AMAZING SERVICE AND BEST PRICESAfter popping my tire and driving on my spare for a month because I was DREADING getting a new tire, I finally sucked it up and decided it was time to get it fixed. As a young woman dealing with my first popped tire I had no idea how to deal with this and was determined to get the best deal and not get swindled. After looking at places like Discount Tire and Costco, I was completely over it and took it straight to the dealer - prepared to pay double.THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I walked in and was immediately helped and it ended up that the dealership could have a tire shipped faster than any other place I looked. Went on Friday to get my car checked and had a specialty tire ordered and on my car by that Monday. Not only could they do it faster, but they did it for significantly cheaper. I was in and out in an hour; they offered to check my other tires for damage, as well as fill up my tires. Jay responded promptly and answered all of my questions patiently. He was the best service tech!TLDR; It was SO EASY and the service was spectacular!! I highly recommend visiting Dallas Dodge!!

Best customer service ever! I bring my jeep patriot in, tell them what needs to be fixed, and they even provide me a ride to work and back when my car is ready, if its gonna be awhile. While they fix my issue, they also check the whole car giving me the estimate of any repairs or issues that I need to address to keep my car on the road. AND!!!, they have a payment plan I dont have to pay it all at once. Thanks to Everyone, especially Shannon. Youre the best!

Bought a used F150 and really appreciated the effort from sales manager Todd for helping to close the deal. The new spray in liner and window tint made a good pickup, great. Occasionally we were placed at tables and told to wait here, as other sales people would vaporize/disappear without much direction or timeline. A bit mystical and confusing because we had our own schedules to keep. Clearer and effective communication can improve this problem. Much Thanks.

Never take your vehicle here at this location. The service that they provide is not of quality. They will inform you they will get back with you about your car and never due. When you call to just get an update on your vehicle no one answer. I even call the front desk and spoke with Elizabeth who wasn’t any assistance and had a pro attitude. I would request she go through training once more. I asked to speak with an supervisor who should be available at anytime for their customers. No one came to the phone. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and I was told my car will be done Wednesday and here it is Saturday. I would recommend the supervisor go through training as well. I can go to McDonalds and ask for a supervisor and I will be assist immediately now that quality supervisors. They do not keep their word and have poor communication with their customers. I would highly recommend you do not bring your vehicle to this location to be service. You will be without a car for weeks with no communication.

Went to go fix my radio and it took 2 weeks to get fixed. When I received the car, the front bumper was hit by another vehicle during their care. They have not called back to fix the problem or decide how we are going to handle this. Very upset, for a big dealership they should improve the quality of taking care someone’s vehicle. Where to begin? My little sister had been looking for her car for a while now and she finally found the car she wanted. We were sure she would drive off the lot on Saturday, but that quickly took a turn when Gio flipped a switch and disrespected us and my family. He stated the sale wasn’t worth it to him. When we first got here, we weren’t even greeted or asked if we needed help. I get it, men see two girls and think they can screw them over. Well, since the sale wasn’t worth it, we walked out!Fast forward to today, we had the pleasure to work with Darrin! What a breath of fresh air!! He was so personable, understood where we were coming from and stayed humble throughout the whole process! If it weren’t for Darrin, my sister wouldn’t be rolling in her new Jeep.

I dont understand why it take 6+ hours for basic services...whats the point of the appointment if youll get your car back at 7pm the same day? When I first purchased the vehicle the customer service from Cesar was great!!!! I’ve only had my vehicle a year and already the transmission had to be replaced so I had to wait two and a half weeks to even be approved for a rental and for them to fix it. The warranty company was very slow about doing things. I had a rental for five days and after they fixed my truck I drove it for three days now I need a new battery. My battery is so dead I can’t even unlock the doors on it. Just pick your vehicle wisely. Not saying they don’t have good cars but I wasn’t that lucky.

Normally an oil change at other dodge dealership would take around a one hour. I took my car in for a oil change and it lasted almost 3hrs. When I booked my appointment I made sure just a oil change nothing else. And it was quoted for $89 online price and when I take my car to other dodge dealership I pay little over $100. I was charged with extra stuff that I didn’t ask for. A β€œmaintenance kit” I never asked for that. The person that I talked to a person named Josh said they do that for all the cars and I said but I didn’t want it. It’s my car and I just wanted a oil change but he insisted it was policy at Dodge Dallas. I’ll be contacting corporate. It’s not about the money it is just about the trust and obviously Dallas Dodge is not one to trust with their car.

