This has by far been one of my worst experiences so far in this industry. The staff is very prompt and reliable until you pay your deposit. After that, forget about it. You will be the one constantly after them, following up, trying to figure things out. You would think the owner would care, no, not really. Everyone is pure talk, constantly overpromising and underdelivering. Half the time they do not know what they are doing. In fact, the only one who was worth a dime was the installer. All the sales personnel is undertrained or if trained, they are trained to sweet talk you in the start and then fall short the rest of the way. I thought with the high end price tag I would receive excellent customer service, I was VERY wrong. To top it all off, they just charged my credit card at the end, no phone call asking if they could, no receipt, nothing. I just saw the charges in my statement. Do not go through this headache, find yourself another company.

This place has a fantastic selection of wall to wall and area carpets and flooring. The knowledgeable people that run it give outstanding help and and very fair prices in helping you select and make decorating decisions!
