Although we were only doing the flooring in our home office space, which probably might not be considered a big job, I appreciate that we still got great level of service all around. We are very pleased with the end result and will definitely use them for our future flooring needs.

The install team was out of this world. Kind, efficient, professional and very talented. These guys made my house look brand new. All American Flooring was wonderful! We had a patch that we needed done and from the time we had the consultation to the final fix was basically 24 hours! The guys were great and professional. I originally didnt like the pattern that was laid, and they fixed it with no problem! My floors are engineered hardwoods and they did a great job!

I normally don’t write reviews but in this case, I wanted to share my positive experience with All American Flooring. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new carpet! We felt like we were in control of the decisions at all time and that made us feel like we were not being pressured. After the estimate was emailed, we were given a few weeks to finalize our decision without feeling bombarded with follow up emails or calls. We would highly recommend All American Flooring to all of our friends and anyone else who is considering doing similar renovations at home. They were honest and most importantly, they were very transparent at all times. Their prices were very reasonable and the installation was superb!! The quality of the workmanship made it even more rewarding. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

Great floors at a great price with top-notch customer service! Salesperson was very hands-on: he drove out to my house to measure and inspect the area where I wanted new floors, he provided me with options and recommendations, he explained everything very clearly and patiently, and, best of all, when he followed up with me, I mentioned that one of the transition pieces was slightly crooked, but said that I was willing to live with it, however the salesperson insisted on sending out the contractors to fix the crooked piece at no additional cost. Great people! Ill definitely be coming back here for my future flooring needs.

All American Flooring did a great job. Ruben and his coworker were super speedy and provided quality work. Ruben made the experience go by very smoothly. They were able to remove my slate tile and wood floors in two days and install in three. The whole thing took about 5 days, I was super impressed for how quickly they got the job done, as other companies said two weeks. Musa, made the customer service experience great. From picking the tiles and getting my measurements and checking in through the process, he made sure I was happy with the process. I would highly recommend All American Flooring to anyone looking for quality and efficiency.

I was impressed by their quick handling of my dilemma. I attempted to do the flooring myself and failed miserably. I needed the flooring done to get the home listed and told them my timeframe which was less than a week. They moved some things around to make that happen. The two man crew that came out worked all day, each day, to get this job done. The results were nothing short of amazing. I am a realtor and part time flipper and I will use this company over and over again. Highly satisfied.

Our salesperson was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. He also kept us in the loop on starting of installation and how long it would take. The new flooring looks great in the areas that we chose. The only negative remark that I will say is that as they were reinstalling toilets and doors they did not clean up the dings that they caused on walls and smudges of fingerprints and hand prints on doors.Overall a really good experience and will for sure recommend to friends and family.

All American Flooring went beyond good service. Their pricing was very competitive and the installers were careful with our very large and heavy furniture, were polite and extremely accommodating. Some of the carpet was damaged in shipment and was not noticed until the last room was ready for installation. They did a rush order for the damaged carpet and was received within 3 days. They jumped thru hoops to get it installed the following day. I highly recommend this company.

New back splash and new flooring for the kitchen. Took a lot of time to get the hardwood, but they did a nice job.

The work was excellent and the sales experience pleasant but this company hired contractors that routinely inconvenienced us by not showing up during their arrival window. Despite repeatedly explaining we did not live at the residence during its renovations the contractors showed up whenever they wanted, leading to wasted hours waiting for no one to show after driving across town to let workers in. This was a frequent issue during a tile install, then a few weeks later for a small carpet install. Updates would only be provided if we called to complain.

Very positive experience, staff and crew were very professional. I was not told verbally about a significant charge but was sent to me the next day which I did not see at the time when I gave my approval to go forward. They worked with me and removed the charge.

Weve had carpet in two rooms in our house replaced by All American Flooring with Core Tec LVP flooring. The 2 rooms were done about 3 years apart but All American were able to match the look. Both rooms look great, price was reasonable, and installation was fast and professional.

Zack was great to deal with. Mohawk made all of our lives miserable. The installation department which is contract from All American called us on a Friday late afternoon confirming install at 9AM on Monday. At 8:30AM on on Monday, they called to cancel as the carpet had not shown up. Shouldnt they have known that??? Zack worked hard to find a solution therefore I highly commend him. Carpet installers worked long and hard and did a great job except for throwing old carpet out upstairs window onto landscaping breaking rose bushes. Would I do business with All American, especially Zack, again? Absolutely. Would I buy from Mohawk? Probably not.

The tile I bought is beautiful. The installers did a great job. They have installed floors for All American for 20 years. Overall Im happy with AAF.

We replaced floors in our bedroom and our entry hallway with tile to match the existing living room hall way. We had to have about 130 sqft of old tile removed. We walked into the store, knew the exact name of the tile we needed and the total square footage. The price was a good price and included installation and in about 20 minutes we walked out with an appointment scheduled. That next Monday we got a call from the installer and he set a date. The crew showed up exactly on time and worked very efficiently removing and installing the new tile. They maintained a very clean environment and were friendly to talk to with questions. They finished the job in less than two days and it lookes perfect.I absolutely recommend All American Flooring.

