Gwen was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. And the installers, Randy and Tong, did an excellent installation job and cleaned up the newly installed areas before they left. My husband called a few days ago to schedule for someone to come & put carpet in our basement. The lady who answered the phone said that she needed to confirm the quote that was given and would call back. Needless to say, she never called back. Very unprofessional!I guess they dont need our business.