Be prepared to wait, and make sure you get a second opinion.I had my car towed to Dallas DCJR for a diagnostic appointment on Monday (8/16/21), and my car sat at their lot all week, until Friday (8/20/21). I got a call from my service advisor saying the starter on my vehicle was broken and would need to be completely replaced. The work was quoted at $1,589.05 ($1,000 in labor!). I got a quote from another (also reputable) local shop and they said the same repair would cost a third of that: $560.00.I had my vehicle towed from the dealer to the other shop and asked them to do a diagnostic of their own to confirm the repair before performing it. They found that the diagnostic performed at Dallas DCJR was 100% incorrect, my starter WAS WORKING and there were error codes readily available that explained the real cause of the issue.Ive been trying to reach someone to get a refund for the diagnostic that was apparently not performed correctly (to the tune of $1,600 in COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY repairs), but no one seems to ever be in to discuss it.Ive tried: 1 voicemail, 2 emails and even got put on a callback list by an advisor there -- no luck.At the end of the day, theyre a dealer and theyre busy... but they also may give you a bad diagnostic and ask you to perform a couple thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs. I would have never known had I not taken it to another shop to avoid the $1,000 in labor.Also, once your car is off the lot, good luck reaching anyone.Update: They’ve offered me a refund.

My issues were, I made an appointment online but when I got there I was told appointments don’t apply to oil changes and there would be a 2+ hr wait. This should’ve been on the website. Also was told my coupon for oil change from their site would not work on my Jeep because synthetic vs conventional. Again this was not specified on the website or coupon, not even in fine print. This was my first time there and first service on this vehicle...I’ll probably give them another chance before looking elsewhere.

Firstly, this is my experience with this dealer and I am only one person. I reached out to inquire about a certain vehicle available as a certified used car. The next morning, which was Saturday, I spoke with Mr. Walker about the vehicle. On Monday evening, I had waited over 50 hours with no response. I reached out to the GM, Mr. Hogan, who did not respond but pawned me off to Mr. Mendoza, the internet sales manager, by forwarding my email. On Tuesday, Mr. Mendoza left a message for me as well as an email. I returned his call at 1:30, left a message, and then emailed him at 3:30. I waited the rest of Tuesday and all day Wednesday with no response. I emailed him Thursday morning and he pawned me off on Mr. Walker whom I had not spoken to since Saturday and had not contacted me after 50 hours the first time. At that time, I told Mr. Mendoza I would purchase a vehicle in my home state and his response in the return email was Yes Sir. Thank you for the opportunity. Have a good day. The opportunity to help with what? I purchased the same type vehicle in my home state 8 days after my first contact with this dealer. Then on Monday 10 days later, Mr. Walker sent me an email saying he was trying to reach me. I guess Mr. Mendoza never told him I was done trying with Dallas Dodge. This was another 4 days after the last contact I had with anyone at Dallas Dodge. In the future, I would admonish this management team to improve communication not only with the client, but with each other. It seems no one takes responsibility for the lack of communication. I do not need any contact information in response to this feedback. I had this already, reached out, and Mr. Hogan chose not to respond to me directly.

I usually have a good experience here but this trip was horrible. Bought car in on Monday around noon or so for what was found to be needing a new starter. Didn’t actually find that out until the next day. No communication or update on vehicle entire Wednesday from service advisor Josh. Finally heard from him after numerous attempts to contact him. On top of car being held from Monday to Thursday to replace the starter, I was overcharged by over $100, which I pointed out to the Manager and he swiftly corrected it. The sales people and the management have a horrible mentality and they treat customers horribly as well. I work in car sales myself and I submitted an inquiry on one of the vehicles. Amado sent over a pencil and I took a look at it then handed it to my desk manager in order to see if it was a good deal. Amado then spoke to me disrespectfully when I mentioned we found they packed 5k in order to make a profit off of my deal. As well as completely ignored to show me what a deal would look like in the way I asked. This morning his manager called and made the matter worse. When I explained everything he told me my managers don’t know what they’re doing because they don’t know the Chrysler product, he was going to call my dealership and tell them that he was going to desk our deals, told me I don’t have to buy the car over and over, and to not mention I’d be getting my managers to look over the deal because it was irritating him. I will not attempt do business with these guys ever again. As a fellow car sales person I’d expect more however, I guess I was wrong. Simply rude people.

