Flew in from out of state to pick up a 2007 BMW X5. This was by far the best used car buying experience I’ve had. We were greeted by the owner who let us take a look at the vehicle and gave us all the time we needed. There was no pressure to purchase. He let us inspect the vehicle by ourselves, and when we were ready he let us test drive. He was upfront with any issues that the vehicle had. Pricing was great, and there was no need to even try and haggle. Ive had the car for roughly 2 weeks. The vehicle made it back to my home state about 700 miles away with zero issues. I recently bout a Mercedes Benz. Have had it for about 2 months now. I took it to get checked out by Macanic and to my surprise everything was good minus a 700$ repair that was needed. By recommendation Macanic said it was fine to wait a couple weeks to get work done. Well I didn’t make it two weeks the car stalled on me. Long story short it was the fuel pump a sensor and what he had quoted me already. Now to my surprise car had been in shop almost a week to find out that the fuel pump was not installed correctly and the car was very jimmy rigged per the mechanic. Now 2700 later I just pray that nothing else happens. At this point my $6700.00 dollar car is almost costing me 10,000 I’m very disappointed. So for future reference get the car checked out. Although it’s hard with his rule of giving you a specified route for test driving.

I had visited several of the big-name dealerships and twice had agreed to purchase a car from their lot. Each time I was about to complete the transaction they would add some type of surcharge or try to sell me another car. One dealer even told me they had sold the car I had selected. All of the reviews for this place was the deciding factor for me to visit after seeing a car listed on a third party website. Salah and his wife Lydia were so welcoming and attentive. There was no haggling and I was in and out in less than an hour.Bonus points: We learned that Salah, Lydia, and I all went to UT (hook’em horns) the same years. And also learned that Lydia and I work in the same department for the same company.

I was buying a car for the first time. I went to many places around Dallas for test drive but was not sure. Carpidity and Salah was totally different. I had the stats, actual pictures even before I visited. The car looked good to drive but I wanted to get it checked by a mechanic. It took me a week to find time get a mechanic and review it.
