying in to the existing laminate, but the transitions to the still carpeted rooms are in the wrong place (too far into room, which we discussed specifically with David when he did the bid), and one of them is noticeably crooked. Now, in the past week or so, we are noticing the carpet pulling away from the transition piece in one room.We tried calling and emailing a few months ago b/c the work wasnt done to our original spec, and I tried to put a review on Yelp (which is not recommended so it doesnt show up right away). My wife got a call from Noe at one point, she told him to call me, but he didnt.Now, we have both tried calling and emailing b/c of the carpet pulling up altogether, but we have not heard from anyone on that. We still have never heard from David again since the original bid visit.David is a nice enough guy, I dont think hes a crook or anything like that, but this customer experience has not been what we thought it would be.

Texas Best Flooring did a great job with both our ceramic tile floors and travertine stone backsplash. Both were done quickly and the crew did a good job of protecting the countertops and floors around the kitchen. David was extremely helpful with explaining all the work and helping us decide what to get done. Everything looks great!

If I could give less I would . He is a worthless POS.. He has a store front at 10235 n Walton walker Dallas taxes . He called a tow truck driver to have a disabled person removed from the only spot for him to park . In a handicap spot. He was closed, We have been told that he hasnt even open yet still remodeling yet, It was after hours . So what difference . But I am writing this to show how this company feels of the disabled .. and I will write one ever day .

After the sale is made, the service is poor, phone calls and messages are not returned timely, work is not completed on time. To top it off, after the substandard service the owner is very aggressive about obtaining payment, within hours of the job being completed, no mind that we were not happy with the job, the only thing that matters at that point is their payment. The upfront sales job is not backed up by service. I would avoid this company.