This is the worst service center, I ever seen. My spouse has a service van. Both his legs are amputated and he is a 71 yr old dialysis vet. This service center has had our can for over 3 week for a Check engine light. The first week, no one did anything and they dropped the ball the second the said they order the part, no contacted us, call they transfer you to answering service. This is no way to treat a Purple Heart veteran. No way to treat customers period.

Overall not a bad process. Of course there is ALWAYS back and forth when it comes to the sales process no matter how many times you stress I do not want to haggle. Sales, finance and follow up are all professional and courteous as expected from a dealership of this caliber. Only grumble is that the process between sales and signing took INCREDIBLY LONG. Arrived at 3, left at 8 with my new vehicle. Poor communication! I was told the diagnostic would be FREE but turns out it was $165 just to tell me what I ALREADY KNEW was wrong which is what I took the car in for. Next I was told it would take a day to service the car so the sales person did pay for a Lyft for me to get home. The next day I had to call for updates and when someone finally answered, they hung up. This happened FOUR times so BE PREPARED TO WAIT! Finally was contacted and was told that my warranty would cover the repairs but the parts were on back order and they would call back after they tried to purchase from other businesses. Hours passed, no one called back. I called to tell them I was coming to pick up my car. I paid for an Uber to get back over there. When I got there, I was offered a rental. The part became available before he could issue the rental. The sales person then called my car warranty department and I said I was NOT covered because I was TWO miles over the warranty limit. ONLY TWO LITTLE MILES?! Dallas Dodge would not honor the warranty! Salesman offered other payment options but I was very upset by that time. You should know to check the miles of the warranty BEFORE telling customers that it would be covered! Next I asked to get my car back so I could leave. I told them I would sit outside while they pulled my car around. He came out and said he was going to get my car. THIRTY MINUTES passed and still no car! I asked another worker to find him and ask where my car was. He instructed me to come inside to check out. I am 8 months pregnant and was sitting outside in the Texas heat. Why wasn’t my car brought to me? He stated that he pulled the car around when he said he would, which was out of my view so I did not see it. Others who were waiting had their cars driven to them. Why was mine parked out of sight where I had to walk around the corner to see it, THEN I had to walk to the back to get it. The lady at the checkout desk was very nice & them paying for me a Lyft home was great but everything else was HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this business!

Cesar is not your typical car salesman (you know, the kind that gave that title a bad rap for so many years - the kind we consumers try to avoid like the plague). No, Cesar is not that guy. Cesar truly cares about his customers and customer service. He understands that a customer is not a hindrance to his day, a customer is THE reason for his day. I am 56 years old and have literally bought 25 brand new vehicles. I tend to keep them about 50k miles and get something new. If I could rate this a ZERO, I would. I had an 11:45 AM appointment on a Monday morning. I had my car towed an it arrived at 12:07 PM that Monday!! I called at 3:00 PM to ask about my truck. To my surprise THEY COULD NOT FIND MY TRUCK!! I was passed around from person to person an finaly spoke with Hector. He promised to locate my truck an call me back. No phone call. Tuesday I called again an still no truck. All day Tuesday I was promised a return phone call. No call!! Weds, Dennis finally located my truck. He told me $600 to just find out what was wrong with my truck. Thursday I was called an told $2100 for new water pump an raditor. I was told my truck MIGHT be ready on Friday. Waited all day Friday still no call. I called at 4:30 an was given the run around again. Spoke to Jay who passed me off to Dennis. Late Friday Dennis called an said my truck would be finished that night an ready for pick up Sat morning. Shockingly I did not receive a phone call. I called at 11:15 an spoke to Jay again. Too my surprise he said the part to fix my truck just arrived 20 mins ago???? You can imagine my frustration. Jay promised my truck would be readt by NOON. AGAIN, NOON CAME AN WENT AN NO PHONE CALL!! Finally at 1:00 PM. MY SISTER received a call stating my truck was ready! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble NEVER take your vehicle to DALLAS Dodge!!

This experience I had at Dallas Dodge was pretty awesome. Chris Hayes listened to what I was looking for and found me the exact Jeep that I wanted. The price was by far the best in the DFW area. Chris knows his products very well and spent a good deal of his time showing all the options and how to use them. I would definitely buy from him again.