My wife and I were blessed to have found All American Flooring almost by accident. We first had them installed tile floors on 80 % of the floors on the ground floor. Six months later we had them come back to installed carpets in all of our bedrooms and the stairs. We could mot been any happier with both transactions. Starting with the salesman Zack, and with each of the staffers and installers, it had been a great experience. I can not think of anything they could have done better. We are totally satisfied with every facet of the buying and installation of the flooring and carpeting.

The Flooring guys did an awesome install at our residence. The people were very friendly and the installers were on schedule, delivered the material before the install, and answered all the questions we had during the process. They moved all the furniture and put them back after the install was complete...

I ordered some tile and the representative, Sammy, would not communicate with me. He never responded my phone calls nor emails. I had to constantly leave messages with the front desk person because he was never available. My overall experience with him was terrible. You can tell that this person after he got the money of his commission he did not care.

Samuel was very helpful and candid with us, and the crew led by Orlando that did the install are nothing short of hardwood artists. We are more than pleased, thrilled with our new floors!

I had used All American Flooring in the past so I went back to the FW store location and contacted Zack. Although he told me that their installers were booked up and would take a few weeks to get to me, I decided to wait. They have now installed my floors and they look great. There was some problems getting the floors finished (installing the trim and resetting 1 toilet), but these issues were corrected to my satisfaction. A special kudos to my salesman, Zack, and to JJ who came out to reset the toilet. Thank you!

Everything with All American went smoothly, from the initial contact with our salesperson, Brian, to his home visit, to the installation by Juan Lopez. They beat the price offered by competitors by several hundred dollars and even offered an option for a seamless transition to our old flooring that others didnt. The wood looks amazing - couldnt have wished for a better job.

We had a very tight timeline to replace the carpet in our new house. All American Flooring came out and measured during the winter storm, and despite warnings of potential delays we had the new carpet ordered, shipped and installed a week and a half later! A bonus was that we selected a much nicer quality carpet and the total was still less than our Home Depot quote. The crew who did the installation was very professional, fast and hard working - they did an excellent job, which was the most important aspect for us.

The sales side was very prompt in answering emails, showing up to measure, etc. They gave a competitive price. However the installation definitely left something to be desired. There are several spots where I can feel the boards sink beneath me. The worst is in front of the back door, so I notice it every time I let the dog out. Very annoying.

Poor workmanship and damaged closet door! Good luck if you expect Zack to be helpful once the sale is done. This is the worst job I’ve ever had done and could never recommend them! Please beware if you want a good job go elsewhere.DO NOT RECOMMEND All American Flooring

I can’t think of a single bad thing to say. If you want someone who will give you a fair quote, communicates well, does a 3-bedroom carpet removal and floor install in two days AND it look great, go no further! All American showed up on time both days and worked straight through (besides a small lunch break). They were nice and respectful. Very professional. I would recommend and use them again.

Bought carpet and padding for a rental house. Brian was quick with getting out to measure and finding a product in stock for install as quickly as possible as we were trying to prepare before the holidays for new tenants in the New Year. Although they were a no show on my install date due to a change in their staff, the install manager was extremely responsive once I called and got his crew out the next day- Christmas Eve- to get the work done. He answered all questions and responded to our text promptly! He searched for samples of LVFlooring for us to review and search for a sample from our criteria. He was prompt with our quote!The installation took three days for flooring on entry, Living Room, Gameroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway, Master Bedroom, Master Dressing Room and closets. Juan and his assistant worked tirelessly and very courteous.They remove the larger pieces of furniture to our garage and two bedrooms we left carpet in. They back the furniture. There was a lot of dust but left with much of it picked up. We had a professional clean the house.The LVF looks like it is put under the fireplace! The flooring is beautiful! We worked with Yasser on a carpet install that had to be done within a specific timeline. Yasser was great to work with and he went out of his way to find options for us to work around our timeline issues. A+ I recommend this company and would do business again with them in the future. Awesome service! My customer had original picked out & purchased one particular brand vinyl flooring. We were notified after the purchase the floor selected was no longer available due to COVID. When we selected another similar more expensive vinyl floor, they did not increase the price but gave us the more expensive floor at the price already paid!!! Woohoo!When picking up the new floor order at the warehouse, I discovered there was a mix up in underlayment needed; the original order had underlayment built into the floors but the new floors did not. Separate padding would be needed. Again, All American Floors gave us the underlayment needed without any additional charge!!! Woohoo!!!As a general contractor, I understand “things” happen and was willing to pay the additional cost for the underlayment. All American said no, we’ll eat the cost!!! What a thrill to work with them!!! Big time kudos go out to AR!!! And Zach as well. Highly recommend them for purchasing your flooring needs!
