I was impressed with Sharp Floors. We had to replace our upstairs carpet due to wear and tear (and smell) from the previous owners 2 large dogs. They were very knowledgeable & patient with us even though we asked a million questions about which floor was right for us. We ended up with hand-scraped wood floors & the finished product is gorgeous. We were treated like family & their crew was very respectful of our home. Thank you Patrick, James & Vernon!

I spent over $20,000 on hardwood floors. Within a year they started buckling and cracking. I brought the owner back in to look at my floors and he told me it was my fault because I must have moisture under my house. He had never installed a moisture barrier and said he didn’t have to. I had a moisture barrier put underneath my floors at my expense. I brought him back in because it continued to buckle and the boards crack. He offered to give me a 10% discount if I wanted to repair the floors. Today I have Workers in removing the old Floors that could not be salvaged. I was told that they were not installed accurately from the very beginning. I am now spending an additional $20,000 to have new floors put in. They did not honor their work and tried to blame me for their poor work and bad customer service.

Do NOT use these people. It was the worst experience EVER! Our hardwood floor looks horrible, even after they had do redo it 3 times. We did not get the product we ordered and we were not told until after it was installed. They claim to be a christian based company but do not act like it all. They lied to use, yelled at us on the phone and took no responsibility for poor workmanship. They also tried to make us pay more money when it was done claiming they used more materials. Very unprofessional. We will never use Sharp floors again and I suggest you dont either.

I recently got two rooms done, had hard wood floors put in both. The entire experience was second to none. They were extremely professional, and were done before the promised time. The pricing was extremely competitive and they didnt leave a mark on any of my existing furniture. I will recommend them to anyone.