I found the truck I wanted on the Dallas Dodge website. Went in on Aug. 31st and worked with Valentine Daniels while purchasing the vehicle. After the test drive, I noticed a small spot where the paint was worn on the door. I asked if that could be fixed if I purchased the vehicle and was told by Valentine that it wouldnt be a problem. The truck also only had one key so he told me they would make an extra key. He originally told me to come back the following Monday to get everything done. Monday was Labor Day so of course they were closed. Ended up having to wait for them to order the key so took it in on Tuesday with the expectation that i was going to get a loaner to drive while they were working on it. After setting everything in motion, was told that there would be no loaner. So i dropped the truck off Tuesday morning at 8 am. Called several times that day, left voicemails with Anthony Biddle and never received a return phone call or update on my truck at all. Was told by Valentine on Wednesday that they were working on the steps and the door would be next. I told him I was having to find rides to and from work and needed my truck back no later than Thursday. Called at 12 pm Thursday and was told that nothing was done to my truck but the key and the reason was that I wanted it back the next day. By this time they had had the truck in their possession for 3 days and not once gave an update as to the status nor did the service department answer or return my calls. They had PLENTY of time in those 3 days to fix it and simply didnt. I honestly feel like after making the sale, my satisfaction was no longer a priority. I feel like they have zero professionalism and horrible customer service. I will not take my truck back there for any kind of service and do not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, went in and looked at a car. Did all the paperwork for the car. Was told it had to go to service, so I went out of town. I’m guessing the car was sold from under me? I have yet to hear anything else from Gio the sells man or anyone at the dealer ship to let me know what is going on. When I call the dealership Gio told me to talk to finance. I was paying cash for the car so this made no sense. Now a month later and they still have said anything. HORRIBLE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Rock wall dodge is a much better dealership and worth the 20 minute extra drive.

I went for an oil change and found out my airbag had a recall. They replaced that for free. Oil change was cheap here. 3 stars is because my Jeep mirror had a wiggly glass, and I asked Johnny if either they could let me use the tool kit for my Jeep hexes to replace it myself or if they could do it since I bought the mirror replacement. I was told it would be $80 for them to replace it because theyd have to remove my door... that was not true I just took out the 2 bolts after I ordered my own kit for $23 and put on my new mirror in about 7 min. Most things are simple on a Jeep so that gouge sucked.

I had a great experience! Prior to this, I had already walked out of a couple dealerships because they were playing games. I worked with Jeovanni whom was great. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Very efficient and no-nonsense. Financing was great too. I was pre-approved through my credit union and they beat my rate by a solid margin. Great experience all the way around. Theyll be the first place I go to for my next car.

Extremely negative experience. they lied about my car being ready which caused me to miss 2 days of work and then they kept it for an additional 3 days without offering any rental or discounts and now, are charging me another $1000, for a part they missed related to the original problem, on top of the 2600 i already paid for an unfinished job. oh and also thanks for covering a partial amount of the 2 days of a rental car, which we didn’t know we’d be paying out of pocket for until we got to the rental place.shady. this place is shady. and unprofessional.

If I could put 0 stars I would.Came in for an oil change And tried charging 90 for it. The price online says 45.00 plus tax. They charged me for the FREE multipoint inspection an oil disposal fee etc.Then tried to charge me for plugging a mysterious hole that randomly got in my tire at the shop(was not there previous to going to the shop) without ASKING me. He tried to talk to me about tire depths and alignment issues obviously not knowing I’m a master certified technician. So I’m sitting here listening to him lie to me over and over about my β€œtires that need to be replaced” (I JUST got this car brand new off the showroom floor)Finally took the tread depth gauge from him and measured myself and there is zero wrong with them. Just trying to get money out of people and VERY unprofessional. This β€œmanager” is very hostile and definitely not a leader to his team. The team was just sitting there in Aw the whole time. Fix your management and their money gouging mentality dodge. Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. We will stick to going to the Rockwall location.

My 2016 Jeep Renegade had two recalls out that I needed to get done and Dallas Dodge was so helpful setting up an appointment same day. There was an issue on my end getting my car in on time and showed up an hour later than my scheduled time and they still took me in. Eric helped me when I finally showed up and communicated really well what my car was gonna get done and what was recommended. Pickup was super easy. Dallas Dodge provides excellent service and I highly recommend fellow Jeep owners to come here for all your needs and services.

So, let me be clear. My Service Rep was GREAT but the service itself was HORRIBLE. Ive been a Rep in the Automotive Industry for years and good SERVICE is a must. I went in to get 2 tires repaired on Warranty through Mopart and buy 2 new tires. Please NOTE: Ive done this many of times and Im very familiar with the process. I was told it would take 45mins to an hour but it took 3hrs. The dealership has multiple signs up stating that they match tire prices. I found the tire cheaper but was told that they couldnt match the price because it wasnt an actual store front. I asked for a copy of the policy in writing and they didnt have one. Also they wanted to charge me extra outside my warranty for disposal, balance and mounting. When I know the Mopart warranty covers all of that. This visit was a nightmare and I will not be returning.

