Super high interest rates and over priced cars that will break down within months of getting it. During Covid, they REFUSE to work with you and your situation. They do not honor their promises and will repossess your car BEFORE an agreement deadline that both of you have agreed to! The front desk females lie straight to your face and pretend that they cannot reach the manager when you ask for him. I have screenshot proof of everything. Theres so many things wrong with this place thats just a small part of it. I have already filed a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Yall have the right one today.

If I could give it a 10 I would. From the beginning of watching Don Approvado commercials since I was like 12-13 yes old.. I knew he was a legit genuine salesman. Now he shows up to my job Norma’s Cafe just to eat and I go up to him when he’s checking out. We talk and he’s everything I imagined. He helped me out with my first truck and I really appreciated the effort they went through to help me out. I most defiantly recommend Carnaval Auto Credit. The whole staff that helped was great. From the Main boss to Santiago and Ulysses. Everything was just and amazing experience. They really made my life easier in a way. I love my New truck and this new relationship with Carnaval. This place is HORRIBLE!!! From the first month, I had issues with my car. When speaking the the ladies, they act like its an issue that I dont speak Spanish. Buy here pay here is incredible inconvenient, but its not like customer service makes up for it. Finally, after paying my car off in 2 years, its time to take the tracker off! Well their service department, very rudely tells me that I have to come monday- friday, despite the fact that they are open Saturday. I called carnival and they told me that I have 1 maybe 2 weeks to take it off, or the car would stop and there is no way to add a new code. No customer service!!! Do not buy these junk cars!

Be careful. Saw a good car online for $10,500 but when we got there in person was quoted $16,500. Not cool. Staff quickly said they would honor the internet price but still left me with uncertainty.

First thing i asked online if it was a in house financing and Daniel told me yes . He sent me link to get approval and he replied i was pre-approved . I drove 1.5 hours away to get truck with paperwork and when i get there they denied me . SO ALL A LIE ABOUT IN HOUSE FINANCING . I asked why could you not have told me this when i sent in my info with ss# ? he told me they never looked at it . wast of a drive !!

*STAY AWAY FROM CARNIVALExactly 1 year and 7 months ago i went to carnival auto credit. 3 months in we started having problem A and from then on they continued up until we returned the car. Not only did we take it numerous times to there machanics after numerous issues i spoke with several people with carnival to let them know if there was any possible way of working with me to getting a trade in because all these issues and false promises from their machanics, they siad no. My spouse and i came to an agreement that we only had a little over a year left that we would just deal with it. fast forward to 10/15/2019 we take in our veichle to carnivals shop becuase again we are having issues. the head machanic tells us the only issue is that it had no oil we asked how that could be if we had done the oil change a week prior he had no answer all he said was to use a thicker oil and recommened 10-40 for a gmc 2012 terrain. We follow those instructions. friday november 8th at 9 am my husband takes the car to get an oil change the mechanic takes my husband to look under the car, the car is covered in oil underneath. they quote us for 500-2500 to maybe get the issue fixed. We chose just to go ahead and get the oil change done and figure it out later. By 5pm that Friday we barely made it home the car was smoking up and the oil that be had been changed that morning was gone! We got a truck ford from the ford agency Hector Cojulun with Sam packs five star ford south lake . Not only will this truck work our credit we got it for cheaper price and cheaper monthly payment than carnival. Hector worked with us so if you think you can not get a better deal because of personal situation trust me they will work with you. I will never do business with a car lot like this one they just kept on brushing it under the rug. That car issue that never got fixed could have and almost put our lives in danger!