This is normally my go-to dealership for service on my vehicle. I normally over look the understandable exception of long waits for service (especially at a dealerships). I wish that was all I had to deal with. I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 445pm, I was not seen until 5pm. The girl handling my repair expressed to me shed notify me in an hour to hour and a half when my vehicle was finished. I never received any notice, once I called the dealership they informed me it was ready but they were closing. The next morning I have to pay an Uber to take me since I obviously missed my window to pick up the evening before. When I get there I sign and pay for my service (oil change). Once I get in my vehicle and turn it on Im greeted with the check engine light. I dropped off my vehicle with no service lights on. I noticed the girl that facilitated my repairs had just got in, she proceeded to tell me that it was an inactive code on the computer, then stated Id have to pay a 150$ diagnostic fee to determine the problem. There was no problem when I brought it in. Not to mention I was to be notified prior to me picking up the vehicle of another repair that I needed done but if I obviously wasnt notified my vehicle was done I was definitely not notified about that repair job as well. I wish I could blame covid restrictions or short staffing but there was a full house of employees that just seemed more concerned about putting their breakfast orders in than making sure their customers were taken care of. I was actually interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but after this Im really not sure.

Very unprofessional to say the least. The loan processor made it the worst experience. Chad was not at all organized nor did he want to give me copies of the papers for the car because I had my own financing. I informed him my finance guy was waiting for the papers and he kept telling me I needed to get the auto drafting started soon since I didn’t have a pre-approval letter from my credit union as if I was lying to him. Then he tried to make me put down $3000 after I made it clear I was doing All financing fully through my credit union. I told him I wasn’t taking the vehicle home the same day since I was by myself. Then I called my home telling me my insurance wasn’t valid and needed to provide valid insurance before I could pick up the vehicle. Now I’m no slick smooth talking lady I’m pretty honest so it raised an eyebrow for me! I informed him that I was on my way and I’ll have the insurance card with me, he then got nervous and started asking serval unnecessary questions so I hung up my phone. Once my husband and I arrived I approached Chad and asked if he gotten the insurance information corrected he tried to act as if he didn’t call me and was confused then asked for my insurance card again so I provided him the same card I gave him initially. I went to the sales guy to ask him what was Chad’s problem and he wasn’t sure as to why he called me. Chad walked over to me and said you got the auto draft done fast and I replied saying I informed you I would do my part getting the auto drafting started. He made me feel as if I wasn’t being truthful and didn’t like he handled me and still I have zero papers for the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend Dallas Dodge to anyone the only reason I gave it two stars was because the sales guy was okay.

This was my first time at this dealership and customer service was lacking and awkward. I arrived and waited inside my truck in the service line like I usually do at other dealerships for an oil change but no one appeared or approached me even though I could see staff in their cubicles. I had to get off and look for someone to assist me. The person I made the appointment wasn’t there and it’s fine it’s just pointless to have a name to give if that person isn’t even there. Maybe remove name of service attendants from the appointment confirmation. When I returned to pick up the truck is when it got awkward. I wasn’t acknowledged until I made eye contact with the same service attendant that was sitting at her desk. When it came time to pay the cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be bother. The same service attendant had to show her where she placed the paperwork in order to process my payment. Finally, after 20 min of trying to pay and get my vehicle I noticed that they left grease stains on the hood and on the side. The work seemed sloppy. This location doesn’t provide a complimentary car washed which would have helped to remove the grease stains they left on it. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership solely based on customer service. Very disappointing.

Dallas Dodge knows how to look out for its customers. Their service manager Alex Padilla treats me as if I bought my jeep there last week, ha! It has over 200k miles on it, and thanks to them it runs like I bought it there last week!

Would not recommend bringing your car here for ANY service. It took them 3 hours to do an oil change and when I was looking for Jasmin for an update, she was no where to be found. You can wait there but their wifi is extremely spotty so you cant do any work and just stuck there until they work on your car. I ordered parts on august 5th from this dealer online and from rock auto. Rock auto was delivered Sunday and I’ve already installed the new control arm. This dealer has been sitting on the order and not even shipped yet. They were β€œ processed” august 6th and not shipped. If you are looking to get parts they are not reliable. Still waiting with my Durango in pieces.
